I have never rented a truck from you all if you all have my name someone must have stolen my identity. I only use U Haul Trucks.

As a driver of one of their truck, dont depend on them and their roadside if the truck breakdown they leave you stranded and forget about you, not good on follow up and give you a bunch of run around. Have you waiting hours and set low standard for their service provider, way worste than pizza delivery, atleast pizza still warm when i get it.

I dropped off a rental sleeper truck here. In and out like the breeze.
