This has been my favorite beauty supply store for a long time, even though I drive by other stores to get there. Their selection is amazing and so are their prices. The staff has always been MORE than helpful and kind to me. They also went above and beyond when I wasnt feeling well in Aug. The owner noticed and told me to sit in the chairs in the back. I didnt make it and sat on a bottom shelf in an aisle. He sent an employee to check on me just as I was trying to stand up, but I got dizzy and passed out. They called the paramedics, stayed by my side, and even made sure I got home safely. That meant so much to me; and theyve even asked my daughter how Im doing when she went in (as they remember her from seeing us come in together a few times). If you want a place with great people, selection, and prices, look no further. They have it all and more.

No customer service at all. They let do everything on your own. No sale representative to assist you.

This store NEVER lets me down. They ALWAYS have EVERYTHING I need here. The owner is very nice and always has a pleasant attitude and a smile. I ride by a few beauty supply stores to get to this one.

Less than FABULOUS! Buyer BEWARE before you purchase. I purchased a product with the expectation that the product would do what it said it would do. Unfortunately, the product failed my expectation especially after paying such a high price of $13.59 for edge control. I immediately returned the product the very next day, not expecting a refund, but least an exchange as the other beauty supply chains honor. To my disappointment Omar Abdul Malik refused to honor the exchange and was very nasty and disrespectful. Not only was the store dirty with a foul odor, but the whole retail experience was a disaster. As a tax paying citizen in the community I want to warn others - dont waste your time or money. Do yourself a favor. Go to Elegant Beauty, Queen or Diamond Girl. At least they have a decent return policy and they treat you with respect.

I would never go here again. I bought a wig from them and when I got home there was a big rip in it. and since they have a no exchange rule they claimed there was nothing they can do. so my money was wasted and they didn’t even care .

Find what you need to do your hair in fashionable design and at a good price. Located in the community so thats a plus plus. Plenty of parking spaces and open daily with normal hours

The place closes at 9pm and I came in there and as I was trying to get to a specific isle this female worker had the NERVE to tell me to stop bc shes MOPPING and to WAIT for the FLOORS TO DRY...now I stood there in shock...I waited and then she told me these two other isles that I dont need to go to I can walk down. I WALKED OUT. THIS IS WHY WE DONT SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES WITH PEOPLE OF COLOR. The items that I needed was not available when your store is supposed to open and available. Off to CVS. 12/17/19

Happy to finally find a beauty supply store owned and operated by blacks who appreciate their customers.

Good customer service.. but the product I bought which was a semi-permanent Adore color was mix up with shampoo..

According to google the store is open till 10. We arrived at 9:30 to find the door locked with customers still inside. We waited at the door until the customer was let out. With an attitude woman said “we close now” I explained to her the google times advertised. She repeated the same thing and closed the door and turned off the lights, rude. If you’re not open till ten UPDATE YOUR LISTING or honor your advertised information.

This store has great sales best prices for wigs now !!skin care, the ladies are helpful my neighbor was shocked w the brands, also publix across the street!! Thatkey lime pie is so good!!! I only took a slice and craved all nightsssoooo good,if iwasnt dealing w neuralgia, my neighbor loves the Jamaican restraunt next to hair store!!!!!!
