After a doggie accident forcefully ripped out a power cord from my laptop, the cable was broken and no longer charged the computer. I bought a replacement cord, but that did not work either. So, I brought the computer to the store, and Ray helped me fix the issue by replacing the power connector unit inside the laptop. The diagnosis and explanation was direct and to the point - much appreciated. He showed me a diagnostic screen to prove the my new power cord was indeed charging the laptop again, and he even showed me my batterys health percentage. I have not had any issues since. I highly recommend the store!

Visited store three different times waiting for them to open two hours late. Once they replaced a MacBook screen, they would not return the old part. They said they would have to charge me for the old part. Obviously this was done because the old part had very little wrong with with it, and they wanted to resell it. Very unprofessional!
