I travelled all the way from Columbia South Carolina to buy a Jeep here. Alexis T, my sales woman, was awesome, very quick to get back to me with answers to my questions, worked around my hectic schedule, and even picked me up at the airport when I flew in. They made the whole process very easy and were straightforward and didnt play any of the typical dealership games. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience and fully recommend them to anyone either in the area or thinking about traveling in to purchase a vehicle.

Service department. 3 weeks to replace windshield, battery and balance tires. You have to remember who your initial service tech is. Service center is incapable of finding your vehicle/updating repairs, if that person did not help you when you dropped the vehicle off. Called multiple times with unknown repairs accomplished. Went to pick up vehicle and spent 40 minutes waiting for my service guy to strike random keys on a keyboard before I could leave with the vehicle that had already been payed for. All while other service personnel were not busy.

If you want the perfect salesman, go see Robert! He goes over and beyond for his customers! His customer service skills are off the charts. He is very knowledgeable about all vehicles and he has answers for all questions. Hes very respectful and has a positive vibe! He helped me pick out the perfect Jeep Wrangler! This was a waste of time. I took my car for a recall and they had it all day but didnt do the maintenance. I tried to contact the service department by phone for over an hour with no answer. My car was there from 730 to 430, no one called and I was not able to reach by phone. When I got to the dealership the only thing that was done was an oil change and he told me I needed a new battery but I should have been informed of that before I had to came from 30 minutes away for answers about my car. He told me I needed 720 cranking amps, the battery for my car only have a little over 500, so now Im not sure if he was just trying to sell me something.

This was my first experience buying from a dealership and it was better than anything I could have imagined. I was in a rush to buy a car due to my current one dying forever on me. I had researched and had two cars picked out from the same place. Once my finances were in order, I called to ask if the car I wanted was still there. I spoke to Robert. He checked and said yes. I told him I was on my way to get it. I showed up and was instantly greeted by two people. I asked for Robert and was shown where tow wait. He had already went to get it, he did not try to push anything on me (A concern I had due from looking at other dealerships in the past but never buying) he was so kind and friendly, as were everybody else that I came across there. I was offered water while I waited. It was a super easy process since I knew what I wanted and had finances in place.I bought a used vehicle, knew that there could be some issues and there ended up being one. I called and was asked to bring it in and they fixed it with no out of pocket for me since I had the warranty. Mr. Mike took very good care of my car.Every single person I have dealt with or spoken to at this location have been absolutely amazing and I want to say thank you big time!

AutoNation Jeep Mobile took great care of my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude when I experienced issues with a broken radiator. Due to the issue, we had my Jeep towed to the dealership and received frequent updates from Mitch on everything. He even let me know when the tow truck arrived and transferred the vehicle to them to start the diagnostics, as I was not with the tow truck.The issue was repaired under warranty and good as new again.Thank you AutoNation!

Service Department Review: Troy is the best service advisor Ive ever worked with. He treated me fairly, communicated well, took time to discuss my concerns, and has ultimately won my familys business (We have 3 Dodge/Ram vehicles). This dealership has been hit or miss in the past from sales to service, so much so that I took my vehicles across the bay to another dealership. Not anymore - Well stick with Troy.

I scheduled the appointment several days in advance and told them I didnt have a lot of time. My appointment was scheduled for noon. I received multiple reminders about the appointment so to ensure that I arrived on time. I got there 15 minutes early. After waiting until 1230 and my truck was still sitting in the same spot as when I arrived, I told the service guy I would have to leave because it was already 30 minutes past my appointment and they still had not taken my truck into the shop for the oil change. He said he believed they were about to take it back to do the job. He walked back to the shop for what I assumed was to see if it was about to be taken in but he just came back and gave me my keys and said he was sorry. He asked if I wanted to reschedule! My reply was simply, no! Not impressed with AutoNation Dodge in Mobile...not at all!

