I cannot say enough about my experiences at this FedEx branch. I have found myself needing to print and ship things on a regular basis since the pandemic began, and the crew are always so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Special shout out to Nick (who is the best) and his associates Josh and Linda.
Poor customer service by multiple employees. I was just trying find a package misplaced by FedEx. Was told by 1-800 my package was instore. When I got to the store, the package wasn’t there. One employee said to me in a sarcastic tone, “Do you want to come back here and check yourself?” And then when I followed up the next day phone I got even more attitude. It’s wild the customer service now days. Poor experience all around.
Simply said - outstanding service. Friendly and polite employees. Very helpful Prices much lower than UPS.
Negative: Shipped out a few packages to different locations..labels didn’t print out correctly so was told to “trust them” they will print them out later and ship to the correct addresses. Wrong boxes to wrong addresses.Positive: the printing was perfect thank you printing part.
This fedex is terrible. I believe the girls name is kelsie. Shes extremely rude and unhelpful. She had no idea how the tracking works, and made sure to tell me she doesnt work in customer service as a way to justify her terrible attitude. The other girl was nice. Im definitely never going to use this fedex ever again, once they release my package to me. Ill be contacting corporate as well once I confirm her name. Her attitude must drive away 50% of potential return business. Hopefully this location isnt a franchise and is owned by corporate, if its a franchise I feel bad for the owner as they probably wont be making much profit with such awful people representing their store.Plus she hung up on me after telling me the system is down and I can’t come pick up my package. Opposed to saying “sorry about that have a nice day”
First time at Fedex, but the lady was very nice and helpful. She explained everything that I need to know to send my urgent documents. Thank you! I am happy that I have an account at this branch!
Well, I have been going to Fed ex shipping printing services for years, first time I have been treated like a ignorant peon. I don’t work with these particular computers/ printers every day, on the rare occasion that my computer isn’t working or printer, I use fed ex. I seriously needed to pages printed. But the girl working, could not be bothered. Will not be using them again due to Professionalism, customer service, and Gosh forbid Somebody takes more than 30 seconds to help me figure it out. Nobody was in the store, no excuse.
Very helpful! Use their computer, printer, fax machine or copier. Shipping available too! Very clean, well run establishment.
Ill be coming to this location even though its further from my work, because the staff here completed a large order flawlessly while the Laguna Hills Kinkos did not.When we called in the morning to ask if theyre able to complete a large order of giant check creations, they were very accommodating and eager to help. They went as far as offering to pick up the USB that had the files in it, if the files were too large to upload!They assured us that theyll get the order complete by the event we had that night, and indeed they did!The staff kept us in the loop and called when the first half of the order was done so that we could pick it up to deliver to the event location. An hour later, they completed the 2nd half of the order and we were able to make it in time.Nothing went wrong with this location, so well be continuing to order our giant check projects from here!Not sure why the reviews are so low for this place, but this needs to be remedied!
TERRIBLE!!!Be careful with international shippment. I forgot my cell phone at LA.My aunt explained here that it was a personal item,used cell phone,left behind,in order to avoid problems with customs.They demandedto know its $value in case it got lost. My aunt guessed $250 in caseI never received it. After explaining all the situation, spanish customs made me pay the taxes (100 $) because it wasnt specified in the receipt it was a used cell phone!!!and I was charged this because of the value that they asked my aunt to declare!!!
