Never buying appliances from the Best Buy retailer again, unless its through this outlet. I bought my washing and drying machine from here (supposedly damaged with scratches and dings but never even noticed them after inspection) and havent had any sort of problem since. The staff is helpful albeit a little bit unknowledgeable of their wares. The selection is absolutely bonkers. Though you may expect only the clearance-type brands, this place has the newest tech. Pleasantly surprised.

I have visited this outlet multiple times to check out what they have in stock, and each time the associates working in the TV department have been extremely helpful. I recently had an exceptional experience with Romero and he helped me to make a decision about a TV that they had on sale. Romero was very patient and spent as much time answering questions about the models that they had available as I needed. He also went above and beyond to make sure that the TV that I decided on was working properly and that I was getting the best deal possible. The TV that Romero selected for me was brand new and it looked like it had never even been taken out of the box! If you go to the store, ask for Romero. Also, Keven was the gentleman who Romero handed me off to at the register and he was very nice and helpful as well. The service that I received at the outlet was at the level of the service you can expect from a regular Best Buy. Well worth the trip!

They have a lot of stuff there. Some good, but not much difference in the regular sale price. Sometimes the sale price of a certain items was leads then the outlet price. They had some really horrible stuff too. Stuff that was so damaged, I dont know why anyone would want it. It would have to be an item that cost a $1000 and be a a discounted price of like $200 or $300, I would never pay what they want for something that looked as if it fell off the truck and got mangled. I think it should be thrown away and written off. Not good!

The best prices on appliances in the Inland Empire! Management and staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Bought my LG washer and dryer set there in 2020, and went back to purchase my daughters washer (also LG), and will return this month to buy the matching dryer for her. You must check them out if you are seriously looking to purchase appliances for your home.

They have used and new appliances.. New and used TVs.. I purchased a new refrigerator and saved $800 because it was out of the box..

Status said preparing for pickup all day i waited and by end of day they cancelled my order. Youre unable to get a hold of them because theres no way to call them by phone to see what is going on. I wouldnt buy from this location again.

If I can give you guys a 0 I would. Purchased an open box washer and dryer it was very good condition. But I just got it delivered today and omfg the whole front of the washer was dented in. Basically unusable. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TOMMOROW TO DO THE RETURN AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE TO GET A NEW WASHER AND DRYER. Biggest tip I can give here if you purchase DO NOT GET IT DELIVERED, PICK IT UP AT THE STORE INSTEAD!!!!!!

Id spent several days shopping for appliances and was quite frustrated by not finding what I needed when a friend referred Best Buy Outlet Store. I got my double oven, microwave and dishwasher for less than I could find the double oven for. Our salesman, Fuji, greeted us the moment we entered the store and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

They dont answer the phone ever. Called 6 times no one answered and the service hangs up on you. They are open but require an appointment which you have to do in person just to look. Would have saved me a trip if they answered the phone.

Look carefully to see which defects you are willing to take home. Some items have no damage and perhaps didnt fit at the original buyers domicile. Friendly and helpful bilingual staff. So many refrigerators, washers and dryers, televisions, and stoves.

Not much selection. Mostly washers, dryers, stoves and fridges. Was hoping for other types of electronics but there were only about a dozen flat screens and that was it.

Love this place! Helpful staff! They shared with me that most of the appliances there have never been used, just dents and scratches. Also, none of the items in the store are refurbished (so the warranty is intact)! The prices on appliances are about 40-50% the sale price of a normal Best Buy. Delivery is $70 on a flat rate, but if you have the units installed the delivery is waived! (I asked a lot of questions)

Bought a used washer/dryer which was supposedly tested. Loaded it up brought it home, the washer was fine but the dryer kept making a super loud bang. They dont answer so u have to go in person. So after calling corp they said they couldnt find our order for whatever reason. Had to drive back with the appliance to return. All in all it was a horrible experience for me.

