It seems to be the only place with ripe avacado on a regular basis. Never had any problems st the meet case and the beer selection is decent.My dealings with employees have always been pleasant.

I havent been to many whole foods locations but I feel like this store is crowded. But the produce is great the meat department is great the employee are really kind and if youre on a diet this place has alot of stuff that could fit your needs.

I enjoy shopping at Whole Foods, because the meats, seafood, and produce are fresh.I find they carry a lot more organic products than other grocery stores in my area, so it is another reason why I shop here. On a recent vacation we popped in here to get a few supplies and some lunch. The store is extremely clean and well organized. Very friendly staff that actually walk you to a product when you ask for it instead of just saying its an aisle 3!we got some great vegetarian meatballs and vegetable salads from their deli area that were very good. We splurged and bought a piece of their fresh bakery sliced cake. I dont think Ive ever tasted some thing so good!they have a large salad bar and hot food area but we skipped that simply because it was too open for us, with not much of a barrier between the food and all of the people reaching over to get the food. With everything thats going on its not a very wise choice to buy food in this way- in my opinion.

So far the only thing I would never buy again is Chocolate cookie explosion cake. We got one for the New Year 2021 party and were really disappointed. Its extremely dry, salty, and simply not tasty.Please include homemade feta and mozzarella cheese. We had them in Boston Massachusetts and completely fell in love with them. Even though this location in South Bend did have factroy made cheese, we simply could not buy it. It didnt scratch the itch. We want the homemade cheese from MA!!I also really like the new flavor GTs kombucha with elderflower, jasmine, and violet. Highly recommend it. Its really the bomb. 💣

This was my first time to this store and I was impressed. Would recommend not going there hungry because you will want to buy everything. They have a cheese counter and the smell was amazing. I appreciated that the registers had speakers so you could hear the cashier. This is the first time Ive seen a store do this. All of their staff was super friendly. I bought some steaks from the meat counter and he asked me which ones I wanted rather then just grabbing one close to him. I really like this since Im super picky when buying meat. They have a really great selection of fresh baked goods. The produce selection is really good. Bought beets here because they had the best looking greens. They werent withered at all. They also have an interesting assortment of flowers. Was able to find a bouquet that was beautiful but small enough to fit on a desk.

Even though Im not a fan of Jeff Bezos, I love this store since it offers some special items I cant get at our other local grocery stores. The staff is always so fun and helpful too.

Please explain why this card reader doesn’t process bank of America credit cards? It’s second tiMe I have bad experience with it.Card is 100% ok, confirmed by a Bank as well as Everyday I use the same card to make purchases elsewhere.Thanks

Clean, well stocked store that has a large amount of health and organic food. A little more expensive than other stores but the quality is worth it.

Korah was very helpful and nice! There is always a friendly person at the dessert section as well. You can get a lot of good organic items here and they have a small (pricey) vegetarian section. The food bar has a few vegetarian options as well. The store is very clean and well stocked.

I have always loved the salad bar. Can never be disappointed.

I’ve always loved this Whole Foods location. Of course it’s the only one in our area, but they do a really good job and it always lives up to my expectations for healthy, organic, fresh foods and products, accompanied by a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Covid standards are in place and it’s a safe place to shop in store. Having Prime for the additional 10% discounts on products is always key. Happy shopping!

I found Whole Foods to be Clean which to me is important. I didn’t have anyone come up to ask me if I needed help with anything which I clearly did, I was walking up and down each isle looking for a certain vitamin which is carried everywhere but I thought I could have better results with maybe trying a different one but anyways I got frustrated because I didn’t know where anything was at, this was my first time there. I don’t like to say negative things about a store but I highly doubt I’ll go back again. Maybe I went on a bad day .. I just like to let other people know about my own personal experience.

It’s nice b/c it’s a WF’s, but it’s small and very congested. Especially the produce section, it’s constantly dodging or maneuver to let others around, it’s frustrating.

A guy Named Adam works there and he may just be the nicest guy in Mishawaka. Love this store.

The meat and seafood departments have exceptional products and excellent customer service. Pricing is above what you would pay at other grocery stores in the area, but definitely worth the few extra dollars on certain items. Highly recommend the bone in pork chops.

A staff so good they must be organic.

I get that this store boasts organic foods and healthy, natural foods but I have yet to see a whole fish or even half a cow. All kidding aside, what can be said? Its Whole Foods. Every item sold there has been carefully selected (by someone) to ensure quality and wholesomeness. I dont know if thats a word but Im using it.

I like to go here during morning time. I avoid crowds and this is when you can get the fresh baguettes. The staff is both friendly and helpful and there are a few products I cannot find anywhere else. Also it is one of the few places in town where everybody wears masks. Theyll even give you one if you dont have one.

They almost never go out an collect carts so if you go here be prepared and grab one from the parking lot

Nice store that often has great specials on produce. A lot of organic (like that makes it better or something) stuff thats way expensive. I guess saving money by avoiding soap purchases allows hippies to afford some of the goofy things you can buy here. Huge vitamin/supplement section & helpful staff are plusses.

Everyone is very helpful, store is very clean. Aisles are a bit narrow for me, but they carry many hard-to-find items. Ive give five stars if it was only a little more cost-effective.

I did my first order with Whole Foods online and it was a disaster. They forgot one item and got the wrong one. If you live far from Whole Foods in Mishawaka I would not suggest ordering online just so you make sure you get the right stuff. I was particularly upset because I expected their to be better quality from Whole Foods considering they are owned by amazon. I live an hour away from this location and all they did was gave me a $25 gift card and apologized for the mistake when they waisted 4 hours of my time. once for the first time I went up and the second for having to go up again. I do not know many people that would drive this far for groceries but I would say I am reconsidering my business and may do business with someone in for Wayne then this place because of how they treated the situation.