The service reps are always courteous and willing help. The parts department is having issues getting orders, due to Covid, so please bare with them. My 2020 Wrangler was in for warranty service because both batteries were depleted. The service department went the extra mile and figured out why the batteries had drained so quickly, bad relay and fuse. Parts were ordered immediately but the Jeep was there a week due to delivery issues. The service men and women are really working hard to get vehicles in and out but some things are beyond their control.

The WORST dealership i’ve ever dealt with. Had to bring my car into the dealership a total of 5 times in the span of a month of having it. The last time i brought it to them and they had it for three weeks, just to get the car back with no struts replaced or the leaking repaired. If you value your time or money DO NOT go there.

I would have to say this was my first time (37 years old) with a professional and straight forward buying experience. I purchased a brand new vehicle from them April 29th. The service until the sell was made was nothing short of phenomenal. However, it ended there. It’s now been 5 weeks and they still haven’t sent my paperwork to my county for me to be able to purchase my tag. My wife and I have called multiple times and we get the same response. We will check and call you back. Guess what....no one ever calls back. I’m completely frustrated and have received warnings for no tag, so I now have a vehicle I can’t drive because I’m way beyond my 10 business days to have a tag. I recommend you shop somewhere else. I should have paid more and purchased local.

Fixed my car . I mean dealership prices 😬😬😬😬 but being New in town couldnt find mechanic . After buying a $300.89 alternator, paying a mechanic $125 for my car to cut off again 1day later . This was my LAST RESORT. I couldnt be carless for another week especially with school coming up, being New to the city an state. I took my chances with the dealership. Met Troy his service was AMAZING. Not sure if he trained to hear or to notice sympathy vs empathy . This guy definitely shown empathy he was ready to get our car fixed . Even when its tool a couple days to find out what was the issue . We calling every early morning. HE returned calls, TEXTSSSSSSSS when he missed his call, & even got us a even lower quote then what he quoted us to do job. $885 vs $900 but thats would of been $985. God was definitely on my side. I had exactly $899 to my mom . Nothing else but that . I got my car . Troy gaves back the alternator we just purcahsed so that we can go return it . Lets just say I walked out of AutoNation Chrysler yesterday w $11.00 to my name and today walked out w cash refund for the alternator ( lost the card I purchased it) $300.89 . My car fixed. My tank full . I just thank God. I know its a lot but its alots more to why I visited the AutoNation Chrysler in Mobile,Al 😊

Called service department 3x on hold for 20 minutes first time when call dropped. On hold 15 min 34 seconds when a non service advisor told me to bring car in tomorrow Friday 22nd @ 4pm to speak to an service advisor. Called a 3rd time on loop 13 minutes when informed by audio that i was still first in Que but wait time under 2 minutes went to over 2 minutes. 5 minutes later i hung up called sales dept who transfered me to a service advisor. Informed him i ran over a truck tire on I-10 and needed to replace my passenger side front undercarriage splah guard. I offered to drop off Thursday but needed back Saturday he informed me that a diagnostic running over 100 would have to be done. Asked him just replace he said cant do anything without a diagnostic. To think i have bought 6 cars from this location from when it was mark dodge till now. SERVICE DEPARTMENT MUST BE MAKING PLENTY OF MONEY TO PUT A CUSTOMER THROUGH ALL THESE HOOPS TO SPEEK TO AN ADVISOR. Dont worry my 816 Beacon nor my dollars will never grace your property AGAIN

I took my car in on a Saturday morning and was greeted buy a really nice service rep and was very helpful in telling me i would get my Jeep back the same day .I had tried another dealer with the same problem and was told that they could not find my problem. So off my wife and i went to lunch and a few errands and was called and told that my car was ready and fixed as well as covered by my warranty.I now know where my car goes for repairs.

I bought a 2016 subaru outback here from Austyn and it was in great condition. I love it so far and Austyn was so helpful with the financing aspect before I even went to the dealership so that way I wasnt waiting around all day for a bank. Definitely wont be my last time at an AutoNation dealership with the great service, guaranteed good cars, and the limited warranty on their used cars for 90 days or 4,000 miles. They obviously have quite a bit of faith in their work and vehicles. Thank you!

