I been to many beauty stores this one is well organized and well managed if they dont have it they can get it for you but thats rare most of the time they have what you looking for

They had what I was looking for at a good price, while other stores in the area didnt have the items at all.

My total was 32.02 when he told me to re-enter the card he input 36.02. So I asked is there a fee for the card he said yes🤔. I’ll let God handle him.

I stopped coming for for two years because the employees were rude. Today I went thinking it would be better because it had been son long, but again the cashier was rude. If I knew of a black-owned beauty supply store in the area, I would go support that instead. I wont be back.

A small store but well packed with great prices. Id gone to another beauty supply store close by but was a little turned off by the prices for certain things and they didnt have everything I wanted. My mom mentioned this store and we came here instead.Immediately upon walking in, we greeted by everyone. Each employee was very nice and helpful. The items in particular that I was looking for were priced lower than the other store and they actually had them; plus some other things.Since this is closer than the other store to my home, I will certainly be coming back.

Visiting from Orlando, Florida...I was just looking to quickly purchase a hair unit for an event. Unbeknownst to me, Trina was there to assist me with installing it. The store owner/manager was also awesome. They offer great products and they have a hilarious staff! Needless to say, I recommend this store!

The have good supplies for beauty and stuff but theh have more options for hair and makeup and a small section for nails

Products are more expensive and the owners and family are pretty rude at times. They dont seem to have a full line of products or several packs of the same hair. Depending on what employers are there, is the amount of help and courtesy youll receive. The girls who work in the store installing wigs could dress a little more professional and the area in which you try on wigs should have some sort of privacy.

A little bit to pricey

I just left out the store although I visit frequently. I just want to say amazing customer service. They must have greeted me atleast 6 times and asked how I’m doing about 10xs. I’m actually having a bad day but the smile and the customer service here will make a bad day better. Thanks guys. The ladies that work here are also amazing. ☺️

Always find what I am looking for, however prices are a little higher than other beauty suppliers that I have been to.

Dont bother with this place. There is a much better beauty supply store on Pines and Hiatus in the Publix Plaza. The man who worked here was incredibly rude. When my family member simply inquired about the price she had to pay, he immediately gained an attitude. She was a bit confused because nothing is listed properly on their receipts, and was trying to figure out what she bought to add to the price she was quoted. He then had the nerve to comment youre that old, and you cant do your math? Whats wrong with you? Its 37! Honestly, for someone who is trying to get me, the customer, to spend my money, you need to do a better job and have a better attitude. His attitude was absolutely inexcusable, and I will never return again. I recommend you do not either.

The rudest beauty supply Ive ever been too. Now normally at the beauty supply theres someone to help you. Here they wait till you get to the register ring your things up dont even say thank you and move on to the next customer. Lol Ive never been treated this way in life before. I want to by a wig.. the chicks in the back to busy gossiping to say Hey, how are You? Can I help you find anything? NEVER WILL STEP FOOT IN HERE.

As I attempted to shop in this store on Jan 15th at 10:15am. I heard the person at the cash register make the most disparaging remarks about Jamaicans and how they are. No one of ANY race or tribe should have to experience that at a place where they are spending their 💰 money. These rude discriminatory folks will never see another penny of my cash.

Not much variety in hair accesories. A little pricey on synthetic braiding hair. Also pricey on hair that has been discontinued. Staff is willing to help but not as knowledgeable on natural hair products.

Visiting family and I was referred there but the ladies what do the lace wigs was very rude and I found it very offensive to spend my hard earned money with them

Terrible service ! Walked in at 8:50 & they tried to kick me out and tell me it was closed, never going back. I felt uncomfortable & under pressure while every worker stared at me as I tried to make a choice. They did not even have the color hair I needed. If a store closes at 9 I should receive good service UNTIL 9.

It’s okay, i usually go here and i normally already know what i want and need. But recently I’ve gone and needed help with hair dye but the associates didn’t know anything about the product and the other associate just seemed like she didn’t want to help and I’ve already explained to her that i know nothing about hair dye. And I’m pregnant so it kind of made me sad and i was on the verge of crying. But i had to call my sister who also was a manager at a hair store to help me. Just worse experience ever, at least i know not to go to that hair store if I’m going to need help with something.
