I came in around 12-1 pm today and everything was fine at first but it wasn’t until i asked for a fitting room and started to try on clothes. while i was trying on clothes, someone knocked on my door and so i said “yea?” thinking it was my boyfriend but no, it was one of the male workers and they actually opened the door. i closed the door right away before it swung open. definitely not coming back again. THE WORKER’S NAME IS JAMES.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The only reason you got one star is because it made me pick it, but you definitely didn’t deserve it.

The store manager is the rudest when I was speaking to her properly. She was raising her voice and calling me rude and started to ignore me as I talking with her. Due to my ethnicity and showing her my proof from the company’s policy online politely. Still saying that her store is different, even though it’s the same company policy everywhere. Claiming to be above of the policy itself.

RUDE manager period, unprofessional with zero understanding of customer service.

Clothes are overpriced but you have to pay the price if you want to fit in.
