$140 estimate to fix oneplus 6t phone screen.. rare phone, not much salvaged parts! 2 stores in the mall! The big one is by the bookstore! They dont have oneplus 8t phone cases! (New brand mobile providers now carry)!If u need a high end phone now, best buy carries stocked high end, international version of one plus 8t (12 gigs ram, 256 gigs of storage, Android 11, super fast 37 minutes charging) for $500! (The issue is phone is kinda delicate side, with corning glass 5 front/back!) Beats carrier $800 fee! Its last years (2020) top performer! Phones suck when they break (my stronger 6t broke)! And if able to port number metropcs gives with of 3 midrange phones free! (One has 6 gigs of ram, coupled with higher tier sd 750 )- moto one 5G ace! - which will make a good backup phone! 3 months on time payments to unlock metropcs phone!

This place is amazing fair prices and an honest company. Took the phone to three different stores for a cracked screen they quoted $250 + and he quoted us half the price. Found out it was just a cracked screen protector. Sold us a nice phone case as well. Awesome service.

I honestly dont know where to start from, couple days ago I came in and bought 4 phone cases and 5 screen protectors from this store and the employee had THE BEST customer service and I just am shocked how a 16 year old kid can manipulate or talk his customer into buying all this stuff and giving discount and being so polite, His name was Abdul or something like that and I was honestly really happy after I bought everything and how he put all my 5 screen protectors on for my whole family and did them all perfectly. This is probably the best customer service I received by a 16 year old so far and honestly really am proud of him. (Hoping that the owner will see this).

We bought an IPhone from an auction and they said they could remove the password or they could wipe the phone. My son said that would be fine if they removed the password then he could use the phone for games and such. Instead of telling us he cannot do what we want, he said it would be ready in an hour! 2 hours latter We paid $35 for the password to be removed and now we cannot use the phone!

I went to have a screen replaced on an iPhone XS and I was told they use OLED screens, but when I got the phone it was a poor quality screen and NOT an oled it was an LED. Don’t go here and if you do, do a black screen check. Look at a pure black picture and see if it is truly black. If it is gray it is not an OLED. Don’t go here it is a scam.

My son had new screen repaired on IPXS before Easter weekend 149.00 said it was tempered glass and warranty. Left store LED and touch screen not working then set phone on book screen cracked. He went into store told him warranty doesn’t cover cracks they would take 10 off repair. Then I called after he was upset spent all his money with phone not working on top of it all -they denied working with him but would take 50 off still charging 100. This place is a scam. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PHONE. Rude problem solving answered phone “hello” rather than being professional that was a clue. Work with young people. Come on. Crooks. It was never repaired properly. Period.

I came in to Toy Box with a shattered back and the replaced it just fine. In replacing the back on my phone, they destroyed my camera, so they had to replace that as well. My camera now shakes and has a hard time focusing. When brought to their attention, they brushed me off. Terrible Customer service, terrible repair. Take your phone somewhere else.

I came in on Saturday, Worst Customer service ever by the girl with blonde hair, all I did was ask a question twice and she decided to show attitude and was on her phone the whole time. And then later Wasay helped me pick a case and put screen protectors on and gave me a good discount, while she was literally drinking chick-fil-A. She really needs to learn how to respect customers. Im gonna give a 5 because the other employee made up for her mistakes.

Had my iPhone X screen replaced. Few days later it started to glitch then went black. Took it in and the guy told me it was a defective screen. He replaced it with another one no questions asked in less than 30 mins. Ive had a few phones fixed here and this is the first time Ive ever had an issue. They always have great customer service. Would recommend for a fast and cheap fix.

Had a new screen/cover put on Samsung Galaxy S10e. Mohammad was awesome and provided a great product and service.

I sent my phone for the screen to be fixed, I ask the lady if she would be the one fixing the phone, she said she would and the process would be like 30 minutes. Then a guy came up and handed her a phone by hiding it. We payed and she handed the guy the phone (even though she said she would be fixing it). 30 minutes later, we got the phone back and we left the place. When we got home the screen turned all purple and was unable to be used. We thought they hacked it and put cameras and stuff. the phone was really hot and didnt turn on. The phone was really delayed and didnt work. We went again and got it fixed. Now the screen turns black only sometimes and theres two dots in the camera. And it still has the delay. DO NOT GO THERE, IT IS NOT WORTH IT, IVE PAYED 90 DOLLARS FOR MY PHONE TO BE EVEN WORSEDONT GO

My husband was sold the wrong cover for his cell phone...went back after holidays talked with a female was told no refunds only exchanges she wrote on his receipt gift card. Then the coronavirus hit everything shut down went back after they opened again to try & make solve the issue just to be told the same thing again. I was told since they have limited stock & nothing available to our liking he could order a phone cover. I had him order one for my phone since my case is broke. He asked if I wanted it delivered or pick up...I said pick up & he asked if I wanted to hold on to current phone cover & I did. I wasnt going to be out the phone cover already purchased for them to resell. I was supposed to be notified next day. After a week of not hearing anything I went back into store just to find out he couldnt order the phone cover. I asked for a refund again b/c they sold him the wrong phone cover, I was told no again when I started everything that has occurred from the beginning he said he didnt know b/c I said nothing to him about it. I told him he was wrong b/c when I was in the week before I told him everything & that the current trip marked my 4th visit to resolve this issue. My advise hear I will not do business with Wireless Toybox @ UP Mall again.

