I give this place 0 stars (I had to put the star so the review would post) because you could be a day late on a payment and they start harassing you they will blow up your phone with calls and come to your door at random points throughout the whole day. They will make sure you know full well that you are a DAY late for a payment it’s so annoying and honestly you can find better quality furniture at Walmart and Target at least at those stores you don’t have to worry about who used your furniture/appliances before you. I do not recommend this place

I purchased a couch at MOR furniture, was told my account was taken over by this Rent-a-Center. I never had any dealings with Rent-a-Center prior and the associates here are horrible, lack common courtesy, and customer service skills. I was a day late in my payment and they harassed me by calling every hour even after I informed them I would visit their location on Friday after I got off work. They came to my house and repeatedly yelled that they were there in order for my neighbors to hear knowing I wasn’t there because they called me at work! Their staff placed notifications on my property door mentioning they were there to pick up my couch. I made sure to pay them off within 3 days because I was told that 60% of any payments I had made prior to my account being taken over by them was going towards interest. Which meant that I was being charged more than 3 times the cost of the actual couch. They are thieves! They will rob you for your hard earnings for cheaply made furniture that isn’t worth the cost! Save yourself the headache and just avoid any location that does business with this Rent-a-Center!! Horrible to the 10th power!!!

This center is ok if you are dealing with the store manager Roland; otherwise be prepared to get irritated with staff who are not knowledgeable whatsoever. I have been with them for over two years I pay on time and if I am going to be late which is no more than a few days I CALL and give them a heads up. I have purchased a mattress set as well as a tv and when I needed the mattress replaced it literally took months to get it replaced even having my warranty. My suggestion is that if you really cannot afford payments then dont make a purchase and do not buy anything here if you dont really need it. The prices on their items after the 90 days same as cash is through the roof also their staff are truly rude and I do mean rude. But Roland is cool always talk to him.

Well years ago I bought some furniture there and it turned out well despite being used
