Went to get parts to upgrade my laptop. Paul was really friendly, super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. I might have made it a little harder for him than it should have been but he dealt with me and I was able to make the upgrades that were worth every penny! Give Paul a raise!

This best buy is always full of employees willing to help in whatever way you need, I am always approached even when I dont want to be and thats a good thing, but as far as best buy being a tech store they seem to fumble over policy, system interface, and merchandise knowledgeable employees. Again, great staff I just feel I come here with more knowledge of products than most of them, but that doesnt stop them from making uniformed recommendations. (Ex. go ask an employee what tvs are best for...or whats the difference between these models?)

I had a dehumidifier delivered to my home, it was damaged during shipping, I took it to Best Buy in Mishawaka, Indiana and they replaced it with another humidifier no questions asked.Ive purchased other items and have always had fantastic Customer service.Best Buy is my first choice always.Best in service and Customer careThank you Best Buy

Made a quick stop in here to diagnose a pop-up problem on my cell phone and was warmly greeted. We have purchased items from this store in the past and are always treated well by their employees!! Every worker you walk near asks if you need help. They are very well trained. They seem to have good product knowledge too! My phones technical issue was quickly resolved (for free) and we were on our way.

Went to Best Buy to buy a new screen protector. Was told on check out that Geek Squad would be able to put it on for free. Went and waited for geek squad and a lady finally came out and told me that it would be $8. I explained that at the register that they said it would be free. The lady very rudely stated, “No absolutely not. It will be $8”. I understand that the register might have been incorrect but the lady at the Geek Squad did not need to be so rude. And also $8 to place a screen protector on my phone… No thank you.

Too bad this doesnt let me post a photo I could show you brand new refrigerator delivered to my house same day the seal on the freezer door is completely destroyed needs to be replaced $200 for the seal and another $200 to have it installed. Employees at the Mishawaka store need to be trained on how to be helpful and courteous to customers. Having an employee throw the product I was interested in purchasing back at because I needed to ask a few questions about it is completely unacceptable!! Apparently I interrupted his precious time of just standing around doing nothing. This store has lost my business for good after this encounter with a rude employee that they hired.

Use to work there and can no longer support this business. During the Christmas time they over hire, promise hours and then remove from schedule when everyone they hired actually shows up.Was blocked from managers phone for asking once if the schedule was accurate because I was removed mid-shift. Was removed from all subsequent shifts and calendars and looking into the company this is common across the whole company so unless you have an in with management you WILL be screwed over when it comes to hours.

This place will get you in deep trouble with the significant other! The selection of some products is very slim just like everywhere else, but they always seem to have what I need. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Also, it seems like the prices are more competitive than before! I was wishing they had a graphics card, but....... oh well.I do hope they work on their customer service skills because out of the 7 employees that I made eye contact with for assistance, only 2 actually approached me to assist me. Hey Best Buy, if you want that fifth star, do some continuous training to improve your associates.

Ive visited this store twice once to buy a gaming computer and once to get my VR repaired both times Ive left unhappy when I was trying to purchase a computer I was trying to ask questions and see what the different options they offer the gentleman helping me wouldnt assist me and visibly irritated told me if I have questions I should visit the stores website the second visit I spent all morning on the phone explained explicitly what was wrong with my VR for them to say its no problem theyll get it taken care of for me to drive 45 min to the store and them to tell me they dont actually work on things here so Im back to square one after wasting my day off on best buy I wouldnt waste your time with them

Last stop on the long list of appliance stores in the area, should have went there first! Let’s start with our sales rep - William H., he was awesome - very thorough - caring, and took extra steps to make sure we got everything we needed - a true pleasure to work with. Then there is pricing, best price of all the big box stores saved over $200 bucks! Most places didn’t have anything in stock, and the wait to get it was forever - not the case at Best Buy we bought it on Sunday will have it the this Friday.

