Vehicle needed servicing. So we hung out for 30/45 minutes. We were offered outstanding waiting areas. Even a smoking section.
Clean, spacious waiting area. Attentive offers of water, fresh coffee, etc. All employees we encountered were very nice and respectful. The only negative was that the tilt of the back of my seat got changed and it’s very hard to get it back right. That’s not a huge issue at all, but I did want to bring it to your attention.We are very pleased with our whole UJ experience, both purchase and service, and will highly recommend you to anyone needing your help. 👍🏻💛

The staff is always friendly and there are always refreshments available and it’s always clean but the reason I always come back its because of Bobby in the service department. Bobby is always courteous and takes care of me. He is the best in the service department.

As always the service department did a great job of fixing my vehicle. My AC went out and they were able to quickly diagnose my issue and fix it. They were also kind enough to lend me a vehicle so that I could still get to and from work. I really appreciated that because I know there are very few vehicles to spare. Lillian and Jerel were great. Lillian greeted us as soon as we parked the car, she knew the answers to all of my questions about the truck I was looking at without hesitation and treated my partner and I like we were members of her family. We didn’t get the “I just want to make the sell” treatment. We got “welcome home, how can we take care of you today”. She was a pleasure to talk to. Jerel made his way to us before it was even time for us to talk finances and he made several attempts to get us the best deal. He discussed warranties with us as if they were second nature. He was funny and welcoming. You could tell they had a great working relationship.
It was painful. Took to long to get things done. George was Computer illiterate. Two other personal had to assist. I also asked for my bank rate and the dealership. When we asked about rates from my bank I was told that you are very comparable. Only to find that I could have received 1.47%. Not good business practice

While I know my truck needs its regular maintenance, I have limited time to accomplish this as my truck is in constant motion. I like using UJ because of the personal attention as well as the fact I have yet to go by and ask to be a walk in that I wasnt accommodated as quickly as they could fit me in. The personnel are always friendly and courteous to me as well as helpful. This makes a big impact on whether I recommend any business to someone else.
It was an overall success. I love the communication that I received from Steve. He kept me informed. He even went beyond. My truck was missing the plastic grommet that holds the filler neck to the truck. He found me one of those. Another dealer was saying that I may have to replace the entire neck. I thought that was nuts. Anyway this was a pleasant trip to the dealer.
My sales specialist, Dennis Bridges, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My family has purchased several cars over the years, and Dennis has always been extremely helpful in the process. He also follows up periodically after the purchase to ensure we are happy and satisfied U-J customers.
Much faster than expected. Very efficient. We had to wait for a long time for new ones to become available for the recall on our airbags but change out was done very quickly. Glad to have the dealership where truck was purchased handling the warranty work!
Everything was good except that I had to schedule a whole new appointment to check the service engine soon light issue I had. This makes it necessary to come back and have my truck serviced again instead of doing it all in one day.
The salesman Kelly south was by far the best I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase and understood all the features of me new truck. He came highly recommended from a friend and I can see why. Give that man a raise!!!
I asked that the cabin filter be checked since it has never been replaced not has the air filter. The filter was not checked and is filthy. I bring my car only to UJ for service.
My salesman Carl, was great had great customer service and “listened” well in the beginning of the conversation. The finance manager Jarrell, was perfect! He made the end process smooth and seamless - he has great customer service. He explained everything perfectly and not did he try to push different packages on me. He explained the differences and let me decide. I greatly appreciate both guys!!
If you have a comp oil change better find out how long it is good for in days/months and not mileage. They had given me two comps but I only got to use one and they said other one expired when contract went up. Didnt know I had a contract and when I went to use the second one they said it went out 5 months before. I had just got to 10,000 miles in a year and a few months since buying the car.

Everyone was nice and friendly, but the wait time was incredibly long. I was in the waiting area for about 3 hours. Hopefully the company comes up with express pass for those who have no choice but to wait for their vehicle. Now that would be awesome and take care of the incredibly long wait time.

Well I was there at 6:30 waiting to get my oil changed when they opened at 7am. I was the third person there. The first person in the second line and they totally skipped me and took about ten people or so first which resulted in me being there until 9:30. The only reason they came back out to ask me what I needed was because the very nice man changing the garbage liners asked me if I’d been helped and when I said no he went and got somebody. Nobody apologized or offered any kind words. All I received was “well be patient because I think the whole town came here today” and then laughed. Not happy at all and will not recommend at this time.
Emily McCarron was amazing. From the initial consult, thru ordering my Tahoe. She kept me updated thru the whole process. Then when my vehicle arrived, she expedited the purchase experience. I would definitely recommend her.

The servicing of my vehicle was quick and flawless as expected. But what I didn’t expect was the great and kind service inside while waiting. They have a very sweet lady, sorry but I neglected to get her name, that gave my 3 yr old grandson a color book and a snack. We had a discrepancy with service that was performed. I contacted our service advisor who immediately made it know to the service Manager. The Service Manager contacted me directly with compassion and resolve. We purchased our last 2 vehicles from Bay Chevrolet, but switched in 2019 to UJ because the service was horrible. Appointments were not honored, phone calls not returned, paper worked not filed correctly. UJ Chevrolet is closer to my parents house and their demonstrated level of commitment to their customers lets me know we made the right decision in choosing them. If you are looking to buy your next Chevrolet or need service on your existing vehicle, call Patrick or Bobby ( Service Advisors), and they will take care of you.

