The General Manager of this Store is one of the most Cold Hearted people Ive ever met!No compassion! No remorse! It seems that he thrives on misery! The more dissatisfied you are with the service the happier he becomes! Be careful dealing with him !

Make sure you get someone who will explain everything to you about the truck and contract before you take off; the guy I dealt who was the manager had a bad attitude and seem to help other people who are not my color better. He didn’t want to help me understand how to operate the trucks and basically wanted me out of his face. Also, if this your first time moving make sure you check the gas hand in the truck to make sure it’s shows what is say it suppose to be. they will try to under fuel the truck to get more money out of you. Please do not visit here to rent a uhaul, try somewhere else. High suspicious of fraudulent activity! Be aware!

I recently visited the Uhaul location on Woodmere in Montgomery,Alabama....and Houston was very helpful and professional! I was able to return my truck before closing time on Saturday! I literally made it ...just in time...even still He was awesome along with another coworker who closed the store on Saturday Dec. 5th! I will continue to use UHaul and this exact location for all my moving needs! Thanks!

Reservations mean nothing; no sense of urgency. Eight customers in line for 2 workers and they are just taking their sweet time. Min 1 hr wait each time.

Three people here is a super long line even with three employees at the front. One is just sitting there in front of a computer doing who knows what, not helping customers, and the others have been with two for an exceptionally long time, not talking, 30 minutes to do what?After waiting all that time, I just wanted to return the tow dolly, but they said I couldnt return the truck and dolly separately, the guy wanted me to just leave it in the lot and check it in when I return the truck later. Are you crazy? These people are not yet competent with their systems.

Rent from this location at your own risk. Pay close attention to the mileage on the contract and the actual mileage on the vehicle. My mileage was off by 10 miles and I brought it to the attention of the very busy but pleasant young lady who was working by herself. However, she just wrote the correct mileage on a piece paper and said that she would correct it. The odometer was off as well. Thankfully I took a picture. Long story short, I have been charged for a 2-day rental when in reality I returned the vehicle within 5 yours. The vehicle was driven for 10.92 miles and I am being charged for 30. Not only that but they also held two different holds on my account making it a total $229.07. The manager Mr. Preston Taylor is beyond rude and disrespectful. Trying to handle the matter in a respectful business way by speaking to him was a waste of time. Not once did he apologize for overcharging my card. His approach was very combative and condescending. I have never experienced a manager like Mr. Taylor. Customers do not matter to him. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY.

We were amazed at how kind the folks here were! When we were stranded for a ride, staff member Reggie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us where we needed to be! Coming from Canada, we were definitely a long way from home too. We are absolutely blown away by the service here- thanks again to Reggie. Restored our faith in humanity for sure :)

Rude, rude and rude. The truck given to me had a large hole in the side of it. The fuel was marked full on the paperwork, it wasnt, an eighth of the tank was used, doesnt sound like much but, in a truck with a near 50 gallon tank, thats a lot of money to refuel for them.

The guy I talked to on the phone at this location wasn’t a big help.. seemed a bit rude as well.

I have always had quality experiences with this location until yesterday. I arrived at my scheduled pickup time only to be told that the vehicle I reserved was at another location off Taylor Rd. After expressing my concerns that Taylor Rd was incovenient for my needs she loudly proclaimed ITS JUST DOWN THE ROAD!!!! Never mind the fact that NO ONE took the effort to call, email or text me informing that said vehicle was not at the Woodmere location. I left immediately driving to the Taylor Rd location only to see a GONE TO LUNCH sign on the door smh. Uhaul you have lost a customer for life due to the unprofessionalism of your employees.

Horrible customer service! I paid in cash and still was also charged on a credit card for the same one day rental. I went back to the store to find out why. And I believe the general manager Brad Weston couldn’t find anything saying that I paid in cash. Brad Weston was actually rude as well. When asked was he the manager for the location he just simply pointed to his shirt. So someone in that store must be stealing because I handed Skyla Yokley $60 for a total of $49.82. And now no one knows what happened to the money.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Dont waste your time reserving a truck or anything else, because that in no way guarantees theyll have one for you. Reserved my truck over a week ago, and when I came to pick it up, not only did they not have one, there wasnt even one in the entire city. Lazy employees with terrible customer service skills. Im a manager myself, and if these were my people, they would no longer be employed. I have never had the kind of terrible experience with this company as Ive had with this location.

Great selection of boxes! I needed a large shipping box and shopped around at Lowes, Home Depot, and fedex. This was by far the cheapest place and seemed to have the best quality boxes.

Dropped off my rented uhaul truck here and the lady was really friendly. She was able to help me out quickly and I was on my was with no trouble.

The staff is RUDE and UNFRIENDLY. When I walked in the store, the two people supposed to be servicing the check-out counter was on their phone browsing who knows what. I tried to get their attention twice but the third time I had to raise my voice to get their attention. Also, when dropping off a tow dolly, they tried to make me do their job by putting away the dolly myself. The nerve of the guy whose job it is to literally put away the dolly trying to pass off his duties to the customer. Definitely needs improvement.

Reserved 2week ago. They did not have truck when we got there. They send me to pick up at another location(drove an hour). They did not have truck also.Bad bad bad experience. We have to move moving date. A lots of money wasted.

Friendly people that got us in and out with our truck in under 5 minutes. One gripe i have is that while i was talking to another employee while the manager was finishing some paper work with the person i was with, the manager yelled at the employee for talking with me way too loud. I felt embarassed because Im hard of hearing, so some times Ill speak loudly without realizing it. Other than that personal issue, great place. Would return to rent another truck.

Terrible. As long as we can help it, my family is never using Uhaul again.When we were leaving California, the Uhaul office called ahead to this location and asked to make sure they could deliver to the area wed be moving to. We called today to schedule the delivery and were told that they cant deliver. Would prefer not to have been lied to from the beginning.

Horrible experience. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. I rented a U-Haul from this place and it took 3 days to get a refund. The manger refused to help me until I called and made a complaint.
