I cant say much more about the service other than thats how its done. The manager was wonderful, and Tommys customer service was beyond the best part. Those two are doing a wonderful job, they deserve more appreciation!

Very good repair done very quickly. Cost for repair was a bit high, especially for an older iPhone. but I did choose to have the rush service.

I assumed my Android was dead because it wouldn’t take a charge. An hour later and $20 later it was good as new. In fact it felt better than new!

My phone was dropped in water and stepped upon and the face plate was corrupted and the back was shattered when teverizon they told Me Too! Bad so sad cant help went to genius he said hmm let me see what I can do 4 hours later Man had 700 videos and 4000 pictures save and backed up to my phone... I was ecstatic... nothing but greT things to say about the folks at genius

Attempted to raise my quoted price from $125 to $179 when I brought my device to the store citing a price increase on the charging component. The part is still available from all online retailers for $20 just like it was when I called three weeks ago.Its a total bummer because they do great work, but I will not support a company that cant stand behind their own pricing.

Had our phone for over week when they said it would be ready that same day…I won’t return and only gave us a $10 discount for the inconvenience that they caused…also very poor service

Poor communication. I called on behalf of my wife as she was driving. Needed an iPhone 11 screen replaced. I was very specific about the phone and mentioned it was NOT a pro. Price would be $80 and it would be 45 minutes. Not a problem. Wife shows up, $275 and they want and additional $20 expedite fee to get it done in 45 minutes. What!?!?!?!?!

Best possible service. My computer wouldnt hold a charge, and after several attempts to fix it seemed it would cost more to fix it the computer compared to getting a new one.They didnt charge for their time and effort.What more can you ask for. I will continue to use them for all my computer needs.

My 60 year old mother needed a place to fix her iPhone (jammed SD card) and we dropped in to this place. The technician was quick, charged a reasonable price and had good customer service with my mom. Id recommend this place for others.

Took my old phones to get Batteties this place does it all for all devices even sell them. Very reasonable at&t sent me there from Niles mi I might add the best one to go to. Thanks they are all great and knowledgeable.

So, Im kicking myself in the arse for not getting the gents name that assisted me...but he was a gem! He simply did not have to help me w troubleshooting and resolving the problem (as theyre there to repair), but he did. Thats what you call a good samaritan. I brought a PS4 to get fixed once because the HDMI port was broken, and they fixed it in a relatively decent amount of time but soon as they gave it back the next day after it being “fixed”, it still did not work. They made me repay the full amount to get it fixed again stating that it was my fault and that I broke it once again rather than them improperly fixing it. A relative of mine also brought in his computer on 5 separate occasions over the span of almost a month, each time with a new issue. Multiple times it took weeks later than it was supposed to for “ordering the wrong part”. Despite them continually messing up & taking a sufficient amount of time to repair, there was no discount offered for their timely mistakes. They are nice people, but they do not do their job well at all. They might be better with phones, but as far as other electronics go I would strongly not recommend.

Miracle workers. Replaced trashed Motorola phone with S9 and they were able to repair the Motorola and transfer pics and data.

Got my iPhone screen replaced. Process took 4 hours and was promised to be finished at 7pm. I arrived at 645 pm, and phone was not done until 7:15, which was 15 minutes after closing time. $150 was an okay price, but I have noticed my screen becoming extremely touchy. It’s probably a better investment than taking it to Apple obviously, but could be improved

Everyone in the store that I encountered was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Eric, store manager, lived up to the reviews and was great to work with. He did not try to upsell me. On the contrary, he tried to talk me into a more reasonably priced case that he emphatically stated provided better protection for my phone. Should the need arise, Ill be back. Got my iPad screen replaced 2 months ago. Been in a case with built it screen protector, so I just took it out and was wiping it down and the screen cracked just from wiping it. The replacement is glass is totally not even close to what came on it. I thought I paid for a screen that would last more then 2 months. So now I’m back at the drawing board of finding a trustworthy repair who will repair correctly.

