This is one of my favorite Stater Bros stores. The store is so clean and organized and the cashiers are so friendly and helpful. I would give it better than 4 stars except a lot of times (4 out of 5 times) the greeters are very unfriendly and almost rude even. You can tell they do NOT want to be there. While I understand working on your feet all day is not easy, having them be the first face you see when you walk into the store can be a bit discouraging.

The store wise is actually 5 stars because the employees are awesome and friendly. But the service deli needs some serious help because my 2 experiences has been one had a attitude and the 2nd time it took over 30 mins and dirty looks and a attitude from i guess the person that was suppose to be in charge just to get my chicken and by the time i got it and to the cashier it was cold. Please give them some better training and people skills. Thank you

They get a 2 for the service of one of the cashiers. One cashier was awful. The security guard was horrible. I spoke to the gentleman and he grutted. Customer friendly please.

Its an updated starters. Deli with fresh sushi, hot food, and salad varieties. Seafood in the meat department, decent wine and liquor selection. Nice plants and flower selection, same great produce selection.

Out of all of the Stater Bros. Markets located in Moreno Valley, this has been my go to store.I have found that their produce department have a wider variety of fresh produce than other Stater Bros. stores Ive been to.The deli also serves up freshly cooked fried chicken which I definitely recommend when having a party. Just dont forget to order ahead so when its pick up time your chicken is hot and ready to go.The bakery department offer an array of special occasion cakes and cupcakes that are available daily or can be custom ordered. Delightfully delicious!The meat and seafood department is located in the back of the store. Everything is always fresh, priced well and the butchers are great! Feel free to ask them questions you may have regarding the meat/seafood you are purchasing and if there is ever a need to have your meats cut,  or seasoned, they will gladly do it for you.

Horrible environment at night. Lazy. Bad attitudes everywhere, at night... semi-taller Hispanic male checker always has a tough guy attitude. Poor verbiage/customer service. Very confrontational and arrogant. Not sure why a store would have someone like that up front and working with customers?? Horrible reflection of management. Super bad attitude that guy.

I love this Stater Bros. I love the staff. Most of them are always friendly (you have a few who are NEVER happy and are sometimes quite rude). Always helpful, ready to find items that I cant find or cant reach (I have to use the electric handicapped cart). When something essential is out of stock, the managers are always there to order it for you, if possible. Ive been shopping here since they opened and MUCH prefer it to the store on Iris. My only issue is the quality of the bakery. They were great when they first opened, but over the years their service and quality have gone downhill. I have ordered my grandchildrens birthday cakes here since they opened, but the last two I got were not made correctly. The last cake I ordered that I picked up on October 11, 2020, was horrendously wrong. It was my grandsons birthday, however, and since it was an ice cream cake that he specifically asked for, I could not just refuse it and pick another. I cried from the store to home. He loved it, after I made some adjustments to the decorations, and we dealt with it. I will not be ordering my cakes here anymore, though.

So because I have an out-of-state ID when they card me they asked me to state my age. The guy told me thats California law but Im like, you have my ID in your hand, you know what my age is. Then he tries to make an excuse saying oh well I dont want to lose my job. Ive been to this particular Stater Brothers on multiple occasions and Ive never been asked to state my age when purchasing alcohol. I was born in California and have lived in California most of my life and that has never happened to me before. Even when traveling and living in different places around the country I have never been asked to state my age when getting alcohol. I honestly think it was a racial profile.

Staterbrorothers is awesome everybody is so bright their meats are what made them famous they have great prices and even in this pandemic you can see their smiles in their eyes. I shop there just about every day.

They have a weak selection of groceries. Most of it is their own brand which is of lower quality. Everything else is overpriced so they can push their own brand on you kinda forcefully. Theyve made seemingly no change in sales approach and store layout in the past decade. A person was added to stand around and make sushi but thats about it.

Clean fast and local

Todays visit was an in and out. Employees need to work on friendlessness

So, I went to stater bro’s at 6:45 am. They stopped me in the front and told me seniors only from 6am-7am. So, what about us who have babies at home, or have a busy schedule and it’s only convenient for us at that time. What the CoronaVirus threat isn’t there after 7am? Majority of the people I see in the mornings are not seniors. This is bad for business. The same seniors who you are trying to protect will be going out after 7am. This policy makes no sense at all.

Seems like it doesnt matter what stater brothers you go to, They could be doing a better job training the Deli department employees.

Generally I have a good experience here but the last 3 times Ive came to this meat department and been helped by a guy names Oscar its been horrible his attitude is very bad he slams stuff around doesnt ask you if you would like anything else I just dont like his customer service probably the worst employee at this store

I LOOOOOVE coming to this Stater Bro’s but this morning I felt the need to leave a review. People in the checkout lanes were literally 2 inches apart. A man behind me bumped into me. It was not packed in the store at all.Please set up your items/goods in a way that people must obey the 6 feet rule. Please feel the need to constantly tell people to stay 6 feet away. They are putting customers and all the employees at risk.A day of carelessness can affect people greatly.

The only thing that sucks is that there is one entrance and exit. Usually all supermarkets have two. Especially right now wouldve been good to not have everyone all clumped up and herded through one way.

Clean store. Love the sushi here. Bad customer service from the chef that makes the sushi though. He was mad that we wanted extra ginger for the 4 platters we bought 🙂

This is where I went to Stater Brothers in the Marino area very clean lots of food will maintain good Deli and good cake varieties for birthdays and whatever holiday you want its real close to Lake Perris easy access wheelchair parking wheelchair-accessible you wont be disappointed if you go to this store

Its a nice store, I just wish that some stores were more responsible for wiping down their conveyor belts, especially when there are visible liquids such as milk spilled on it.

Only one check stand open. Customers inline to checkout lined down the aisle.Gave an extra 🌟 because they had bean sprouts, which was the only thing I came for.Yes the one line open was 15 or less items, no it was not in practice.

Overall this is a good supermarket with fresh produce and well stocked shelves, the managers are reasonable and cordial. This Staters Bros. Has Sushi being made daily and its very good, not all Staters Bros. Markets have this so I give them 4 Stars nothing is perfect so 4 Stars it is!!😉

Great service and prices

Always have a wide array of items from food to pharmacy items. Meats are fresh and reasonably priced. Also have a good assortment of organic foods. Alcohol items are well stocked and provide a large assortment or American, international and craft beer.

This location is my favorite to shop at. It is always clean and all the employees are always very helpful and kind. I have to give a round of applause to Nicole in Bakery. Her cakes are amazing along with her personality. She is now our families go-to baker. Im always getting complimented on her cakes.

Abril the cashier was rude! Did not speak or ask if I wanted a bag, just rung me up with a bag and said “Have a good one” and commenced to talking to the “bagger” as if I wasn’t even there... Not friendly or professional! We are all under duress at this time and just because you’re an “essential worker” does not mean you have to be rude or take it out on the customers!

Store needs work-it’s currently under construction and it shows. They have security like if it was a bank 👎🏽The quality of their protein is average at best. The one in Riverside is 10xs better in every way! I don’t like it but it’s the closest store to me so I HAVE TO go there
