Curt Tracy was very friendly and helpful. He wasn’t over bearing, gave us our space, check in on us from time to time, and was very patient with our indecisiveness. We’ve bought our living room furniture and 2 bedroom suites from here. Every time we go in nothing but professional. We dealt with a few different sales folks and each one were great. You didn’t feel pushed or rushed into buying. Layer all out front. The furniture protection plan is well worth it too. A few months after we bought our couch, one of the charging ports went out. They were quick to send a tech out and get a new one in order. No additional payment required. All covered under protection plan.

The sales people are really nice don’t get me wrong. But after purchasing my sectional 3 piece couch back in October I only have received 2 out of the three pieces the last piece hasn’t came in over 4 months. I am getting really frustrated with this company I keep getting updates that it’s getting delayed. Last time I’ll be getting furniture here I could’ve build the couch myself in those four months!

Excellent selection and service. Ive bought furniture from I. Keating several times over the years and am always satisfied. In particular Id like too recognize the salesperson Tim, who provided excellent customer service, and a low pressure approach to sales.

I. Keating was my last stop after visiting multiple other mattress stores in Minot. As soon as I walked in, I was kindly greeted by Tracy. I explained that I was looking for a mattress for a guest bedroom. She quickly told me about their two mattress sections and unlike any typical mattress salesman/woman, I used to work in the industry so I know the game, she took me to the ‘sale’ section first. She explained the options and was no nonsense. She then took me to the regular mattress section and showed me the options there. Not once did she pressure me. She also didn’t push me towards the high end, large price tag, items. She knew that wasn’t what I needed. She was great! I decided on a mattress for my guest bedroom, she checked inventory, it was ACTUALLY IN STOCK, unlike most the other shops in town, she wrote me up and took me to the cashier. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I didn’t spend a lot of time looking around as my schedule didn’t permit it yesterday, but I’ll definitely be back. The quality of brands they carry and competitive prices looked great! I told my husband I found my new favorite furniture store! Thank you I. Keating! I’m not easy to please and you did it effortlessly!

Sarah is amazing at her job! She spent a good two hours with us sitting on couches and listening to what we would like for our new house. By the end of that time we had the perfect fit for our family. And I love that she has kids of her own so she really understands the whole needs to be an easy wipe down but not leather or pleather. We went to purchase a couch today and we were greeted by Sarah Cables. She gave us upfront honesty about the current order wait time due to the worlds current situation but we didn’t mind that and proceeded to shop with her. She was quick to answer all of our questions and help us find exactly what we were looking for. I didn’t buy directly from the Minot store, but they were the ones who had my furniture and the other piece was getting shipped to them for delivery. I paid for delivery. They said it was front door delivery. I live in an apartment. They left my first set sitting in the entry way, and that is where they also dropped the last piece, they then left and watched me push my couch down the hall by myself, no offer of the slightest bit of help. I had to wait over 2 months to have my furniture set. I will not be using this company again at any location. Some of the ladies who answer the phone were also rude. Very rarely did I get someone without attitude.

I have been purchasing furniture here in Minot. That I must say, the sales people are super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to sell you furniture with the best deal and lower prices what you can afford. If the online price is lower than the store price. They will still sale you the same online price. There is no certain amount of how much money you need to put down. If you are comfortable making payments little by little, they will accept. They are patient and will negotiate of what you are comfortable of paying. But the only reason I give this one minus star, is the women behind the desk who take the payment and fill out the information and receipts. I always feel some tension from each of them from purchasing my furniture. They always look bothered and angry as you are counting your money and they keep rolling their eyes looking impatient. That I’ve realized I’m not the only one noticing about this. Does not seem good customer service on their part. But I’m a patient person, I’ve dealt with it and let slide 3 times from each woman working behind the desk. If I do experience again, I will speak with the manager about it. Cause no customer should feel uncomfortable while making payments.

I didnt buy anything from them or even set foot inside their store. They surprised me by texting a link to post a review, and Im not about to let them down by not participating.Id like to give them the benefit of the doubt and give 4 out of 5 stars, but they decided my name is Johnie which I do not approve of so I had to knock it down to 3.

I had been to every place in town to price check and see what our options were for my eight year old daughter. Side note I have bought all my furniture here throughout the years. This was our last stop. Sarah was our sales consultant. I told her what my daughter was looking for so she took us to the childrens section. My daughter fell in love with the bed she got. Sarah price matched the bedroom set with Ashleys online sale before I even had time to look! The next day I had decided my husband and I needed a new bed and dresser. I called her and asked if she would take pics of some options in my price range because I didnt have time to go back in. She did, and included it on my daughters sale so I didnt have to have 2 delivery fees. I appreciate her knowledge, honesty, and accommodations. She listened to me, my child, and made it very easy. We purchased a sofa 2 months ago that fits our home and lifestyle perfectly - SO - today we ordered another one in exactly the same style and color for our lower level. The service we received was suburb! Having been loyal I. Keating customers for over 35 years, we have become accustomed to the excellent products and services that I. Keating provides.

I checked around for the best price on the 2 recliners I wanted. Finally, I called I Keating Furniture World. They were able to order it in at a substantial savings from all the other places I’d checked. I purchased 2 chairs AND they offered to ship them to a store nearer me so I wouldn’t have to drive as far to pick them up. I didn’t even have to ask! I will definitely shop here again!!!

This store has a great selection to choose from. Brad was really helpful. He was nearby in case we had any questions, but not hovering as if he was forcing a sale. He’d let you come to him which was easy to help us discuss amongst ourselves.We loved a living room set, but they didn’t have the sofa in stock. He made it easy for us to keep the price and get one from the next shipment. Also, the store makes sure you only pay one delivery fee if you have separate pieces coming. Another plus is putting money down to hold a piece such as or sofa that is on order.Overall, a great experience and will definitely recommend you go there and speak with Brad!

Furniture shopping is never easy due to all the choices available, however, my visit to I. Keating was an enjoyable and productive one. I was able to purchase the furniture pieces I needed due to the hard work, leg running (a big store) and due diligence of my salesman, Cody, who assisted me all the way. I informed him of what I was looking for and he steered me in the right direction, never overbearing nor trying to upsale me out of my price point. In my opinion the pricing was not extreme - neither too low nor too high and felt like it fell into mid-range comparable to other furniture stores. There is a very wide selection to choose from. The only downside of my visit and purchase is the wait time for delivery. In past experiences at Twin Cities furniture stores my purchase was delivered within a week. Unfortunately, I have somewhat a longer wait for delivery on this purchase. However, I highly recommend I. Keating here in Minot for all your furniture needs. A very happy and satisfied consumer.
