Horrible horrible horrible experience. If I could give it negative stars I would. Beware DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE THEY WILL ONLY MAKE IS WORSE.I took my phone here to get my cracked screen fixed and only a month later the whole screen detached from the frame. I took it back only to be told that they would have to replace the whole screen for $290 after paying $290 a month ago. I told him that was completely unacceptable and it would work for me so he called his manager and the manager said that they could offer $80 off which was also unacceptable due it being their fault. Long story short I went to We Repair (3 kiosks down) and got it fixed for $20. The man at We Repair told me that he was just trying to get money from out of me because he didn’t need to replace the screen he just needed to place it back down correctly.

Called about fixing my iPhone 11 Pro and by far received the best price. Service was excellent and I’m very happy with this place and can recommend them.

My iPhone 7 plus has been acting sluggish and my battery would not last very long, came in to get a battery replacement and Im extremely pleased with the service. Eduardo took care of me and had me on my way in no time! Phone is back to normal and feels faster Thanks!

I was very anxious when I cracked my iPhone screen and being the poor college kid I am, I was even more nervous that I was going to have to sell a kidney to get it fixed!! I was able to return again to get a Google pixel 3a fixed and they were great from customer service to getting the work done. Prices were reasonable. They always got my business. I called over the phone asking about the back glass on my wifes galaxy S7. The tech confirmed he had the color I was requesting and work with.me on a over phone quote. Lots of time phone quotes are hard but he did great. The tech said he would set the one I needed because I lived across town, again very nice to do. When I arrived the tech said it would take a lil longer because more customers had come in. I agreed to the time and had a seat. The tech realized I was sitting and managed to work on my device even quicker. IM VERY HAPPY with the support and would recommend this establishment to all my family and friends.

Took my iPhone XR in needed a new screen and battery, Once the repair was done the screen cracked in my pocket the owner claims it was due to “frame damage” and would not replace the screen so I took it to another place and they told me my screen cracked again because of a piece of Debris left in the phone after repair. iDevice Repair also did not honor a price they quoted me over the phone for the rework they said I needed DO NOT RECOMMEND. I also keep my customer agreement that I signed was told I can not have a copy but could take a picture of which I did and kept it organized in my system

Got phone screen replaced today and top speaker (used for phone calls) doesn’t work anymore, it was completely functional before.

I cracked my iPhone 6 plus, and I called more than one place and the price was over the top. However, I called them and Omg Alan was such an amazing guy. Like he was really nice, and he said it will cost me $55 to fix it and he will add a free glass tempered screen protector, that usually cost $25. I got it fixed, and again they were really nice. Then 2 months later my phone started acting weird, like glitching and freezing. Then I called them again and I was really worried because I talked to someone and they told me that the least they would charge me is $150 to fix it. I was so upset, I tried my luck by calling them again and see if the price would be a bit cheaper. and luckily Alan answered and I explained to him how my phone is acting and he asked me when was the day I got my screen fixed and I told him that it was over a month (they have a 30 day warranty) But he was so kind, he told me that he would fix it for me, for no charge. I thought he was kidding at first but no he wasnt, he fixed the phone for me and it works great. Theyre so nice, professional, and trust worthy. I definitely 100% would recommend coming here. Believe you wont regret it.

Went in there today to get my friends phone repaired, the screen had lines all across it and it was not able to be used, and the guy only charged us 69 bucks and gave us a deal on a case as well and we are very happy with it. My friend can now use his phone and we didn’t have to pay very much. I wish I got that guys name though, thanks anyway!!

RUINED MY IPHONE 7 AND COST ME $150 IN PARTS. I had my phone screen replaced after reading the positive online reviews. When I got the phone back, the screen and body were separating and it was missing the speaker cover! The tech said he couldnt get the glue to stick and I should get a good case to hold the phone together. I called in back 2 days later because the screen and body were almost completely separated. At that point the same tech took it and and applied superglue to the lcd screen. When I saw the screen still sticking up, and I could hear the glue making a clicking noise with every touch, I told him I wasnt happy, and I wanted it fixed. The tech said absolutely not, no refunds, and he wasnt going to fix it. VERY DISAPPOINTED I DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL!

The service was unacceptable. Was told it would take one and a half hours to replace cracked screen. Left item and returned to get item. Was told it wasn’t ready and to wait a few minutes. I waited another half hour and had to pry out the truth. They had not even started to repair it and to wait even more for a phone call when ready. I requested refund and took my item back. Would never go back.

First I called about replacing my camera lens and was told I needed to put a deposit down, as the part needed to be ordered; then, I was told that they dont replace galaxy 6 lenses when I went to put a deposit down. Fast forward to today, the shop I went to was no longer there so i decided to give these guys a call, was told they replace g6 lenses. I went down to the kiosk and dude said his boss wants me to pay the $45 (to fix my phone) in full prior to the part being ordered. I said, no! So dude said $30 😑 why on earth would I pay in full, or more than half for a service that has not yet been performed. I left snd found somewhere that has the part in stock and costs $35.

Prices are good but quality is terrible. I got my iPhone fixed here and I bought a tempered glass protector and I bought a heavy duty case I dropped my phone about an inch off the floor and the only thing that broke was the screen. Phone case and glasses protector is perfectly fine. But my actual screen is broken. Also when I had got my screen fixed my camera was so blurry i could barely see I had to take it back up there, when I went back up there the workers had said it would take about 20 mins so I gave them 30 when I walked up the two workers were just standing there talking and laughing he tried to tell me it would be another 10 mins and I had to stand in front of him for him to fix it. I would NOT recommend
