I now know why he has a 2 star rating. I gave him one star because that is required to post, but in reality I would give him negative 10 if I could. I took a couple of pictures to package and ship, he charged $100 each to package the pictures claiming they were odd sized. I had labels already printed from eBay for the size and weight. He said he would take care of it, the next day one of the packages showed up on my doorstep returned because of size and weight. I took the package back and I was told there is nothing they can do without the owner being involved. I left my number and waited for a phone call, guess what? He never called so I had to go back down to talk to the owner. He told me there was nothing he can do, no help with shipping, I was now quoted $296 to ship this massive package. He told me it was not his fault and I should take it to the Post Office to ship. Once again I asked for a refund for the boxing and he said he would but I would have to pay $200 for his time.You would like to think being an independent business man he would know his business and think about customer service, doesnt seem he knows or cares about either.I never have before sent a Yelp Review but he is so upsetting that I will never use him to ship anything and tell everyone I know to stay AWAY.On the door it says owned by a local neighbor, I would like to hear what his neighbors think of him.
Slow, rude, no customer service at all. Made an appointment and was told it should be first-come, first-serve. We waited for 40 minutes and got no apology but a super rude attitude. Think twice before you come here.
This has to be the worst place on the planet, the manager I guess that who he is one thing you can’t understand him and everything you need you have to pay for it, I can not believe that people use this place…

Owner/Manager makes your DHL deliveries delay, by not calling for pick up. He would not even print a receipt for you and if you insist on getting one (I got one from their employees), he will tell you to go to another store. He is a pickle.
Ian is the man with a plan at this UPS store. Ive used this store twice and I have nothing but good things to say about him and the store. Considering the potential high volume of business that comes in every day, Ian seems to keep his cool very well and assists the customer with the highest customer support. He has quick answers to your issues and exceeds all expectations. GREAT PLACE
The man that waited on me (an older gent)was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lot of paperwork and He was Very patient!! Am going back today!
Trust me, if I could give this UPS store 0 stars, I would. It took me 40 minutes to get an issue with a shipment resolved. I was told that the manager was on break and couldnt help me. It was really troubling and made me late to my sons piano recital.
Got to the store at 2pm and they had amended their hours to 2pm with no internet notification and they would not take the package I had. I will make it a point to not use their store again.
Be aware of this store owner, literally I felt I was verbally attacked. The owner(50+ man) is not professional and rude.(other employees are good), wouldt disclose the price and picked the most expensive shipping method (2nd day Air) for me even though I repeated I only need the slowest service. I need the recipients signature service but the owner would not disclose the price, only told it wont cost a lot. He yelled at me I know how to do it! when I asked about some specific procedure courteously for only once. I was told by him it costs $50 something but when I got the receipt I found I was charged $80 +. I wont come back again, would rather drive extra miles to other places and deal with people trustworthy. Horrible owner! Keep your figures crossed for the close-down of this store! I do not have a printer at home. This UPS store charged me $2.44 to print the label.
The team at this UPS location is the BEST. They are always cheerful and attentive. Very well supplied and make doing business with UPS a pleasure. I have had a box there for many years. Never had any issues or problems.
