Stopped in to get a simple phone for my business. Austin helped me pick one that would fit my needs and was rated well. Austin was very helpful and I was signed up and ready to go in just a few minutes. I used Cricket before when I was needing a work phone and was pleased. The employee that was working the entire store was so nice and very knowledgeable of the products and services her company was offering. The phone selection was small and unimpressive, but their prices were amazing! Not sold on the service yet... I will let you know.

This store is really run down, they used to care how it looked but now its dirty inside. The carpet is clean but the windows and the corners are dirty, and you can just tell they do only the minimum to keep it clean. If you are worried about Covid I would avoid that store and shop online. The accessories there must be made from gold they are so expensive. I gave them 2 stars only because the one employee they have manning the place now, she was very nice but I could tell she really hated it there. If you have great management / Owners you have great employees with a great attitude, unfortunately the luster has clearly faded.

Though the lady was very helpful she didnt have the phone I was looking to get none in my area had any had to send for it through corporate...

A complete rip-off u have only had my phone for three weeks and I cant access my key pad wont take a charge and freezing up constantly and all the manager or customer can say is you should have brought insurance I have not even had it 30 and they will not replace or fix even though it has a year warranty my screen not craxked or anything but the want me to buy another phone out of my pocket! No I kealearmy lesson and everyone be aware they promise you the world but once they get your money you are out if luck they are rude disrespectful and plane out nothing but crooks! I have had better service from straight talk than these people at cricket.

The manager does not care about customers or good customer service. First, she isnt available after 3pm although the store is open till 7pm. No other manager is available either and anything that requires management authorization cannot be done. She is a shirker! Second, she was just rude because I guess I got there at 3:30pm and had her come back to the store to help with a device return. She was loud and kept turning her eyes when saying - This is the policy and I cant do anything about this! Well, the policy fact is fine by me but atleast she could be polite when turning me away. I tried calling customer service from the store but she jumped ahead saying - You are just wasting my time and I can tell you that you wont get a different answer from them!When I started complaining about how bad her service is, she said - If you have made up your mind to not return your device, and have nothing else, theres the door!. WTF! Im also pretty sure her assistant made a joke in Spanish while all of this was happening. When I asked for a business card, she said they did not have business cards and even refused to share her name! (Said I cannot give you my personal information! Do I ask you for your personal information?) I just felt terrible and stormed out!I feel compelled to write this negative review for the manager because she doesnt care for the customer or the company she represents! Im sure she wouldnt care even if she got fired!

Went to the local Cricket Wireless in Elkhart IN on the 5th of July and I also got a new career and I am excited about it.

The Cricket Wireless people are so nice and helpful! I may at times be frustrated with my phone but I always love my network!

Need better service and phones

The manager their was mean and rude. I had told her I started a family account that morning with my wife and I wanted to add a line. The manager said I couldnt add a line with out my wife there. I called customer service and they said that I could and wanted to talk to the manager but she took off and my hole day was waisted. I hope she is fired!!!!
