I came home from work yesterday and my wife told me the dryer wasn’t working. Every time she would turn it on, it would just make a humming sound and the drum wouldn’t spin.My daughter did a quick Google search and discovered it could be a broken belt. She looked a couple of videos on YouTube and found a tutorial on how to check to see if the belt was broken.Long story short; I found the belt to be the culprit. It had broke in two and was laying at the bottom of the dryer.I called Ace Maytag right as they opened this morning and spoke with Chad. Our dryer is twenty years old so we were thinking of getting a new dryer, but we couldn’t wait a week for it to be delivered.I asked for the belt instead and Chad didn’t push me to get the dryer. (The dryer is $700+ vs the belt costing $16 including tax.) I really appreciate a salesperson who has their customer’s best interests in mind.Replaced the belt and it works like brand new. Thanks Chad!I will definitely buy my next new appliance here!

Great service ... however, your service techs should be wearing masks ... especially when entering the homes of older customers. You should not make the customers have to ask. How can you think its acceptable to have your techs in the homes of strangers (one after another) without the courtesy of protecting them? VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I called them this morning shortly after 9 when they opened for a service call on my dryer. They were at my house by 10:30. Repaired and done. Excellent service, with reasonable rates. I would suggest them to everyone.

When I need a part to repair any of my appliances the first place I look at is the Ace Maytag Home Appliance Center! They always seem to have the parts that I need and at a reasonable price. The staff is always friendly there.

I have purchased most of my appliances from Ace Maytag. The prices were surprising for a non-box store, and with delivery and installation the prices were cheaper.The staff actually knew about the appliances and steered me to the best option based upon my needs and preferences rather than a higher priced unit.I have had their servicemen out to work on appliances in my older house and they were fantastic and fast.I wont buy appliances anywhere else!

Our two year old Maytag Bravo washer stopped working last Friday. I called to setup a repair appointment and was told the first one available was Monday afternoon. The repairman told me the problems were major. I was told I would be contacted on Tuesday. I finally called Ace Maytag on Wednesday and was told that the extended warranty company hadn’t decided if they would repair or replace the machine. They would call me on Thursday and let me know. No decision yet! Washer is still broken, and the product reviews on this machine are terrible! Not the kind of service we were told we would get when we made the purchase two years ago. Highly dissatisfied with this company!

Was supposed to call when parts came in. Never received a call. Called them. Parts were in. When picking up, noticed incorrect phone number on ticket. Correct number given when parts were ordered.
