Shout out to 2 employees at this location-Emily is the best waxer ever! She is super sweet and does an amazing job!!Branch Manger, Jess, has awesome customer service skills. I was very irritated about a discrepancy concerning my accounts unlimited wax pass expiration; since all locations are separate franchises, the system has limited access to products purchased at other locations. While being extremely frustrated, the Branch Manager, Jess, remained calm and very professional. Although she was not able to resolve the discrepancy, she instructed me on how to resolve the issue with the location of purchase and stated I will do anything I can to make guests happy.

I Love! Love! Love! This place, theyre so warm and will really take care of your needs, they will offer you promos that will surely help you save. If youre a beginner, I totally recommend Hannah, she is the best and will make the experience smooth and easy for you.

Highly recommend this location!! :) I see Natalie for my waxing. She is so genuinely friendly and super fast!! I only go to her because she makes me feel super comfortable and Im in and out in no time. The wax pass is a great deal too!

I come in to get my eyebrows done from Natalie, she is Awsome! She always has a smile on and she makes me feel very comfortable getting my eyebrows done since Im a guy and sometimes that can be weird.I love coming to european wax center in mission veijio its right up the road from my house and my work and Im always in and out very quickly.Everyone there is very friendly!Guys out there if your hesitant about getting those eyebrows cleaned up dont be ..go to Natalie she will make them very natural looking and its painless!