Great prices cant lie. But they dont have a phone so you cant call them and I really dont know what kind of self respecting business doesnt have a phone. That means if you need something, you have to go all the way there to reach them. And I dont know what kind of delivery service they use, but the men who installed my washer messed up the return hose and then ignored my calls afterwards. Luckily I was able to fix it myself but the fact that they cant be reached is the most frustrating thing about them.

VERY nice employees. Only problem I have is they only let you in store by appointment. All other Best Buy stores you can just walk in but this one you can not. In fact many folks were told they could not go into store and were turned away. Even with covid19 it was very weird. A salesman (very nice man)was with you at all times and they would not allow browsing. They said they were short staffed, yet two folks sat up front just chit chatting...why not use everyone to work on the floor. They do not tell you all this online so one could waste a trip driving there only to be turned away. Lost stars for no public information and no number to call yo makr a appointment.

Prices on damaged scratch and dent items are close to retail sale prices.Staff seemed friendly and they have a lot of appliances and TVs, but unless the associates are allowed to heavily discount off the listed prices, it seems the majority of items are priced the same as brand new in box items that are on sale. For example, a $2500 fridge marked down to $1800 may seem like a bargain, but if that’s the regular sale price every few months wait and buy new.Without an excellent, really excellent deal, you’re going to walk out with an item that’s either damaged or returned for unknown reasons and has already been bounced around and who knows what on a delivery truck or damaged in shipment.I did see a couple high-end TVs marked down to a fair price if they were like new, but overall seemed a rip off if you can wait and watch price trends for new items on sale.

Great prices. We bought a new stove range for $2000 that was $3000 regular price. There was nothing wrong with it, like new, open box.

Yesterday I called to see if they carried an item. No where on the call did it say I needed an appointment, no one answered. So today I drove 40 minutes to be told I needed an appointment. That I could schedule one for two hours. I looked around there were no cars in the lot. There were no customers inside. I asked to speak with a manager and the guy at the door told me it was him. He had no care. I guess my money is better spent elsewhere.

They do not advertise anywhere you need to sign up for an appointment to enter the store.You can do this once you arrived in the entrance door. However, the waiting for the entering on an almost empty parking lot in the full sun is 3 hrs. You supposed not to go anywhere because you have 10 mins only to show up once they text you is your turn. Otherwise you lose your turn.

Found out that not only do they sell returned and damaged appliances . But they sell used like I found one with mode on the inside of the fridge. Like the whole in side.. I wish I would have taken a pic of it..

My appliance repairman suggested I go to Best Buy outlet to buy a refrigerator. What great advice!!! I got one regularly priced over $800 for $425 (and then got 20% off!) The delivery men let me know within 5 minutes of their arrival. Best service Ive had in many years!! Give it a try.

Staff in store are very friendly but their delivery company (which is third party) is very bad. we were not notified that our delivery was postponed and when our appliances finally arrived, we had received the wrong refrigerator (same model but in FAR worse condition) and our oven was damaged en route. This place is only open on weekends so it was rather difficult to reach them when our appliances were delivered on a monday... once again: lovely in store associates, very bad delivery.

To get delivery they require you Enroll in their rewards program and agree to the terms and conditions. This wouldnt be a problem but you cant read the terms your agreeing to. They dont have them available so you can see what you are agreeing to. Pretty sure that is illegal!

Good deals on high-end items just without a box

Went to best buy to purchase a washer and dryer. I can honestly say I did exactly that. So far Im happy with the purchase. The only issue was the delivery guys didnt install my dryer, even though they delivered the washer. No worries I did it my self.

Had a good experience. The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable in the appliances we were looking at. Bought a washer and dryer for a good price.

In order to enter the store you must first make an appointment. However there is no way to contact them directly to do so. The employee said the only way is to go in person, scheduled an appointment, and hope for an opening within 2 days. Otherwise you are welcomed to wait on the waitlist which has an approximate wait time of 2 hours with a 10 minute availability window. If you miss it, you are moved back to the bottom of the waitlist. Essentially you have to wait in the parking lot or somewhere nearby if you hope to shop the same day.

