Melissa and Faith are phenomenal representatives for AT&T ! Melissa covered all corners and made sure that I walked out with every accessory I needed between work and home. I appreciate her going above and beyond to make sure I had a good deal and walked out with optimal devices. She even assisted with my screen protector, which I thought was kind.Faith helped me about a week ago from today with plan services and transferring of billing responsibility. During my visit with faith sure made sure that my plan met all of my wants and needs. She has such a great personality and she is very engaged as a representative. I actually tried to leave a review for faith the day she serviced me but I didn’t have the QR code lol. Anyhow this time returning to pick up my new iPhone 12 Pro Max I wanted to be sure to make it know that these two representatives presented premier customer service. They are wonderful assets to AT&T and my hope is that they excel further within the company.

Please hire more people exactly like her, ask her in fact who you should be hiring. My situation is complicated. The manager Bobbie was so amazingly helpful. He was patient and explained everything. The time and effort he put into my situation was above and beyond normal customer service. Cynthia was also another great example of customer service thats goes above and beyond. Losing my dad a few months ago was difficult enough. They made this situation easier to Handle his accounts. Im crying in my car writing this because its Definitely less stress on me and I am very grateful.

I was there first thing on a Sunday to replace or upgrade a prepaid phone. A worker I Believe by the name of Michelle with curly medium length hair. She explained they did not do that as it was a prepaid phone although the customer service rep told me to go into a store and they would have something for me. To my surprise she told me to go to maybe a other retailer to buy the prepaid phone instead of asking me if I wanted to get a plan from AT&t. My suggestion to the manager if you retrain her because AT&t is there to make money and get people on plans thats why I was there first thing in the morning I wanted to hear about the plans and shes did notice suggested and told me to go to another retailer to find my phone. Disappointed.

A woman named Aunnie helped me and she was the sweetest ever, answered all my questions and helped me quickly update my phone as well as showed me some of the other services that AT&T offers. I rarely give out reviews but I just had to do one for this store based on two experiences (my parents) and (my wife and me). When you come in the store (even though multiple reps are there not talking to customers and have given eye contact) they don’t ask you if you need any assistance. They also seem to never have stock of phones and talk down on you if you decide not to do upgrades based on the fact that they dont have the phone you like. They try to force you to get an older model even though a store a couple of miles away has some in stock. Maybe its the business model that were thought to practice when they are hired but it really is horrible. I though it was just my experience but a separate instance where my parents (after a year) tried the same thing, they are met with the same experience. Hopefully management reads this and decide to make changes and gear towards customer service rather than profit.

If I could give zero stars, I would because this place doesnt deserve the rating. Bobby, stay away from that guy. Hes on a power trip 100%.Bobby was the person who helped me. I called prior and spoke to someone over the phone (who was super nice and friendly). I let him know that I was in a hurry and needed a phone because I was not from here. I asked him if Id be able to purchase a telephone and then mail it back (like I have done countless times via online) he said that wouldnt be a problem at all. Normally, I would have purchased a phone online but the at&t service wasnt working at the time.I walked in and had to wait for about 15 minutes, no big deal. Bobby asked me what I was there for, I told him the situation I wrote about above, told him which phone I wanted and explained that I was needing to get in and out as quickly as possible. He then responded and asked which upgrade I was doing. I responded with Im not sure, I have this phone thats almost paid off that I have qualified for an upgrade with. He then asked me which upgrade and blurted our some plan that they have I guess. I dont work for the telephone store so I have no clue what he was talking about. He should have taken a second to explain the differences between the upgrade options. He rolled his eyes and sighed at me for not knowing what upgrade options there were.I then verified that it was ok to mail the phone back after I was done with the data transfer. He got a real huge attitude and said what makes you think you can do that? I seriously was shocked that this came out of his mouth. I then explained that I spoke to 611 and someone here in the store about doing that and he the asked for their names, to which I didnt have. He told me well guess what, you got the wrong information. I got irritated and told him that if I couldnt do this that Id leave and make a purchase online at a different time or with a different carrier. This guy then says Im going to ALLOW you to bring this phone back to me. ALLOW!? What is he, some kind of failed cop who thinks he holds the keys to the cellphone authority?! Come on man, get a grip on reality and on your ego.He then took my phone and inspected it like I was trying to trade in some piece of garbage. I explained that the phone was relatively new and was in excellent condition. I took off the screen protector to show him that it was in great shape.Bobby asked me if I wanted gold green for the phone selection to which I looked toward the displays, only to see that they were all missing. I then looked back at him and said I guess Ill take green?. Then I made a comment about all the phones being gone, he responded and said I dont care, they arent mine. This bothered me because Id expect him to take a little pride in where he works, especially as hes selling me a device. I told him that he should take pride because missing displays directly impact sales, which impacts labor, which 100% impacts him as an individual. He clearly didnt like hearing that told me again that he didnt care about it and then he began to rush me though my purchase.Bobby didnt explain any costs to me, any options available for the phone, and rushed me though the signature pages about my options. I was trying to read what I was signing and he kept saying It just says this....Needless to say, this was 100% the WORST experience that Ive ever had at AT&T and Ive been a loyal customer for 15 years. Cingular was my carrier prior to AT&T and Ive never been treated like this, anywhere across the United States.