I brought in my iphone 7 with a brutally cracked screen, when they discovered it was more than my screen they went out of their way to take it to Apple & paid whatever they needed to do to fix it which I know wasnt cheap. They only charged me $90 for everything & even put a screen protector on no charge. Best customer service Ive seen

***UPDATE TO MY REVIEW*** I took my phone to a local phone repair store which I regret not having found sooner. Would be glad to share the name with anyone who asks. My phone is fixed CORRECTLY now for 150 dollars cheaper. I was also informed that it was not a well done repair job at all and my phone was almost set up to break again. WOW! GREAT business practice. Genius NEVER glued down my screen, and never replaced the speaker mesh. They basically committed highway robbery!*** I dropped my phone today literally 5 inches onto CARPET and it is shattered. I havent even had this new screen for a month and its broken again. I dont think this glass was anywhere near the quality of the original, because when I broke it before it fell like four feet onto blacktop and only one little chip that eventually got worse. This is like their MOST expensive repair, super bummed. I cant afford this 350 bucks again. My phone was there forever as well, and I got a whopping 10 dollar discount. I couldnt even afford it the first time. I am really disappointed. Was told there were no cases, but to come back the next day and get some application of some screen protectant?!?

Had great experiences with these guys!!! Fixed my daughters screen within a few hours-good price. Have good bundle deals also! Very knowledgable about their products. Had a temper on my phone and it saved my screen-cracked the tempered, which of course they replaced and gave me a deal on a new one! Love these guys!!

I took my phone in for a battery replacement. The earpiece speaker stopped working after their repair. They told me that the earpiece speaker problem couldn’t be related to the battery replacement. I had someone else open the phone to check, a screw that was left out had crushed the speaker. Zero stars for them.They had left out most of the screw during their battery replacement. They were missing. I would have never known had I not had a different repairman open the phone in front of me.

Went to get my charging port fixed, after 2 weeks of waiting they say the charger I had for it broke it and I need a new charger. Got a universal kit that they recommended and laptop will still not charge. Wont refund because they say it works when they tried to charge it but of course dont have a charger to sell me. Will never go here again.

He also pointed out the protection the Mobile Defenders are the same; if not better, than the big name cases. They carry many brands, but youll take enjoy buying a sturdy case for half the price of large stores.I found a case for 24 dollars and they have Tempered Glass screen covers for the same price. If you go to Best Buy youll pay DOUBLE!Not only was I helping local business grow but I got a great deal and learned a little more about my phone.

I had my daughters iphone screen repaired March 4, 2017 when she dropped it while we were on vacation. The phone worked great until two weeks ago. The screen started glitching out. Half would be dark, half would be bright white. I took off the case to compare it to my phone which is when I realized they didnt put the screws back into the bottom of the phone. They probably assumed I would never notice with the case on. After realizing there was nothing different about her phone and mine besides the missing screws, I contacted Genius Phone Repair to mail it for warranty work. As a side, the mail in center for repairs is at a store in Grand Rapids, MI. It does not go back to the store that repaired it. The guy I talked with via email was polite. I sent the phone in and once they had it I got a call from them telling me the phone wasnt covered under warranty because the screen was scratched. So it seems to me the Mishawaka store put on a used piece of glass and covered it up with the screen protector. And let’s not forget about the screws they never replaced in the bottom of the phone. I am guessing my repair went down this way because they knew I was from out of town. Im sure if you are local you would be fine going here. Up until about 2 weeks ago I would have given this store 5 stars. Turns out they took advantage of somebody passing through town and I did not realize it until recently.

My iPhone 6 has a shattered screen and missing home button. They told me it would be done in 2-4 hours and it was about $120. The phone was done in under 2 hours and works great!

Took my note 5 to them for screen replacement. Paid 421.00Since then my phone will say no sim card 4-5 times a day and have to be restarted.My screen will freeze up or where the keyboard is suppose to be will be black.On top of that I have I have charging issues. Even went out and bought new Samsung chargers. One minute it will fast charge the next it wont. Very frustrated.Update: screen would not respond to touch, only stylus. Took it back in and they told me it was a faulty screen. They fixed it and didnt charge me for express service due to last time taking over an hour despite me paying for it.The only complaints is they didnt transfer tempered glass and forgot to put some card/tray back in.

VERY SLOW & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI found this place on Google today. I called before I came in and asked about selling my iPad Mini. They were helpful over the phone. I get inside and there are two employees. I get behind the line that has only one person. When that person leaves, the employee walks away knowing I was standing there. She left for almost 15 minutes, so I switched to the other longer line. I finally get helped and the process of selling my iPad Mini for ONLY $20 was not worth the wait!!! When the sale was finished and they gave me my money, their system shutdown and they couldnt give me my receipt. I told them I didnt need a receipt but they said I had to have it for the sale to be final. This entire process took an hour. It was ridiculous!!!

