Ozzie is AMAZING!! Every time I go in the store he is very helpful and willing to answer any questions. He gives his honest opinion on all products and strives to satisfy customers, always. I will continue to come here for all my hookah needs.

Beautiful store and wonderful staff who answered all of my questions. The gentlemen who helped me suggested all kinds of neat things I could put into my hookah (like fruit pieces!) that I hadnt thought of before. He also didnt try to up-sell me on things I wouldnt need but let me know what the differences would be and I felt no pressure to get something I didnt want or wasnt sure of. A lot of their products are made in the Middle East and are great quality, too. When you buy a hookah from here, youll get a how to sheet as well. I will definitely be back!

As one of the very first Hookah shop in town Im impressed at the selection and customer service. Ozzie has KM hookahs along with a variety of flavors and charcoal to choose from. Ozzie is a great business owner as he helps his customers on any questions they may have in regards to hookah. Repeated customer for sure !

Customer service in my opinion was great the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they don’t make you feel pressured into buying anything like most shops try and do. The prices are really good, I’ll definitely being shopping here from now on. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. Thanks again Ozzie.

It was a great experience. I went to fix the broken glass of my phone. They fix my phone in less than one hour and resolve all the issues. Thank you to the guy who did it. Also bought hookah at very reasonable price. Brilliant customer service. 100% recommended.
