Very disorganized.I have an external drive that I took to this shop on Friday, I showed the guy working at the moment, the easy solution to the problem and explained I dont have the tools or experience to try it so rather take it to a professional. I asked the guy if we could possibly get the job done before Monday and he told me it was possible so I payed the $35 diagnostic fee even though I showed him the problem AND how to fix it. The guy explained to me that it wasnt really a diagnostic fee just a fee you pay to make sure you come back and get the item you dropped off which is understandable. So monday comes, the day I need my external drive by, not only is the drive not ready, the repair guy hasnt even looked at it or diagnosed it. So my deadline is passed, so now I just need the drive back. So I start calling in everyday that week to get an update and I get the same answer we will let you know . A week goes by and I still dont have an answer to my problem or know if my drive is even possible to fix. Finally I call in, and they said they sent my drive to a guy who could get the information back but the guy charges around $500. I explained to them that that was out of my price range but they still sent it to that guy. At this point I lost faith in the company if they have to outsource my item to someone else and its taking over a week and a half to even diagnose the problem I could just do it myself for that amount of money and time. So I call in and tell them I no longer wish to use their services and want my external drive back.Now its been about 2 weeks, I still dont have my drive, not sure when it will be returned, most likely lost all my files and am out $35 dollars. The shop doesnt seem like they do advance repairs which was my mistake in the first place. Overall the people working were kind and tried to reach out but if you want a professional job done I do not recommend this place at all.

The dreaded day had finally come and I had to have my Dell Optiplex upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I called and talked to Gilbert. He took his time and answered all my questions. He also explained that i should have a new hard drive installed since my computer is over six years old. No hard sell, just what he thought was best. That made sense to me. I didnt want to pay for the upgrade only to have my hard drive go out anytime soon. I brought my computer in and it was ready in a few hours! The entire staff is so nice and the price was VERY reasonable. My computer works better than the day i bought it. I also like the fact that Gilbert told me to bring my computer in once a year and they would do a tune up to make sure it is performing at its best for $35. I will use this company from now on. My son took my chromebook to get an estimate on how much I would pay to fix my screen that was cracked from one side and after not agreeing to fix it there, they gave us back our chromebook not working. When my son went to pick it up it didnt turn back at all. Also they told us that it wouldnt be that expensive to fix as it was a chromebook and when they told us the charges is was basically better of buying a new chromebook as the charges were close to $200. I do not recommend no one going here. I found another place that is fixing it for 95$. To bad I paid 35$ so they could mess it up more. If I could I wouldnt even give a star!!

They will absolutely take care of you!Youll have all your needs taken care of. They did things I didnt even ask them to since I told them I was into gaming. They updated my drivers reset my whole computer cleaned it out then they did me an extra solid by keeping my games somehow even though I had a virus.Gilbert the owner, Vince, and Thomas are some of the kindest coolest people, Ive ever met!They have backstories like people out of video games. Gilbert was a volunteer firefighter, Thomas is an extremely competent martial artist. Its Its awesome.

I cannot say enough good things about Gilbert and his computer repair company. This is what I like -- he never gives up -- EVER! If its not right and Im not happy then he keeps working on the problem until its solved. This time it was my printer -- he got it reconnected, and we thought it was fine until I went to print something I had worked on all afternoon. It printed every other line. I changed cartridges -- a little improvement, but still not printing all the lines. So I called Gilbert again, and he said, no problem, Ill get it working and, of course, he did. He is a treasure for those of us who really dont want to know how computers work -- we just want them working when we need them! Thank you Gilbert!

I called asking for a specific processor and a compatible motherboard. The person I spoke with said they could definitely help me out and would give me a call back in a few hours with pricing and other details. It is now 24 hours later and I still have not heard back from them. I also called to get an update but was sent to voicemail twice. Establishments such as this one make me wish I could give a 0/5 star rating because they truly deserve it.

Quick to assist the customer. Honest. Saved me from a total lost of file data on a jump drive. I went to another vendor to ask if my files wete recoverable. Was told they were unsure but will investigate at a very high price. I said no thanks and took my problem to Complete PC Specialists. Problem solved at minimal cost.

Had problems with my MacBook Pro. They were able to diagnose the difficulty quickly and got me up and running again in quick order, at a reasonable cost, and with what appears to be no loss of data. I found these guys on FB, I messaged them, I was greeted by the owner Gilbert Nava who sounded like a pro and no nonsense kind of guy, it turns out he has been in the same spot for over 20 years. I took my personal work PC and not only did he upgraded the little 63gb hard drive to 330gb plus windows 7 to 10 and not lose any of my programs. I will refer Gilbert to anyone looking for honesty, integrity, results at a good price.

Best shop in town. Honest, family run shop. You call and speak with Gilbert or one of his techs. They always help me with my virus issues and hard drive recovery when i almost lost all my pictures and music. Small family feel and they treat you like family. I had a difficult time finding someone who could solder a new capacitor onto my car instrument. Most repair shops had told me that they would ship it out to someone else. So, I initially had low expectations when I went to Complete PC Specialist. Thomas assured me that it was something simple that he could complete the same day. He called me an hour or less later. I have been trying to get my sound working on my computer for the past year. Finally gave these guys a call and they came right away . They fixed my issue within 10 mins .These guys are the real deal . Thank you !! Amazing !!!!

This is a acknowledgment for a store that went far beyond customer service. Gilbert and his team at complete PC specialist are Located in Moreno Valley at 13117 Perris Blvd #101, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 and have over 25 years experience. There is a diagnosis fee of $35 But I will tell you they have over 3 weeks invested in hours time for me however they only charged me far less far less than that. What is in the picture is an I9 10 core CPU. This CPU is notoriously hot. So I had this company install a liquid cooled pump into this computer complete with custom bent acrylic clear hard line tubes. This computer boiled over the 1st radiator and had to have a second radiator installed and all the hard work that they had put into the 1st build had to be undone and remade by hand. For this they only charge me another hour to clean up the hard water line tubes and add new additional hard lines installed an rerouted to accommodate both radiator transitions. This is not something most computer stores will even look at. They took a an extraordinary risk and liability just in this build because you are running liquid over electronic parts. They pour there heart and soul into each laptop and computer like it is their own. This is the only way I could begin to thank and acknowledg each one properly for their hard work.

I took my desktop PC in for issues with the computer not communicating with my printer. It took them a couple of days to debug the problem but they fixed everything PERFECTLY!!! They cleaned up viruses and worms I was unaware of, they installed a better-quality anti-virus program to keep me safe in the future, plus all of my files, photographs, and documents were safe and sound when I powered up after the servicing. I have NEVER dealt with a more professional, courteous, experienced, helpful, and concerned computer repair business in my thirty years of owning a computer.