The staff was professional and friendly. And then they messed up. They took a very long time after happily exclaiming several times “this will be quick and easy! Three signatures and you are out of here!” Several hours later (we believe about 3.5 hours) we got out of there for way over our budget even after having brought our own financing. We were told several times “here is the tax tag title” amount so we signed. They aren’t doing paperwork correctly to make up for what is a difficult between-state tax system. So what we ended up dealing with was an additional $500+ at the tag office at home because “tax tag title” apparently does not actually cover anything except taxes. “Miscommunication” does not cover the amount we had unintentionally excluded from the finance amount due to their negligence. We were told there was nothing they would or could do to help us after the fact. I have enough faith to think it wasn’t done with malice, but at some point their incompetence becomes negligence. Be very cautious when buying from them, they are some hard core Car Salesmen and are only looking after their bottom dollar.

I was quoted a lower price for vehicle service than I received in the end, after complaining and speaking to a hostile service rep, the service manager (Jim) stepped in and understood my complaint and mailed me a refund for the difference! As a business owner myself I know the value of good customer service!! To be on the receiving end (along management stepping in to make it right )is a breath of fresh air! They have some decent vehicles. Sales people were okay, not great. Typical sales tactic to push you to more expensive items. Almost had a deal on first visit but was unsure of vehicle so left. Second visit I could not see the vehicle I went there for. Got shown 2 much more expensive vehicles which naturally I liked but didnt want to pay for. I left without making a deal. They do give a good price on your trades so very recommended for that alone. I am picky and just need the right deal.

I went to Autonation to purchase a vehicle for my soon to be 16 yo daughter -- test drove a Jeep Cherokee and decided to purchase. Mikail was very helpful and facilitated the process quickly. If Autonation can only improve their service dept it would be 5 stars. They say they will call when the parts come in but now its twice they have not. Luckily Mikail was able to secure the tire for me for the Cherokee. Still waiting on the replacement side view mirrors for my 19 Dodge Ram. That was 2 months ago...maybe 3. This rating is for buying used from this dealership. I cant speak for buying new.. never have from here...Anyways, Me and my fiancé bought a vehicle here a while back. After purchasing it and leaving the next day we noticed the tow was off on the car and it wasnt riding right, didnt notice it during the 5 minute test drive. Tried to bring it back the same week and have them fix it or repair the problem and was told they couldnt because we bought it already and it was a used vehicle sold as is.They tried to get us to get another vehicle months later and wouldnt even give us the value of the car for trade in with me knowing that they are going to flip it for double the money when they sell it again.We recently went to carmax and got 2 very new but slightly used vehicles in great condition. They repair or replace things you have issues with before or up to 1500 miles after buying the vehicle. Small stuff that this place wouldnt do, touch up work on minor cosmetic issues, alignment, new tires, ect. And carmax gave us both about 1500$ more then the kelly blue book vales of both of our cars. This pace didnt want to give us half of that for a trade in. Im talking another 5 thousand in value on just her car alone she got. She was able to pay it off and have another 4000 to put down on the new car. This place is horrible, maybe its just an autonation thing since Ive had another location leave a bad taste in my mouth in the past, rhymes with Rhonda. Id advise you to go somewhere else. There are less shaddy sales people in other lots who arent out to just milk your pockets on a sale. I recommend trying carmax. Great company. Love them, theyve been amazing and they are actually out to make you happy first before you sign your name. Also they do 24 hour test drives so you can actually test your vehicle alone how you want to. Not drive it 5 minutes down the road while the salesman doesnt shut up about all the features and come straight back. And if you dont want it you have 30 days to return it or 1500 miles. If Id had known that years ago I wouldve never bought from this place and went to carmax instead. Would have saved me money and a headache.Goodluck guys.