My experience was a good, positive one. My salesman, Kelly South, was very informative, helpful and listened to me as I explained what I wanted in my vehicle. He found exactly what I wanted. He and the credit mgr made the purchase process quick as they prepared the paper work in a timely manner. My experience with Brandon, in the finance office was brief. He was professional and explained the paperwork thoroughly.The entire process was an awesome experience, everyone there was friendly and helpful and I will recommend this dealership to others.

My experience with the service department began very good. Patrick, the service rep, could not have been more considerate or helpful. It was rather frustrating to have purchased the truck less than 6 weeks before this problem but I am happy we decided to purchase the extended warranty. I just hope this will be the last time it is needed. Back to this experience...all was good until I picked up the truck and headed home. I made a stop for lunch and when leaving saw a scratch and dent in the rear fender. As I stated I only purchased the truck 6 weeks ago at UJ Chevrolet with no blemishes now after leaving it at UJ it has a blemish. The service manager said he could do nothing about it since he nor I could prove it happened at your facility. If I did not have the warranty, you would not see me again.

Maintenance services were performed promptly as scheduled. Waiting area was clean, and the attendant was very pleasant and attentive to customer needs/requests. Covid-19 protocols were enforced/followed. Service rep kept customer informed to the status of their car being maintained.
I just bought a brand new 2500 Z71 and had to bring it back to check the alignment, had an appointment for 8.40am, Needed to check the alignment and put license plate bracket on front bumper. Shouldn’t have taken no more than 2 hours to complete since I had an appointment. Dealer kept the truck all day and I was able to pick it up at 5.20pm. When I asked why it took so long, this is the response I received from service... “Appointments are set for all day and vehicle will be checked between the appointment time and 5pm regardless of appointment time”. Didn’t make any sense of making future appointments. On the other hand, it should have been a priority for sales department and service department to work together and get the vehicle took care off immediately since I just took the delivery of a brand new vehicle. In my opinion, most everyone in service department are very nice and friendly, something needs to be done on how the appointments are been handled and processed through the service department, Focus should be on customer not the employees in service department. Just my thoughts.....
My car makes a noise. i was told my tires would be rotated but they werent. once he couldnt go thru warranty he gave up on me. i wont use that particular Chevrolet again.

Oil drrippimg on driveway after oil change. Brought it back to dealership and they said everything looked good it was just some oil on frame and they cleaned it off. Got home and noticed more the next day. Took it back and they said the oil filter was about to fall off. They replaced oil filter and topped off the oil. Also still waiting on a call from the first time I had a oil change and they chipped the paint on my rim by the lug nut

Steve greeted me as soon as I arrived in the Service Lane for my Oil Change and Tire Rotation Service Appointment and once he recognized that I was a Disabled Combat Veteran that required a walker to walk with, he assisted me with getting it out of my truck and opened doors for me and insured my comfort throughout my visit. Even though the dealerships computer system was down, he still took my vehicle back and had my service completed in 48 minutes and by that time, the computers were back up and operational and he had all of my paperwork completed and ready for me at the Cashiers Window. This was my FIRST time dealing with U-J Chevrolet and if the Service Dept. is any gauge by which to measure the other departments, this will be MY GO-TO DEALER for all of my auto needs and I have no reservation on recommending them to all of my fellow Vets, friends and family...and already have as my nephew has just purchased a NEW 2021 Chevrolet Camaro from them.
All we needed was an oil change and check up. Service was fine; attendant inside helped to make us comfortable while we waited and that was nice. Evidently everything was fine with the car. This was not five-star, which we had come to expect with Chevrolet, but it was ok.

Service was ok, however when i made the apt online i indicated that I needed shuttle service only to find out when I arrived that the shuttle service had been canceled.
Kelly worked hard to get me into a vehicle I felt comfortable in and was within my budget.
Its no small thing, in todays world, that someone shows you kindness. So, Ive got to take the time to thank Aubra at UJ Chevrolet service. I had been without my vehicle for over a month, me to go without work. I dont know many people that can go without working for that long. Trust me, Im not one of them. I have a lot of digging out to do. I can use any prayers. My car had been to five mechanics previously. When Aubra learned of my situation, she went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle in and get my vehicle fixed. The care, work, kindness, and dedication, that was shown to me, was well above todays standards. Very well above. Aubra is a credit to UJ Chevrolet. My tire kept loosing air and I could not find a nail in it. I brought it over to the dealership. Not only was Patrick extremely pleasant and efficient, he seemed like he really liked helping people. When my tire was done, UJ did not charge me for a patch job because the recent hurricane and all the debris in our area due to recent roofing jobs. This surprised me and made us happy. I love my car and bought it at UJ not long ago so I will continue to bring it back for service problems. Thank you.

Service advisor would not call about my service package. Told me because I bought the car in Florida I would have to take it there and that they were an independent Chevy dealer. All of which is not true. He did not want to take the time to call for payment so I had to pay and file a claim for reimbursement. It only takes a minute to make a call and he couldn’t be bothered to do it. I pay a lot of money for a service plan and shouldn’t have to go through this nonsense. I won’t be back

My first time at UJ Chevrolet. I was impressed by the attentiveness of the service rep. They made me feel at home and price for services was below what I had anticipated. The only criticism I can levy is there isnt that much seating in the waiting area. But, overall, I was pleased with my first trip to UJ.

I am very disappointed that I had to pay over $1000 to repair the air conditioner on a five year old $50,000 truck but UJ did a good job of getting me back on the road except for the service writer didnt notify me when it was ready.