This place used to be very good. However, I bought two gelatoes last time and one of them was without the film on the top!!! See photos below. It is very likely that someone has opened the package before. Hope this never happens again.

In general love Whole Foods but stocking policy needs to be reviewed. Doors open at 8 and major stocking should be done before that time. Typical morning there are any number of employees ( this morning five) with carts right inside the door crowding the entire vegetable and fruit area. Not only is social distancing not possible but even to get produce is challenging. And every aisle was littered with yet to be opened boxes, and more employees. A more customer oriented approach would be to call employees in early or do what can be stocked after hours.

Great place to shop. Organics galore and the people are helpful and kind. You can order your groceries on line and have them delivered!

The store is great for the location. Its much smaller & has limited items compared to Washington DC area.For example, I wanted a party tray granted it was for the same day, was told it had to be ordered in advance. No options!Wow! Never been at a store where they turned down money.2. There was an elder gentleman in the cheese section. He was very helpful, great about explaining what cheese pairs with what. I give him 10 StarsCalled over the phone a woman answered the phone. I asked her question thought she would be helpful, nope! Not in a least bit. Later I described the gentleman & asked if he was available. Unfortunately, he was at lunch and it didnt work out.

Love this place, not over on this side of town a lot but when I am a make a point of stopping in for some yum-yums in my tum-tum 😁Still love the place and product but your staff need to work on some neutral greetings...if youre not sure dont assume or better yet just say hello with out a label. Just because I have a hat on and short hair does NOT mean I am a man so do not address me as sir please. I thought whole foods was a bit more progressive than that. For this reason I have dropped my rating right now. Twice this has happened.

I went in and did a B line for the perfumed oil I was looking for. It was extremely unearthing that I was followed and watch with suspecting eyes then management came over to bag my 1/6 oz oil. Currently looking for any store which sells the oil pictured in my review.! I REFUSE TO SPEND MY MONEY WITH RUDE WHITE UNJUSTIFIED BIGOTS!!!!!

Some items can be pricey, but its totally worth it. Their meat counter and produce selection are wonderful. You definitely get what you pay for here. Its worth the extra dollar. The difference in taste will amaze you. And to top it off you can pick up your Amazon order while picking up groceries. Always a plus!

The best grocery store in Mishawaka! The employees are always helpful and get to know you. It was so awesome to shop there this week and see people being kind to each other. I was also happy to see the company taking measures to protect their employees.

I love the food bar at this location and visit it frequently for lunch after the gym. Everything is so beautiful and colorful. I wish they’d offer a cooking class and teach the recipes! My girlfriends and I would love that! Staff is always friendly and kind.

I love this store and go there at least once a week. It may not be the largest Whole Foods I’ve ever been to with the biggest selection, but it typically has all the specialty items I’m looking for. We eat vegan except for some eggs from pasture-raised hens once in a while. They have an excellent selection of vegan products as well as organic. I also love the bulk section and buy a lot there. The food bar is great for times that I want to get something for my kids to eat for lunch. The biggest reason I give this store 5 stars, though, is the staff. It feels like a grocery store from another era. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and when I’m trying to grocery shop with three kids in tow, that really makes all the difference. They never act annoyed by my children but frequently help me in any way possible. I’ve had numerous offers to help me to my car to unload my groceries, help watching my cart while I take my children to the bathroom. One staff member even let me use a pen while I was shopping because I forgot mine. The atmosphere of this store is so warm and welcoming that I probably buy more there than I would otherwise. I like to support a store like this one. Seth the manager is just wonderful. Keep up the good work!

I only been here recently and it’s a huge store full of goodness! I enjoyed the bulk section full of items from rice to beans to granola to seasonings and you can even make your own peanut butter! The vegetables are beautiful and fresh, that’s the first thing you see walking inside. The meat section has so much information about who, what, where, and why... so you know exactly what you’re buying. The seafood section was short and pleasant, no fishy smell! And then there’s just aisles of organic foods, and a cheese station, which I thought was cool! They have several sampling’s throughout the store, and a deli, a hot sandwich and pizza station, a hot food buffet (to go) which I advise to get there early because it seems they keep the food out until it’s totally gone, I was at this location pretty late in the evening and it looked like the hot buffet food had been there since lunchtime, I wouldn’t have touched it. Then there was a dessert area and breads. So I will return earlier in the day on my next visit to try hot organic dishes and get the dessert I wanted, they didn’t have. I enjoyed this store a ton! I’m organic one day, vegan the next! I just live how I feel! Lol!!

Not just a great grocery store, this is the best Whole Foods Market Ive ever been to. Ive lived in many cities around this country and I have shopped at Whole Foods Markets in all of them. I have chronic Lyme Disease, which requires that I eat organic, healthy foods. The selection they have is great. There are lots of alternative-type foods, including Lactose free milk, yogurt, cream cheese, and sour cream, a nice gluten free bread selection, and lesser-known nut bean flours. What I really love about this Whole Foods, though, is the staff. The atmosphere in the store is so congenial. People seem to genuinely enjoy working there, which, for a grocery store, even a Whole Foods Market is rare. I have often seen staff sharing a joke, helping each other out, or engaged in a meaningful conversation while they stack shelves together. It makes the atmosphere there really nice. People are also incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I check out or whenever Im looking for something. Im so grateful that the store is here and that the atmosphere is welcoming because without it, my health and well-being would suffer.
