The corporation Dollar General is amazing by its self but this store is a disappointment never stocked they never have anything even when stocked and there alwase seems to be a stoner or a tweaked out m*th head ide rate this better if they stocked there things more

Its very nice and Lot of Stuff and they were Very helpful for looking for things. Ive been to two different ones around me. The Employees are very nice.

Soooo nice and helpful!! Not like a lot I’ve been to. They were stocked up and had plenty of choices for birthday and Valentine’s, which happened to be what I was looking for!

They have everything a person needs.closer to home then driving 11miles to walmart.wish they sold strate talk cards.

Store shouldn’t say open when it’s closed an get new workers while the worker watches ppl go to the door an just stood there in parking lot talking to who I’m assuming was her bf/husband whichever an just watched us go to door an didn’t say anything. Maybe consider that who you hire represents your store an with that being said doesn’t give a good image with workers who don’t care!

Selection and prices are good. Workers there are excellent.

Lots of different things. Busy place

Its hard to move around in the store. There are always tons of boxes in the way. Ive had to move them out of the way and they are heavy!

This store is very unorganized and short staffed. The workers are very friendly and the customer service is great, but you can tell how bad they need help by the stores upkeep.

Not really a dollar store, they only have one small aisle of $1 items. The rest of the stores selection is pretty good, though often limited and/or out of stock on certain days. Store is frequently in disarray with unstocked boxes sitting in the aisles. They do have a pretty good app with electronic coupons with good deals.

Needs more stocking help or better management or something!!! Step it up a notch!!!!!

The line got really long because there was an issue at one til and someone doing western union at the other til. I waited a very long time to check out. Theres only 2 tills and there was 4 people there that were working at the checkout counter. If there were at least one more til the flow of customers would have gone smoother. It seems kinda short sighted given the location in the town I live in to only have 2 tills in the store

The shelves are half empty, theres always stuff sitting around waiting to be put on shelves so its very cluttered, the check out line is always so long that its a 15 minute wait to get checked out theirs no quick shopping venture thats for sure Im fairly certain they are so cheap the poor lady that is checking out customers is the only person that works at the store was there looking for what was supposed to be there according to their website and it wasnt. Not likely to return it would be faster to run across town to market place to pick up a gallon of milk and I only live 8 blocks from the general it could be a very convenient place if they would hire someone to run the store and keep products put on the shelf and run both checkouts during the busy hours.

Theres 2 nice people that work here the others need to either cheer up or work somewhere else

Every time I go there they are always out stock. They also only have 1 register open. I can see maybe 2 employees roaming and 1 at the register with 10+ people in line. Management needs to get there stuff together.

Routinely have carts of merchandise waiting to be put on shelves, but so busy employees dont have time. Have never seen more than 2 employees in the store at the same time.

I love how they greet you as you walk in. I went in tonignt to get some stuff. And saw little kiddy pools. The lady said she didnt know right, but would find out and would find us. And she did. I told the pool was for my dog. And she went out her way to help my find other ones that would work. They are so helpful and friendly.

Aisles are narrow, it was a mess.Had to wait over 10 minutes before someone came to the register. Tried finding someone but no idea where anyone was.

Knowing they close at 10pm. I rushed to get there, show up at 9:50 and the door is locked. Still customers inside being checked out. So I wait for one to come out, employee comes to the door and unlocks it to let the guy out. She looks at me and says We are closed. I reply with Its not 10 yet? And she says Im the only one here and Im closing early.Sorry but you are working at a corporate owned business. You do not get to close early just because you feel like it. I really like this store because its a few blocks from home and the only place on this end of town to get most grocery items. However, in recent months its gone to hell in a handbag. Trash in the isles, misplaced items all over, unorganized mess. I do hope corporate follows up on my complaint and helps this store become good again.

This was a nice store when they first opened but now it is messy and not stocked. The parking lot is also terrible as the employees smoke outside and throw their butts on the ground and the lot is full of trash.The store near Burlington is SO much better.Minot can not seem to get a DECENT store and keep it that way.

Over by Stanley ND, alot of sweat and tears. Also, some very good coupons on every receipt for an extra five bucks on Saturdays only.

Im from a larger a city and we have these all over so its nice that this town has one now. There is nothing special about it, just an average dollar general but very convenient

Lots of product, both name brand and otherwise. I found everything i needed and than some. My only complaint? The store is very small and there is product spilling off of shelves, in carts in the very small isles, packed in the front entry. It is not organized or in any order really. I could merchandise the hec out of this store!!

Its a good thing for are hood only if they would have better walking access from the trailer courts, they dont even have a cross walk so you can cross the street

The place is like a grocery store. People who lives in that area its very convenient to get what they need instead of going to Walmart marketplace and Cash Wise theyre rather go there for a quick pick. Dry and frozen foods only no fresh available . Just keep in mind is NOT a dollar price for everything some items were a couple of dollars more than Walmart price there they are equal with marketplace prices and a little bit with cash wise. Why I know? Well the fact that I do my survey and as a consumer I shop around but I do live in that area so if I have a long list I go to Walmart

Ive been to Dollar General in other communities. This one is a joke. No one has trained the staff here, no one cares here. The store is a mess while the manager plays on her phone showing her friend memes on social media. Until this store shapes up, I will not be shopping here.

Poorly organized, manager doesnt call applicants back for interviews instead lies and says she didnt receive it, store always a mess and always something wrong at the til. Staff is friendly however and try hard to keep up even if they are over worked!!

Need to hire more good people, understaffed & build a store in Bottineau, ND instead of Dunseith, ND.... Good Luck with that store!

ILove dollar general, today looked like a bomb went off in there. Boxes, card board, empty shelves,, merchandise laying all over, was a huge mess.. . Only one worker in store...long wait in line...

Easy to shop, but it was understaffed. Our line was 6 people long and only one staff member was on duty.