I bought a phone case here and was told this particular type of case, the kind with multiple layers of protection, would keep my phone safe. While my phone is safe, I have to replace the case after less than a month because its already cracked. I dont exactly drop my phone often either. Should have gotten an Otterbox from the beginning.

I strongly advise NOT to go here! Go to apple! Its worth it!I cracked my screen about a week ago and had ToyBox replace it. Never. Again. You really do get what you pay for. I have an iPhone 6s, which has a pressure plate in it that adds a ton of awesome features to the phone. But they installed the screen too close to the plate, and now it barely works. I had them replace it again because scrolling was laggy. When I got it the second time, they had still installed it too close. I pointed it out to them, and they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain to them the features of the iPhone 6s, and then ten minutes later they told me that I was doing it wrong, that I was pressing with my full finger when I should have been pressing with the side of my thumb. Wrong! It should work either way, it did work before I got the screen replaced, and even when it was shattered. I tried to show them on my brothers phone, since we have the same phone, but they told me that thats not how my phone works. Im ashamed to say that I just gave up. I couldnt understand them and I didnt want to be there in the first place anyway. So now Im living with a semi-busted phone that works like my old iPhone 5, and has a small discolored patch in the bottom right corner. I can live with it. And if I dont get a new phone before it gets cracked again, Im going to Apple, they know phones and are just simply amazing. ToyBox is the exact opposite.

I went and got my phone fixed about a month ago and it was one of the best experiences I had, they fixed my phone in a timely fashion, they had the cheapest prices, and I haven’t had any issues with my phone 10/10 would recommend.

I would strongly suggest never coming to this store. They lied. I was told it would take 20 min. It has been 2 days. Aside from a cracked screen my phone worked fine. It no longer turns on. THEY BROKE MY IPHONE, have had to drive 4 hours in hope the store can correct the damage they have caused. Had to argue with them just to get my money back. The kiosks that fix screens in the mall are run by the same people though they will deny it. I have every intention to let as many people as I can know our story. I hope it will help others save time and money by not going in

I would give this awful store ZERO stars for the terrible experiencd I just had. I bought a case for my s7active. It was defective and would turn my screen on and off within the first 5 minutes I put it on my phone. I walked it right back to the store and told them it was defective. I was never told about their no refund policy. They have a small sign that they intentionally dont tell you about just so they can offer you in store credit or order you a similar case. Their product is junk. Why would I want to buy more junk. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. TERRIBLE BUSINESS SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF OF A PLACE!

Proves they cant fix everything.

I know it was my fault but I asked for a screen protector without checking for the price before hand. After they put the screen protector on my sisters phone, they told me it was $30. That’s way too expensive for a screen protector. The guy said it was scratch proof or something like. Never buying from here again. Way too expensive! I could have just easily gone to Walmart and put it the screen protector on myself.

Update: They turned my phone into a fire hazard. I was told told by my new repair shop that ToyBox punctured the battery when they were trying to take it out. They showed me where it was punctured and let me keep the old battery. Thats why it drained so fast and I was told it couldve caught fire. Go to Miles on the southside of SB. Miles does it right.I was better off burning my $300. I went in to fix a cracked screen. They kept it for a couple days. When I got it back, the volume rocker didnt work. They fixed that. But now I let it sit on the counter and watch the battery drop. Should have just put the money towards a new phone.

Bought an adaptor for my iPhone 8 but does not work with the aux in my car when I had no problems before with my Apple adaptor. I went back to exchange for a new one and it still doesn’t work. There seems to be problems with the adaptor and they reassured they’ll send their products back to find the issue, they were very generous and exchanged the adaptor for a screen protector and case (both together valued more than the adaptor itself). I have unfortunately dropped my phone twice! Each time I have brought here to Wireless Toybox! The first time they broke down what needed to be repaired on my phone, got me a case, and a screen protector for a reasonable price. And just this week I went in again for my screen and Rebecca hooked me up with the holiday discount price of repairing my screen and they got it done in 15 mins! I pray I won’t have to bring it again but if I do this is the place I’m going!

Dont get their generic airpods . While is was at the mall I dropped one of them and the casing broke off exposing the wires inside . Also they should definetly disclose that they dont do cash refunds even when they tell you that you have 14 days to return them. This is why I shop online .