Price to high for the items that has damaged

So I had high hopes for the Best Buy outlet store in trying to find a 75-inch 4K TV however their selection was hardly anything to be excited of had maybe 10 TVs Toad and they were all the lower-end models so I was unhappy with that also theres only about three or four employees that work here it is definitely not like your regular Best Buy where every two minutes somebodys coming up to try to help you this guy is almost stay away from you so I had to finally going grab somebody to ask him a question other than that they seem to have a lot of other appliances washers dryers they had a cage full of laptops that looked interesting to but as I stated before I mean reason for going there was to purchase a 75-inch I was looking for either of an open box q80 possibly a Sony 900f run 950g something like that and they didnt have anything in the 75 inch size with those type of models in mind

I went looking for a refrigerator. Everything had dings and scratches on the front. Or smelled used. And if I did find something that seemed promising, it wasnt priced right. I am just going to purchase a refrigerator during the Presidents Day sale, will get something not damaged. I get its an outlet, but a lot of the refrigerators just seemed gross. As if they were used before. They seemed to have a good selection of washing machines and drying machines, but nothing that matched and the prices were about as good as another competitors prices during their MLK sale. Luckily I dont need to make my purchases until February so I am not under pressure. The staff was friendly and they did offer their help.

My experience below after paying for a stove a week ago and getting it delivered just to “Not having it installed because a tipping bracket was missing?” All guaranteed to be there after purchasing it? Read my story below: BEST (NOT TO) BUYWe purchased a stainless steel gas range at the Best Buy Outlet Center in Moreno Valley and the first very odd thing was, that you can only enter the store by appointment only. I work in retail and have never heard of such a thing.Well anyway, we luckily already knew what we were in the market for, because otherwise the store personnel denied anyone who was just browsing access. People/Sales personnel are literally just standing there, getting paid for doing nothing. Ridiculous. We were able to purchase the gas range were looking for, at a discounted price, because it was an open box. Yet, the condition of the item was listed as satisfactory, in great working condition and WITH NO PARTS MISSING.So far so good. We set up an appointment for delivery and installation, all excited for our new stove to complete our kitchen. Turns out, the stove didnt come with the very important back bracket for support. So my partner had to drive ALL the way to their outlet and get one. Its not that they just could supply one with installation. Of course we were both fuming!!!Mind you, the outlet is about an hour away from us. Later on in the day, we also noticed that theres another part missing, another installation kit for the back, and proper gas supply. Of course we have to get this ourselves as well. We have been desperately trying to reach customer service on a Saturday, which should be no big deal.But, we were put on hold for over an hour with no result. We finally ordered the piece online. And, whats the worst part - we have this super beautiful fancy stove in here, waiting to be used, and we have to do microwave dinners for another week, until their geek squad hopefully gets this issue fixed.Bottom line - stay away from Best Buy Outlet center and their non-existent customer service. on a side Note: when calling the Best Buy’s customers service line if you tell them you basically purchase a “Open Box Item” at one of there outlet stores they treat you as if you bought lemon “as is item!” And their customer service attitudes change and become more of a inconvenience on them for you to call and complain on something that isn’t your fault and should have been checked before your item left the store to be delivered to your home after all you paid for the item, the delivery, the extra parts, and the warranty and they act like your inconvenience to them ... Best Buy’s Customers service at an Outlet store sucks big time from the minute you walk to their front doors... I hope corporate is reading this and check it out for themselves...😉🤬🤬🤬😡

The young man was pretty helpful showing and comparing various refrigerator models. We had never seen a refrigerator touch-screen in action, so he rolled a nice Samsung to an outlet and demoed the control centers features, including connecting to my phone to hear the speakers sound quality.