Got good price on samsung s7 but not worth all the hassle. And they never came through with their, let me make it up to you speel. Very disapponted.

It took longer than expected to repair the problem with my tablet, but thats because they didnt have the part on-hand and they had to order and get it shipped to them. Which can understandably take some time, depending on weather (which was really stormy at the time) or something. All-in-all however, they were really good and Ill definetly come back.

I took my sons phone in after it was determined that it had water damage. Staff informed me in detail of what they were going to do in detail in an effort to repair and fix it along with the associated cost. They contacted me with the progress of the repair each time something unforeseen occurred. Eventually I was notified that the repair cost would exceed beyond the value of the phone and it was agreed not to fix the phone. Since it was not repaired there was not cost involved. The staff was professional and courteous and I will use their services again if needed.

We took our sons badly damaged iphone 4 in on Sunday at 6:00. They closed in an hour, so we figured we would just have to pick it up on Monday. They told us to come back before 7:00 and it should be finished. There was no hurry to push us out the door and his phone was repaired perfectly. We also bought a couple new phone cases and a screen protector while waiting and we are very pleased with the products. I would recommend them to anyone as they do great work and have great customer service. I even saw them help our a customer with a screen protector that they bought somewhere else. It wasnt about making money off someone else, it was helping people out.

Had a great time with a basic white guy named Eric that was awesome with his 2 shots of espresso that was imported from Columbia in his basic white Starbucks coffee was awesome and so was the complex handsome dark chocolate man named George. Very impressive with Erics knowledge of Starbucks and the fact he knew what was wrong with my phone right off the bat.

My android tablet suddenly turned off while I was using it. No idea what happened. I plugged in the charger and the screen went black. I came across Genius Cell Phone Repair when I was on my way to shop at a store next to them. The advertisement on their window stated that they also repaired android tablets. After trying everything suggested on websites, I dropped off my tablet for one of their techs to take a look at it. It had been close to 6 months since my last back up. Not good and I certainly learned my lesson! Genius tried replacing the battery and then the charging port. Neither of those worked. As a last resort, they sent it to a different location for one of their techs to check the LEDs on the board. I had pretty much given up hope and resigned myself to the fact that I had lost 6 months’ worth of work. I had already replaced the tablet…I really just wanted the files off the internal memory. I received a call last night telling me that the tablet was operational again! I was so excited to pick it up that they offered to wait for me to get there (it was closing time). And to top it off….no charge for the repair! The last tech to look at it had just taken it out of the box and decided to try the power button before opening up the case. It just suddenly powered on. Even though the guy at the counter told me that they did not do anything to repair it…I know that something must have happened to make it power back on. First thing I did when I got back home was to save everything to a memory card just in case it crashed again. Great communication and excellent service!

Walked in because it was next tinderbox. My S5-16gb was full of bloatware. Courtney couldnt help me with that. Must have been below his genius level. So he sells me a S6-32gb and a 32gb sd card. I get home to find no place to put the sd card. Go back across town and plunked down another $150 for a S7. Now everything has to be migrated to the newest phone. No, you may not take both phones home to do it yourself. So I left my new phone and theyll do the transfer. My daughter was out shopping and picked up the phone. Finally had my phone but NO SIM CHIP. Called and made them find the chip in the old phone. I went back AGAIN to get the chip. Now my phone works. 3 days later. Not quite living up to the name. Genius my ads. Phone prices werent any better than others I shopped at either.

I dont like the idea of giving me discount under conditions that I must positively rate your service. Customers are always happier with any discount. My two iPhones were perfectly restored at $100+ each. They charged $150 for my iPad. I havent been able to use it and its Sunday. They are closed.not happy with iPad repair at all.

The guy I talked to was very rude. I went in because my screen was broken on my galaxy s7 edge and the second I walked into the store he glances at my phone before I could even make it to the front desk and said its going to be $417. He wouldnt let me even speak. I told him about my problem and all he kept doing was repeating the amount it would be to fix it. I finally told him money wasnt an issue for me and all I wanted was just someone to look at it and to tell me if it was beyond just a screen repair and the moment I told him money wasnt an issue he was open to looking at it a bit more. He was just so rude I didnt end up getting my phone fixed here.