UPDATE (April 2017): Very helpful. Many times. I had questions about devices, capabilities, warranties, and plans. Went to the store three times over two weeks (convenient since they are close to home and work). Questions were answered each time by knowledgeable staff. Ultimately upgraded two phones, received two tablets, and changed plans. Candace was our last contact and made the whole process easy. Thanks AT&T Moreno Valley!PREVIOUS: I was pleased with the service I received and the way in which most of my questions were answered. Unfortunately, none of the staff were aware of some phones available with AT&T, but it wasnt a hurdle to my upgrade. I have a new phone, new tablet, and a microcell for my home. Staff and management went above and beyond to help. My thanks especially to Jesse for his assistance.

Before I went to this store I read the reviews & was curious about this Nick. As luck would have it I ran into Nick when I went in today. He is everything that is described about him. He is patient, very nice and very polite. My case was very complicated and he never gave up and never got impatient with me. No greeting, no one smiled. Switching my boyfriend to Verizon like my phone. Everytime i go to Verizon, they immediately help me. Unlike these guys. I just wanted to pay my bill. I guess they dont want my $130??EDIT: went in and asked if I may cancel my service because I paid the phone off and my fiancés service doesnt work out in Australia. Due to covid, he cant return back yet... The guy in the store told me they couldnt cancel my service. Why not? Cause you close in 20 minutes? I dont mind canceling over phone but I dont understand why I cant cancel my At&T service in an At&T store???

So I have read previous reviews and we had the same terrible experience! Customers that came in after my wife and I were helped before us. There were no new phones on display, nothing to interact with. The sales associate that actually assisted us kept leaving for long periods of time, beyond the time periods she said the process would take. We walking in to upgrade our phones to the Galaxy 10+ and walked out with nothing due to the poor service, which is a direct reflection of the manager of this store. AT&T corporate has a responsibility to hold this management staff accountable for this poor service expressed by these customers. I received a text from AT&T that I am valued customer, after completing a survey, prove it! Previous reviews can validate my experience.

Needed to update my phone information to correct the SIM number to finish upgrading my phone. I called AT&T and they told me I needed to go in store to change it, but when I got there the manager said she cant update it. Because she did not update it, I couldnt complete my upgrade at Best Buy (where I was in the middle of upgrading). The manager, Brenda, was only interested in getting the sale and said she would trade in the phone tonight without changing the sim and that I would not be able to trade my phone in tomorrow unless I completed the whole sale with her. Should have just taken care of the customer by updating my SIM number like AT&T corporate said they could instead of looking to get the sale. Im disappointed.

I felt uncomfortable the whole time. My girlfriend and I walked in the door and there were 6 people in blue shirts. Asking us how we were. Little overwhelming. Then the girl tried to sell me 5 different things. All I wanted was an iPhone. Then she tried to sell us insurance that she said we HAD to have. $9.99 a month with a $109.00 deductible. Total ripoff. Then she said they had to take my old phone in the back to changeover the contacts which they never even did. My phone has a lot of personal info on it. They never took it in the back room before. Overall bad experience. Then when all the blue shirts werent busy they were horse playing and dancing in the middle of the store. I knew I shouldve drove the extra 30 min to the apple store. Trust me. Dont come here to buy an iPhone. Never again.

