Not a nice guy, became irate when the job (fuel pump) was difficult to install. Tried to dbl the price. Blamed the car for his lack of knowledge. Would not recommend this place.

This man helped me right before hurricane Sally when Mobile was going crazy, purely out of the kindness of his heart, wasn’t about the money but about simply helping me out during a tough time. Hats off, can’t thank him enough. Will be coming back.

My experience with them was are with this place was poor the man I called to ask to get a price on how much hell charge me for a motor he tells me he has a whole car and do I have a motor I said well how much you want for it he told me to come check it out so when I get there to come check the car out he tells me about I need to tell my car and I dont need to fix it and told me now he dont want to work on my car and he tried to charge me 1200 to do it now he was just pull customer service he was very rude he started telling me about what somebody else is doing and how many brand new parts they putting on he telling me I should do the same thing like just poor customer service and all hes not a man of his word he sounds like to me he just tries to do what he has to do to get business because once I got that everything he said over the phone changed and he says the car he got is for parts I tried to buy the motor he tried to sell me the whole car he dont want to sell me the motor now and hes trying to charge me 1200 to do it and then he said the car needs a radiator and some other stuff and then now he tells me to call he has is drivable Im confused but I dont know how he is as a mechanic but I know as far as customer service goes and liability and Truth his word my first time and my last time

Best mechanic shop in all of Alabama I was traveling from Texas on my way to Florida and my car was over heating and I stoped at every other mechanic shop I could to fix my problem but none of them did anything they said I needed to have the part with me in order to fix my problem later I came across mr fix it auto in mobile Alabama and met Sammy and he ordered me a brand new part and installed it for cheap I really recommend this shop 100%.

Called and sam told me he didn’t have anytime to fix my vehicle. He didn’t offer any dates in the future just a no. Don’t bother calling I guess he’s busy for the rest of his life?

This guy know how to fix stuff. I took my fusion to him after the dealer told me it would be 1500 to fix it. The tech at Mr. fit it charged me 150 bucks and changed my oil. wow im never going back to the dealer!