This place actually deserves zero stars but since I have to give it at least one that’s all it gets. Where do I even begin with this place. I dropped of my Jeep Cherokee because of a check engine light and my vehicle shaking. I originally purchased the vehicle at this location at the end of 2016 brand new. When I went in for my appointment Troy in the service department asked if I was leaving it and I said no I couldn’t and he stated they had no stay appointments available because they were a few days behind. I wish I was told this when I made the original appointment because I could have made better accommodations. No problem though we scheduled for the following week. After I left the vehicle started getting worse and I called back and they graciously stated I could just bring in the next day and drop it off until they could look at it. That was a Saturday. I stated if they could to let me know something because I was borrowing a friends car and I only had it for a week and if I was going to need something further I needed enough time to make some arrangements for that. A couple days go by and I receive a call that the engine needs to be taken apart to evaluate what was going on. Ok fine but please me know if you need longer then this week so I can make vehicle arrangements. Also inquired about a trade-in deal. Robert from the sales department was quick in contacting me same day to discuss what I wanted and would take a look and let me know. An entire week went by without so much as a word from either department. I would call leave messages or would be told they would check in the vehicle status and get back with me and then I would hear nothing. Finally at the end of the week I call back and ask to speak to a a manager. What do I get Robert from the sales department who informs me that my vehicle hasn’t even been looked at and wouldn’t be able to until the following week. All of this would have been fine and I would have been completely understanding if this would have been COMMUNICATED to me instead of just a brush off. I also didn’t understand why someone in the sales department was informing me of this instead of the service rep Troy I had been dealing with. The following week went by and nothing. I called back and asked to speak to ANOTHER manager and am convinced the only reason I got the assistant one was because he just so happened to answer the phone. I was told my vehicle still had not even been looked at. This was after two weeks of having it. I explained to the service manager how frustrating it was that no one in his department seemed to understand the meaning of communication and I wanted a different service rep who would actually keep me informed of what is going on since I’m having to rent a car and needed to keep them posted with how much longer I needed to extend it for. He assured me he would be my new go to man. Never heard from him again. Got stuck with Troy yet again after asking for someone different and he finally informs me of what’s going on with my vehicle I tell him fine fix it because I am beyond frustrated and tired of dealing with this place. After a month of having the vehicle I am informed that after everything was fixed they found something else wrong. Go figure! And Troy admitted himself if they would have looked better they would have found this initially. This place had my vehicle for over a month before it was fixed. And in that month I NEVER heard again from the sales department about a trade in. I will never use nor recommend this place to anyone I know or even my own worst enemy. If you don’t want someone’s business fine but let them know instead of not communicating properly. Even if you were running behind I would have been totally and completely understandable if yet again it would have been communicated to me. It ended up costing me $1000 in rental car fees as well because of the lack of communication.

Having an appointment means nothing as everyone gets the same time to get in line. SECOND airbag recall and the service person couldnt even tell me why a second recall was needed. Im glad I went on Saturday as to not lose a half a day or more pay. I feel lied to and that they really dont give a hoot about how inconvenienced you are to fix THEIR mistakes. I guess enough people were injured or killed to recall once again. Im less than impressed with their customer service. My next vehicle will not be a Dodge! Good luck to anyone dealing with them.

We came in as budget customers, looking for a good deal on a workhorse without frills, and we were treated like we were there to buy a luxury vehicle. I am certain that in due time there will be a life changing experience that will come upon this unprofessional dealership and its service department. Its sad that at a time such as this or at anytime, that there would be a business of this magnitude, cheat and beat people out of their hard earned money. What can I say about this little dealership located in Mobile Alabama?First a few shout outs to Tommy- Get that bitcoin brother! Mike R. Bossman brand 👍Jason, the best Uber I had the whole trip. Big Rick, heard his name alot, not sure if I met him, but thank you anyway.Listen this team went out of their way to ensure a stranger was happy and got into something. They didnt have to help me the way that they did but compassion that you rarely see was very evident that day. Me and my family owe that team a great deal of gratitude and earned our respect for a very very long time. I not only recommend buying from Tommy and crew, or getting your service done by Mike and Jason but I would stake anything on your happiness and the friendliness of the entire staff there. This place was the absolute worse place I ever been to for car repair service. They were very unprofessional. They lied to me and told me my services would be covered under warranty. They said they called and then told me later warranty was not covering. My car went into the shop running and was there for 3 weeks. When I tried to go get it now they are saying it needs a whole new motor. It was so many levels to this, but I would never in my life ever buy a Dodge and I will never go to that dealership again. Everyone that work there is a complete joke.

