I have had a storage unit at this location for more than two years now and I’ve recently noticed improvements in this facility at a time when I would least expected it. Covid has turned my life upside down but it’s great to see that the upkeep of the grounds is even better than it was prior to covid. In addition I’ve noticed improvements in the level of professionalism and communication amongst the staff. I recently fell a couple weeks behind on my payment and had the pleasure of speaking with facility’s manager Tina who didn’t berate or belittle me but allowed me to make a payment while being very empathetic of my situation. I’m glad I chose this location and I would recommend this facility and it’s staff led by Tina to anyone needing to store their belongings.

We searched several storages. We decided to go with Extra Space Storage on Box Springs Road. We received excellent customer service from Lissette. Facility is clean and belongings are safe.

The office is small but they did a good job of keeping it clean and safe. Manager is a sweet lady. The customer service makes you feel cared for.

I seen a Good deal from online.called and here I am. The best thing that got me here was ever time I have had storage they were about to close 30 min after Im off work even weekends and holidays .closed.. This place is open late and most of all there open ever holiday. That was key. So thats my best choice..

This is my second time renting here. The company is extremely convenient with auto pay and a website. They’ve made some nice upgrades to the facility since I last rented here. Office looks nice and clean. Employees working here were extremely helpful, friendly, and quick. Not too far from freeway exits/entrances. Highly recommend.

I just rented a space, reserved online but then upgrade to a bigger space on-site. It was an easy process, Lissette was super helpful and knowledgeable! She showed me the different sizes available so I could make the best choice. Paperwork was a breeze, and finished quickly. This is an excellent site, its newer, clean and well maintained. I reserved a storage unit here and went into the office and met with Bob. He really was very helpful by explaining the paperwork, showing me the storage unit I rented, going over the costs, etc. The facility, inside and outside, are very immaculate and spotless. The facility is in a safe area and not hard to find. Bob also informed me if I needed anything else, to contact him and the on-site manager. He was very nice and polite and patient. I recommend this place, if youre in need of a storage unit thats safe, affordable, and the customer service is top-notch.

Customer service was amazing! I was given a tour and was given all the details to were I can understand them. I am pleased with my experience and price.

My unit was vandalized, I informed the office and was told other customers had the same exprience. The lock was still on the unit door and items were missing.I told the clerk in the front office, she was told by other customers. So if you were aware of the problem, I never received notification by email and/or letter. She said she had just come back from vacation. No excuse. On several visits after to remove my items, customers stopped me to ask if my unit were missing items like theirs, yes it was. The stories they have told me is so strange.If you have a unit, take pictures, video, inventory your unit, file a police report, notify the better business admin. They must be held accountable. Good luck.

Im posting this review after having a 5 x 10 unit foe 4 years. during this time i wirnessed several break ins near my unit. Ive had 4 increases in price. October 2019 my unit was robbed by a client (moving out ). I followed the rules, police report ect..., I thought it odd at the time to have to purchase insurance for a secure storage facility. Im glad i did, i had to use it. I recieved 1/3 of the value of my things. However the valuable things were personal and they could be valued so i received nothing. DO NOT PUT VALUABLE ITEMS AT EXTRA SPACE. overflow only....i need space however it probably would be safer somewhere else. According to M.V. police we have doorbells cametas that work better.my experience with extra space has not earned confidence, and is expensive.
