Great place to rent from fair pricing better then rent a center or Aarons

They take money off your card when you didnt authorize them to and to me that is very unprofessional

So I read a lot of these reviews on here and they made me laugh.. Stephanie this.. Stephanie that.. Ok.. pay your bills people!! Of course Stephanie isn’t going to be your friend if you break the contract you signed! We’ve basically furnished our house from this place. If you pay your stuff on time you won’t have any issues. Don’t put yourself in that position. If you know you’re not going to pay then just don’t bother getting anything! Great customer service. In this business you HAVE to be firm.

Great company! Amazing staff! This location is by far the cleanest Rent to own store I have EVER SEEN! It’s a very small store but these ladies take pride in it! It smells amazing and everything looks great! They help in every aspect from picking out the perfect furniture to explaining what I need to do to pay it off quickly! I would definitely recommend this location and have MANY times! I love that they greet you by name! That means a lot to me. They see a lot of people on a weekly basis and to hear them greet you when you walk through the door is great customer service! Keep up the great work ladies!

I didnt buy anything here. I went in to look. I was initially greeted, but no further help was offered. The whole time we were in the store one of the representatives was screaming at a customer on the phone. I couldve gotten over the lack of help, but the despicable behavior of the representative there was a big turn off.

Premier helped us out when we didnt think anyone would. They were super friendly and prices were great. They made sure we got what we needed and in the price range we could afford. I would recommend anyone to go to their store for any of their household needs.

Horrible place to rent from. Stephanie definitely needs to learn how to count and they need to learn how not to play on people phones by calling private every hour like cant nobody trace the call back to them. Never Will Rent From Them Or Even Recommend Anybody To Them.

Decent place.. Customer service could have been way better.. Confidentiality is horrific, the person whom assisted me had a strange look on her face. I asked what was wrong, she began to gossip to me regarding another customer, that in the store at the time! (She pointed her out)She stated the customer was nasty, and always damaging furniture they rent, and they were not the renting again.. It turned me off from shopping there, and this I why I would always want new furniture.. I left fast..

I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with Premier Rental They set me up with some top of the line furnishings for my home! The store manager Steph has great customer service and made sure she helped me single handely find the right stuff that would fit right into my home . I encourage anyone looking to make your family home comfortable and relaxing go to to Premier Rental!!!

This place sucks. One week behind and they are threatening court and your to afraid to call and work anything out because the lady named Stephanie is mean and rude to you talks to you with mean attitude in her voice. Hate her im never going here ever again. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stephanie should be fired. She will not work with you at all just keep harassing your contacts and threatening court even if you tell them in a day you can pay your account up to current. Some of the workers are cool but stephanie is rude mean and UN-professional.

Just paid to get stuff today and already highly unsatisfied. Was told to be home for 4. Then at 4 no one showed. Called and said between 4-7. 7 comes and call and was told 5 min away. Here it is all most hour later and now stores closed and no one got ahold of me to tell me nothing! Cancelled plans to sit here and wait and only went to get bc need for online school and had something due tomorrow. So they expect me to sit at home all day tomorrow now too????? Wish couplld pick for no stars!

Trying to return my TV, this has been the worst experience ever. Was suppose to be picked up Friday, first told between 10-12, when they didnt show up by 12, called and was told it was scheduled between 1 and 4. When it wasnt picked up by 4 called and was told that both drivers went home sick. Made arrangements with the store manager to have it picked up on Monday at 11 a.m. was told that I would not be charged for The extra time. They showed up Saturday trying to pick up. I wasnt home because it wasnt supposed to be picked up until Monday. They called Saturday night trying to collect. Called and talked to them. No change. Confirmed that it would be picked up Monday at 11 a.m. received a phone call at 11. A.m telling me that they had no drivers to come pick it up.and wanted to reschedule. I refused to reschedule. They finally had a regular employee come out to pick it up. Just the worst experience ever. I will not rent from them again.

Will never rent from this company again.They use another person card on my account unauthorized and said they used it because they considered her a co-signer. But have not returned her money. And I will not pay until they refund the other parties money its been two weeks and still nothing so now they are saying they are taking me to court because Imnot paying on my account.And that Septhanie lady is the most unprofessional person I ever had to deal with.

I love this place. They are great people. I see the reviews but what most dont understand is they dont run credit checks. So if you dont pay your bill i guess you could say they are being rude or maybe you should just pay your bills. Everyone always wants to blame the bad guy but the bad guy should be labled as the one not paying their bill. I will def say i will only do buisness with them. They have always taken care of me and my friends. If your gonna be late you just have to call them. We love you guys!!!!!!!!