Terrible customer service. I waited 2 hours just to add a line to my existent service, i wanted a 128gb model note9 and they charged me for the 512gb which was way more. When I realized it and came back not even 15 minutes later the assistant manager wanted me to wait on the call list and was rude about it, its not my fault you cant tell the difference on the products you are selling.

Well not only the store but the company...DONT GET THE HOME SECURITY THROUGH THIS COMPANY...We have been customers for almost 14 yrs and I AM REALLY DISSATIFIED WITH THEM AND PISSED OFF!!! We decided to try the home security with AT&T because of the deal they had. Well after having the alarm ring 3x in the week and having problems with the pin not clearing the alarm system and the firefighters not being able to shut it down either we called the AT&T at the moment. Firefighters spoke to AT&T and AT&T also had problems with our alarm system we asked the firefighters to help us disconnect it while they were on the phone with AT&T. Customer service told us they would send a technician to fix the problem. After two months nobody came meanwhile we cancelled the service. Then a couple of weeks later we received a cell phone bill of almost $800. So we called AT&T and they said it was because we cancelled the home security system. We argued back and forth. At the end AT&T said they had no record of our alarm going off or them speaking with the firefighters or them saying they would send a technician to fix the problem. So we have to either pay the $800 to get our cell phones to get service again or cancel our phones which will cost us almost $1200 because we recently renewed our phone plan. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT&T TO NOBODY THEY ARE AS BAD AS VERIZON...SO MUCH FOR PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I went in to remove two of four lines from my monthly bill. I was also due for an upgrade so I wanted a new phone. I tried to explain my situation with the kid helping me. He would interrupt and immediately tried to upsell me an iPhone I didnt want and a direct TV package I didnt want. On top of this frustrating encounter I had to wait an hr and half. Because of there inability to listen to a customer who had been a customer for 10 years they lost my business. I am now with a different service provider who got me everything I wanted and saved me 40$ a month off my bill. Thanks for wasting my time AT&T.

The employee who was extremely rude had a (Jesus)tattoo (go figure) on his forearm. Recently switched to Atnt and am very disappointed. Horrible place to go, no service, no help, then one of the staff decides to say hi and be with you in a minute to a girl who arrives after me! Was going to purchase an iPad Pro and iPhone for Christmas, going somewhere else, two girls on the phone, one standing doing nothing, two employees helping one customer, and one employee helping another customer. Second time I’ve made the mistake of going here. I advise to stay away, obviously the manager needs a wake call or be fired not knowing of the issue or blind to the problems

Horrible service! Went to upgrade but ended up walking out! When i walked in they asked for our name to be added to their list. Then, about 10 mins. Later another customer walked in and a customer service rep went straight up to her and asked how he could help her. I was a little confused because i thought we were supposed to be helped from the check in list. I was pretty upset so as i walked out i let them know that i was waiting to be helped and i asked why she got helped before us. The customer service rep said he was just checking her in and i said no you were answering her technical questions about what was wrong with her phone. I said what if i had a simple question, but instead they jist took my name and didnt even bother to ask what i was coming in for. They blantantly bypassed their waiting list of customers. I guess they can just pick and chose who they decide to help. Wont be going back to that store!

My experience was disappointing! The sales rep gave me very little choice. I wanted to swap my phone that had a mini size dent and in almost perfect condition. The phone was giving me problems because of the upgrade phone system. They wouldnt even try to work with me. They gave me no choice but to leave with the phone I had. I call att on the phone and they sent me straight to the insurance that is sending me not another note 3 but a note 4. Im very pleased that the insurance handled my problem. Att isnt bad.. Its this particular store that doesnt have good service.. Wouldnt recommend it.

