I had my phone screen replaced on Friday. On Saturday the screen stopped responding to my prompts. I figured it was the screen protector. I took the phone out of the case to remove the screen protector. The screen itself was lifted on the upper left side. My brother took it back to have it fixed. He was told I dropped the phone and that it was not guaranteed anymore. I actually have a witness that saw me trying to swipe it and it did not respond. No I did not drop my phone. So I took it back to the phone company who told me that because the screen was lifted I did not have warranty on the phone. So now I have to buy a new phone. All this guy had to do was remove the screen and place it back on the again...at least give an effort not get a new one and I would not be here writing and suggesting you go elsewhere. I dont take kindly to being falsely accused. If I dropped the phone i would say so. do not recommend this place.

Awesome service and very kind employees. Went around for Earth Day trying to buy and recycle broken phones to save the Gorillas from the toxins they are exposed to. He gave several to us for cheap and even threw in a free one to help as well. Then we asked to buy a tempered glass screen protector and he just gave it to use for free to help the cause.
