The manager was super nice and gave me the help I need. Also the representative was also nice and communicative.

Okay so today I went to the Irvine spectrum location and specifically told the lady that I’ve used Mac in high school and it was always orange and told her that was a pet peeve of mine (orange faces 🤢) and so she did my make up and it looked great in the store, then I go to check out and first they didn’t have the color and then she tried to change it with a lighter foundation and a darker powder then she said they didn’t take Mac gift cards after I told her in the beginning that’s why I was treating myself ... then I get to my car and I looked like a flippin pumpkin .. so I went to mission mall and explained to the beautiful young lady that helped me and she laughed and totally explained that certain foundations have a orange tint and some have yellow ! She let me wash my face did my make up and even let me go out side to check it and it was spot on !!! I will only go to this store !!! Brenda m is absolutely amazing and so sweet !!!

MAC at Mission Viejo is one of the best. Always friendly, make up artists always do my make up beautifully and I can usually squeeze in if I need a last minute appointment. Many other locations are not as friendly or willing to help. I prefer this location over others!

After a long 5 hours of waiting for free lipstick, all of the lipstick was gone, but the very kind district manager let me (and the people behind me) pick from the top 4 lipstick choices at their store. I ended up getting a beautiful nude, and I couldnt be happier!
