The store was well staffed on a Saturday, I was greeted immediately and I asked one of the ladies to help me find some specific products. The associate was helpful, not pushy, very nice. Unfortunately the store wasnt stocked up on half the things I was looking for - not her fault, but a minus for the experience. My foundation was discontinued & I wanted to see the new versions from that company in person to color match - otherwise I would have purchased online. Not my favorite location, but still good.
I tend to buy my products from Sephora due to their point system to get free items. I have found items I would like to purchase in the future through being able to try them out rather than purchasing a full prized item. One of the products I got turned onto through one of their birthday gifts was the Sol Janeiro. It’s smells wonderful and the products are very luxurious. I haven’t seen this product in any other stores so I stopped back in today to stock up and claimed another 5 free items through my points.
I went here this weekend to find a foundation that fits my summer time skin tone. Lori was absolutely wonderful and took the time and patience to find the right brand and color for me!! I never write reviews but she was fantastic and had to share my gratitude.
Ally or Allie had great customer service and she was very kind and really deserves a pat on the back. :)

I took off a star because I still end up spending close to 100 each time I go. I went to get rare products by Selena and the clerk was very nice in finding my shade. I also got a new bite lip gloss which it had cinnamon oil in it.
Great attentive staff and very knowledgeable on their products very clean and took the appropriate covid 19 precautions.
Shout out to Hannah who helped me find my new favorite moisturizer and introduced me to a different brand for lip stains than my usual line. She is amazing!
I had a great experience at this location. Normally I prefer to shop online but I like to go to the store and ask for a consultation and samples, that way I never return products I buy online. One of the girls that helped me twice(I think her name was Virginia) seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I wish Sephora had more people like her. Also, another lady was very good and super helpful, unfortunately dont know her name.
I would like to give praise to Hannah who works at this specific store, she matched my foundation perfectly and helped me find one that feels amazing on my skin!
I love almost everything about Sephora except when I received my lipstick this week which I ordered online. The packaging for a little lipstick was unnecessary. We need to be more considerate of our environment and creat less waste. Please reconsider your packaging for small items. Thank you!
I can walk around sephora for hours and I dont even know why.. I dont wear makeup but I love their fragrance and skin care products

Fantastic help! I was looking for a new foundation but wasnt sure what color matched my skin. Debbie was an amazing help and used the Sephora color iq test to find the right match and product for my dry skin. Debbies advice and fun attitude made my day. Thanks Debbie!
There lotions are not my lotions. They have free make up to go to an intervew of any kind. At least they have you an opportunity to wear make up..@#: they have awsome foundations the money is to the trash, totally worth it.(:
This Sephora shop provided grest customer service and went above and beyond to find me a perfect skincare option and provided me with many samples to choose from to find the perfect serum for me. Thank you Sephora and I can recommend them; however, their range of certain items is feeble and wish they can expand their selling market with other products.
DO NOT SHOP HERE GLADYS MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND NASTY WILLNOT GIVE YOU A REFUND..My wife purchased a curling iron that was defective had a cut cord I returned it 3 days later to exchange for another one she said I had to call corporate I called corporate who said they have to exchange it I then contacted her again she said she had to see there camera footage I said why? Here is the receipt here is my ID she then changed her tune and said I have to speak to my store director (she lied there is no store director) Called corporate said Gladys lied they directed me to go to another Sephora store and exchange it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURNS
The worst staff ever! So rude and so unprofessional to judge me and refused to refund on purchases I made online with FULL amount, saying that I bought them with a discount. I am sorry, but if you guys dont want to help the customers, you should not work there. The manager was the worst, who is she to judge whether I get full refund or not, You should refund the items correctly by using the correct order number! She gives you this dirty look, because I am returning stuff and I check my receipt?I will never purchase from this store again. I wonder why Sephora closes their stores, because of people like these working at this store.
Should be zero stars! This place is ridiculous! After purchasing a few over priced items with my daughter, the girl at the register forgot to put the over priced lipstick in the bag. After 20 minutes waiting on them reviewing video footage they were able to determine the lipstick didn’t make it into the bag! Are you kidding me. They won’t be swiping my credit card anytime soon! Back to Nordstrom’s where the treat you like a human and not a petty thief!
A husbands review: Went there with my wife because I used to be able to get skincare and hair product as well as colognes. Service was terrible. Not even my wife could get someone to help her, and when she did, she was given attitude. Dont bother going in if you are a guy. They no longer carry skincare or hair product. They only have a small corner in the back of a few colognes.
Love this store, totally willing to pay more for their products. I think shopping on their website is better though because they have a lot off online offers.
I can see why Sephoras are being closed for sensitivity training because everytime I walk in, intending to buy something; I have a terrible experience and end up going to Macys or Lush where the staff is actually friendly. Aside from it being a mess in the constantly.. foundation leaking out of bottles and the grossest samples youve ever seen...full on empty samples or the tester is gone and theres empty packages on the shelf stuffed behind the other products.... most of all the staff lacks in proper training when dealing with customers.I walked in hopes of buying a moisturizer (already had a brand in mind but of course the tester was empty), a tall woman with dark hair who was wearing the smock, so clearly she was an employee just followed me around, the entire store, peering at me from the side of her eye, pretending to stock shelves (literally touching nothing when doing this) I went from the front to the Benefit foundation area to swatch a foundation, mind you all the bottles are empty, I return the item to the shelf because all the testers are unusable, even for the sake of testing.. she stares at me but doesnt ask if I need help and clearly I did because the swatch was not even in my shade, I just wanted to see the consistency regardless if it was 3 shades too dark, she didnt even offer to help me find my shade/color.. While she was wasting her time following around a grown woman, there were two teenage girls (look at your cameras for Saturday - one taller wearing denim shorts and a white shirt and the shorter one wearing denim jeans and white shirt (long sleeves), both blonde-red haired) looking very suspicious and fast walking out of the store with giant purses most likely full of products that she couldve stopped them from taking but instead this woman decided to spend 10-20 minutes eyeballing me and I even turned around and faced as if to say what .. she turned around and walked away. Rude. Pathetic. Get some sensitivity training while you are closed because this is ridiculous ...

Rude and discriminatory staff, was rushed the second I walked in the door and treated like a thief, I buy a gift card and some lady not the one ringing me up rushes over and demands my ID, I show it but then I have to put in my pin leaving me wonder why I needed to show ID if it wasnt credit. Then I notice they arent checking anyones ID only mine. So on the way out I tell the lady she forgot to check everyone elses IDs. Then the manager stops me on my way out the door and starts yelling that I disrespected her staff and that Im kicked out the store. Im like really you stopped me from leaving to kick me out? power hungry much? anyways dont shop there. The staff is a bunch of diva type women that have poor social skills and zero customer service. I got treated like a thief for spending $40

Ive been shopping at this Sephora for 10 years because it is so close to my home. Its usually a disappointing experience. The staff is just so lost, not helpful, rude, they have a bad attitude, not very friendly and the few times Ive had to exchange or return something I get dirty looks. Its like this Sephora hired the worst people. I think 10% of the people Ive dealt with there have been helpful and nice. The other 90% were terrible. They act like all they are there for is to wear make up and walk around. When I ask for assistance its bad attitude time.