Ive been searching for the perfect SUV over 4 months now. Went test driving last week as I was narrowing down my choices. My fiance found a QX60 Thursday night online at Autonation. Made an appointment and went in Friday and the car was already parked out front waiting for me! I was just planning to test drive this beauty. When my 2014 Chrysler 200 needs service I take it to AutoNation because they are professional and they check everything to make sure no issues arise. When its going to be a long wait they come and let you know were they are on each step of repair. They always have coffee and water if needed. They also check on recall parts so you want have to come back they fix it doing your service visit. They always offer other discounts on oil changes, tires and other necessities. I wouldnt take my Chrysler anywhere else.

This was the 6th new vehicle I have purchased since 1975 and this was, by far, my most positive experience! The first person I encountered was Michaela. She was new, but was friendly, attentive, and had excellent customer service skills. Once I explained that I already knew exactly what I wanted, she quickly involved Robert, a more experienced sales professional. Robert was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He helped locate a Dodge Charger with the options I wanted and explained the extras that I could purchase without being pushy. Robert stayed in touch via text message & phone calls through the process of obtaining the vehicle from another location...a true professional. Overall, I felt respected and appreciated by everyone I encountered at the dealership. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this dealership.

Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Autonation really has poor customer service. I’ve had my car almost three months with no tag because they’ve failed to give me the paperwork needed. My first car was from Honda Autonation and I wish I would have stuck with Honda. I have reached out asking for the paperwork, they said the would email it to me and failed to do so. I’ve been out there for an oil change, asked for the paperwork and again they said they would email it to me. I feel as though all necessary paperwork, after all payments went through, should have been given to me right then and there. It’s frustrating. It should never be this difficult to get what is needed and no I shouldn’t have to make constant trips. When I came and asked the first, it should of just been giving to me in person! Do better Autonation, do better.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.... There is no customer service. I was told different things each time I talked to someone about my car that was in service. They would not answer the phones at all. I was yelled at by the service manager and when I called back to talk to the general manager they hung up on me twice. I was only called once in 14 days. I had to go up there in person to find out what was going on with my car. And dont bother trying to get a rental car. That is another disaster in and of itself. And to top it all off, they took shortcuts in replacing the transmission. Really!? The dealership didnt even replace it properly. By far, the worst time Ive ever had with a mechanic. Will never go back or recommend anyone to use.

In August of this year my wife and I purchased a pre owned 2017 Ford Explorer. We live in a different county with a much lower sales tax rate but due to not having many options of dealerships in our county we usually purchase in Mobile County. The taxes we were charged were $600+. With that being said once our registration is purchased in our county the extra taxes for Mobile County are refundable but the dealership has to provide the documentation and cut the check. We have went through this many times with other dealerships with no issue. After fighting with this dealership and being lied to about the documentation being sent several times to the tag office they told us they could not cut us the check but would take it off our loan amount. We’ve never had that happen before but so be it if they can only take it off our loan it is what it is.....but the amount wasn’t takin off our loan and documentation wasn’t sent. So sounds like the dealership is keeping hundreds of dollars from us that we are owed and we were lied to again. I have purchased from Autonation more than once but never again. Oh and by the way when speaking with the employees of the tag office about the situation once we told them the name of this dealership their words were good luck this isn’t the first time others have had issues with them about this.

I made two different appointments to have my vehicle serviced here do to recall notifications and both times they let my car sit on their lot for eight hours before they called me to tell me they could not get to my car due to being over busy, I have two Chrysler 300 and a Dodge Ram 1500, from this point on I will never try to have service or purchase a vehicle at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Ram Mobile !!!!!!!!!