As soon as I walked in, all three associates were sitting at the front table on their phones. When I began stating the reason I was there, the associate seemed almost bothered by the fact that she had to do her job. Even while helping me, she did not get out of her seat at all. I awkwardly stood next to the table while all three associates sat down (the other two still on their phones like no one was there). It was extremely uncomfortable, I felt like a burden to the associate. The customer service here is terrible and I will never return or recommend this location to anyone.

I didnt like anything about it. I went in to do my upgrade. The associate took my phone to reset it and while she was doing something to my phone the screen started flickering. She asked me if this ever happened and I told her it has never done that. She handed it back to me and told me that they cannot take it as a trade in. She told the manager that it was not like that before she reset it and they only gave me the option of paying $100 to get this phone replaced to do an upgrade. Stay away from them!

Went in last week to upgrade one of my phones. Was assisted by one of the associates there... and honestly, you can feel the negative energy as soon as you walk in. No regard for customer service, no smiles, no one greets you, security guard is too busy chopping it up with one of the sales associates. Youre better off going to the AT&T off of Van Buren by the Albertsons off of Trautwein. I wouldnt bother going here, their sales associates seem disgruntled and just dont care. Be warned, save your time and go to another location.

Do not go to this at&t store it is a trap. Ive been to several stores and have had a great experience but this one was horrible. I placed two separate online pick up orders and both were canceled and sales people tried to get me to upgrade with them instead. When I placed the first order i waited 5 hours and never received a pickup email so i went to the store, after all how hard can it be to get a order ready. The person that helped me gave me a long lecture about how i need to wait for email and how order was not ready but she was able to find order. She then proceeds to tell me would be easier to upgrade with her but she failed to tell me i needed phone that i was upgrading( I left my phone in mexico and had to wait 2 weeks for it to be shipped to me, customer service suggested i do an upgrade and that by time i received my old phone i could mail it back in) after she canceled the order. I explained the situation and she gave me this oh well your S.O.L look. Told me to place order again and made it clear that i needed to wait for confirmation email. So again i log in online place a new order for store pick up and this time i wait 48 hours and no email comes. The whole time im talking to customer service they are telling me most of the time takes an hour for order to be ready and they are telling me to go in to the store. Stupid me gives them benefit of the doubt and wait 2 days. I finally go in and person that is helping me ask for my First name thats it no other information. They go to back and come back and he is like we dont have any online orders. I asked him if he was sure and offered to give him my phone number and full name which he he enters in system he pretends to look around and was like sorry cant find any orders. At this time i pull up online order system and show him order number and the status of pending. He then gets his manager or supervisor who gets irritated takes the tablet he is working on goes to the back and cancels my order. The sales rep then comes back to me looks at me in the eyes and says we couldnt find any orders sorry and continues to try to pressure me to upgrade with him. I literally saw that status go from pending to canceled. I placed new order at Hemet store and within 2 hours order was ready for pickup. This guys were trying to game system to get more sales.

Id give Zero stars if I could. The day before I left the states because my husband got stationed in Okinawa, I came to the store just as it opened. Chris greeted me and gave me trouble closing my account. My husband whom was out of the country at the time got on the phone with him Via FB and proceeded to authorize closing the account despite me having proof of Military orders and Military Power of Attorney to prepare and execute all acts pertaining to my husbands property and personal affairs. Chris continued turning off our account, which apparently he did absolutely NOTHING of the matter. In fact, we continued to get billed. When we called AT&T, they said there arent even any comments or notes that I even went into the store and that the account was never terminated. Chris, you are worthless and a lazy crook who has no urge to help those who serve our country. You have no ambition to do your job, and you sir need to grow the hell up and find a job you are willing to do.

Chiming in to negate some of these negative reviews. We went in so many times to deal with our service (nothing at the fault of ATT) and have only had good experiences with Chris and Lauren. Best staff at an ATT store Ive ever experienced.

The customer service is a joke. I went to another store and got approved but they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. I was sent to this store. The guy ask me why didnt I get the phone while at the other store, dummy you just heard me say they were not in stock. So then he tells me to go back to that store when he could of just done it there. By the way you guys look stupid standing around like dummies waiting for work. Make yourself look busy.