My husband and I went to Best Buy to look at appliances but didn’t anticipate buying from there. However, Dan E. was so knowledgeable, fun, and easy to work with we ended up buying EVERYTHING from Best Buy! He really made it so easy and we actually had a good time picking out appliances! I dont like the fact that they dont answer the phone in Mishawaka. The gentleman who sold me my computer was very nice and knowledgeable. I just pray I dont have any problems with it. Dell and HP have really gone downhill. After reading reviews, they both have had some big problems. Well, we shall see. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I order a remote starter off the website which I felt was helpful and easy to do. I set up the install date for 11/16/20. When I went into the store I was happy impressed with how well staffed they were and as I approached the automotive section was asked by multiple people if I needed help finding anything.Andrew was the installer and did a great job with the installation. My battery was weak and he called to let me know he’d like to put it on a charger during install so I wouldn’t have any problems and ask to give me a heads up as we approach winter.I am happy with the ease of the website as well as the installation they provided.

Sharing my bad experience at best buy Mishawaka I ordered 55” samsung tv in-store and schedule it for delivery since its not fit on my car, they scheduled it the day after i ordered then suddenly it was not delivered to my home address. They cannot find the address according to the appliance expert. I clearly advise to call me when they reach my home address but they didn’t then i found out they went to wrong address instead of East they go to west. Then I decided to pickup my order and rent an SUv with disappointed face and they gave me my order with no empathy to the customer ! Please DO NOT ORDER on this store if you plan to schedule a delivery.

Went to Best Buy today. Was going to buy a computer monitor. I asked one of the people in the appliance department (only employee I could see) if they could help me. They said no, but they would send someone over. I waited for more than 7 minutes and no one came close to coming over. I went to customer service and expressed that no one had come over and was told. What do you expect me to do about it from here. I replied nothing. You just list a sale. I of course went elsewhere to buy my monitor and will no longer go to Best Buy, due to the attitude of the customer service person and lack of people to help me. Not sure what the person in customer service thinks their job is, but clearly they are not customer service oriented. I know 7 minutes isnt long, but I saw no one in the computer department and when I left there was 7 of us wanting help of some sort.

Curbside was efficient and faster than expected during first day of the Black Friday early sale. Store had extra spaces available for curbside pickup as well, which seemed to move the process along. App stated it was about a 5 minute wait, but in reality it was about 25 due to amount of customers. Associate was apologetic for the wait and very courteous. 4 stars only because of the extra 20 minute wait, but as stated that was mainly due to how busy the store was with other pickups and could have also been time we arrived (early afternoon on Sunday).

Went in for a new phone and experienced excellent service! Tara helped me through the process of understanding my options, swapping the SIM card, showing me how to transfer all the files and apps from my old phone to the new one, and showing me a few products I was interested in (case, screen protector, etc.). Geek Squad did an excellent job of applying the screen protector and I was luckily seen right away. I used Best Buy to get this phone because of their great financing option thru the My Best Buy card. Have shopped her multiple times and its always a good experience. Great staff!

They were very kind and helped my grandma find a washer and dryer that will be delivered to her home. I walked around and sampled some stuff. There is a super expensive hair dryer (photo below). I found a camera stabilizer which didnt seem to stabilize when I shook it. Then, the employee told me it needed batteries, so it probably does actually stabilize. When I was messing with a laptop that had a pen an employee came and asked me a question. I have no idea what he asked, but he went away when I shook my head.Pro tip: make random gestures with your head when the employees try to help you when you are just waiting for your grandma.

Staff are responsive and helpful without being overpowering. I think they are doing better since they’ve stopped asking every patron 20 times if they need help. Had to go in for a warranty issue with some air pods I bought through them And was handled better than expected. Due to covid it was good to see all staff following correct protocols which can be tough but puts people like me at ease. Worth visiting the Mishawaka branch for that alone.

Ordered some headphones from here with curbside pickup. Tried to check in when we were a few minutes away, but needed to know the spot number. Website sets expected wait time at 3 minutes, in fact it actually runs a countdown for those first 3 minutes, problem is after that the timer stops and you just wait. There were about 4 other people waiting when we got there. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes overall, which isnt terrible considering the Christmas rush. Overall it wasnt a great experience, but it definitely didnt ruin my night.
