Very good prices. The staff were helpful and checked me out quickly, even though it was a little busy. Love the wrapping paper and card section.

I am from Bismarck and was in minot yesterday 4/10 and thought I am going to stop at DT to see what they have. I almost fell over walking into the store. It was fully stocked and clean. I found things that I had been looking for in Bismarck and stocked up because I cannot get it in Bismarck. I will definitely be back when I come up for state fair. Thank you for the great experience

Julian is amazing! He is professional and friendly! I’ve never seen such wonderful customer service displayed! Not only did he have to run two registers at once (skipping between each customer) because they were obviously understaffed. He is just fantastic, seeing Julian’s friendly face and wonderful attitude always brightens my day and makes me a happy customer! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks Julian!

I bought glass ware and the lady didnt wrap my stuff in news paper..... even AFTER I said something to her.

Nice people, the only issue is that the shelves are sometimes pretty under stocked. The other dollar tree on the north end of town is better, but this one is still very good.

I went to this store a few days ago and they didn’t have the item available that I needed. The manager said there would be a shipment coming on Monday and he would save a few of the particular items I needed. I went in Tuesday and the manager on duty had no idea where the other manager put my items. She said his phone was off so she couldn’t call him. In the meantime, there were a few African American women, employees, standing there at their tills. One of them was staring at my daughter, whom is mixed, as her dad is African. She said to another employee, “This town sure loves my kind of people.” She was referring to me, as I’m white. Then one other employee laughed and said, “She must have heard you. Did you see that look she gave you.” They continued to laugh as I walked out of the door. I’ll never go back there.

Surprisingly low on stock

I love this place. Yes, the quality isnt the best on everything, but you can find some really good deals and be creative there. I use things I find here towards my business even! Staff is friendly. I just wish it wasnt so cramped and dirty-feeling.

The person checking me out went out of her way to leave the counter and get an item I couldnt find. Very pleasant experience 😊.

They have a good selection here. This is one of my favorite places in town to go, as you can always find something useful and needed here. The staff are very nice, product is stocked regularly. They get a lot of items that are brand name from time to time at the 1$ price, which makes it a worthy place to check before you pay 3x at Wal-Mart or any other dept. Store.

This is such a fun dollar store. I had not been there in quite a while and when I went in recently there were so many new additions and I was very pleased with so many options. The staff was very friendly, as well. I will continue to visit the dollar tree!

We love DT products, but the stores could usually be a much more pleasant experience. This is not site specific-it seems to be a corporate issue. Its all about management. And dont take that as a suggestion to treat employees even worse. Treat them like the valuable stakeholders they truly are. Customers could also help by not moving things around, opening packages and spilling, etc. One big happy DT family buying cart loads of one dollar items that add up to hundreds of dollars. Lol.

Every time I come in the workers are busy talking to the staff members instead of asking customers did they find everything you need also when the cashier finish ringing you up a couple of them have never did thanks for shopping n have a good day now the old staff was really good but now its not so good

Its a dollar store. Only issue I have is how they sometimes have boxes and other stuff in the way for stalking. But other than that its one of our better dollar stores.

Shelves are always messy and often bare while hundreds of boxes fill some isles. Very dirty all around, shelves, floors and items.This is a terrible representation of Dollar Tree and Minot.Different people working every time a person goes there.

First if off if you order something offline its not the stores fault its not there on time ...that is a distribution center screwup they get backed up .. not the stores fault! I pulls trailers that are 3 weeks late all the time because of lack of drivers! and if your in this store and there is only one cashier its probably because they are recieving truck and the other employees are in the back ... If they are stocking shelves n not doing checkout its because they are receiving truck and stocking at same time .. they do alot more than you think ...how do I know this well I deliver truck and see this all the time ...they work hard as heck for the little pay ...so lay off the workers they have to get there at 4 am to take a 500-2500 box truck ..and after that they have to put it all up and stock at the same time ..so give them some credit people..

Everything is a dollar! My wife and I have a bunch of adorable and useful things in the house that we got from the Dollar Store.

Always a great place, just gets clogged with restocking going on while people are shopping.

I placed an order online and received an email that it had been delivered to the store. I went to the store to pick up my order which was 24 vases for a wedding. Store manager had me wait over an hour as he searched for it and told me they had misplaced my order. I placed my order July 19th, its been two weeks. Today is Friday, August 3rd, store manager stated come back on Monday and the vases would be in store. I asked if it was for sure and he said yes. I called dollar tree costumer service and after 50 minutes on the phone being placed on hold over 5 times, the lady said they would replace the order and that it would take at least a week. That there is no way they would be in store by Monday and that nothing is guaranteed when asked what will happen if in a week they are misplaced again. She stated nothing in life is guaranteed.

Why has nobody taken me to a doller store before. They have name brand stuff for a buck. that is pretty cool. Store is a cluster mess though.

I give u no stars if I could I get to the front counter tell the guy I didnt need to items in my cart he proceeds to tell me I making his job hard and hands me the items and says I appreciate it ty put it back never in my life if ave u been embarrassed for two dollars I will never come back

It was busy as heck with one cashier. While another worker was standing at end of the aisle slowly stock on the shelves looking at the long line. After I asked cashier why dont they open another register she pointed at the worker putting away stock and said she was the manager and cashier said she didnt know why the manager isnt opening another register with customers line waiting to be checked out. Store was messy.

I was surprised by the variety of things at low prices.

Went in and the store was disgusting, there was feces splattered all over the restroom, 2 of the employees were quite obviously under the influence of illicit substances, half the shelves were empty, and there were boxes of unopened stock blocking the aisles

I went grocery shopping and could not believe the great selection! Just about everything a poison needs is just 1$1 each. For me, its now the first place Ill go to look for an item. Thanks Dollar Tree!!!
