I don’t recommend this place. I purchased a storage unit at this location and it was infested with rats. Not only did I see droppings all over the place but an actual rat the size of a squirrel. Everything was contaminated. I don’t understand if they know the previous owner was homeless why even put it up for auction? Not only is it a hazard to ourselves but to our family. I asked if this purchased could be cancelled and I was told no. I know it’s my responsibility to view images before buying but they take pictures where you can’t really see much with their angles. On the second unit you could actually hear the rats on the room crawling around. I wouldn’t put my valuables at this location.

Courtesy to the max best customer service great attitude I dropped off my rental truck they took my key and said don’t worry about it! We got it! And that’s exactly what happened 😁 pick this place.

Moved my sons belongings out. He lost the key so they had to cut the lock. The onsite (lives onsite)manager has always been helpful and kind. He is a nice guy and treats everyone with respect. They have all sizes of units and you feel safe with your belongings at their location. Great place and a BEST KEPT SECRET IN MORENO VALLEY. You would never hardly notice them because the building sits back really far from the main street. If you need storage, I give them 5 STARS FOR their customer service.

So this review is based on a visit made by my boyfriend on September 29th 2021. It is a lengthy review because I don’t enjoy a business falsely accusing a customer of stealing and not owning up to it.When he first arrived the employees did not want to give him the truck he reserved a DAY beforehand and said that he had to call someone else (me) to verify it was him even though they had all of his information for rental. This was not disclosed beforehand by anyone. The second inconvenience was when they told him about the extra fees he didn’t ask for. In addition to those fees they put a $100 holding fee on the truck which was supposed to be $45. Then when he returned the truck he was called and accused of stealing a LOCK of all things from the uhaul truck that automatically locks without one. There was never a lock given to him to begin with by ANY employee but they proceeded to accuse him of taking it. This call was made about 3 times by the employee and my boyfriend told him the only thing he had done was closed the trailer when he had initially left. This is an obvious choice because who drives with an OPEN uhaul trailer on the street when you should pull it down and lock it? Driver 101. He tells the employee to check his cameras to prove he didn’t take it and in the end, 3 calls were made to accuse him of stealing an imaginary lock and NONE were made to apologize for the false accusation.He was instead quietly emailed his refund receipt by the same employees who couldn’t shut up about a “stolen lock”. Will never be giving money to this business again.

#B034I rented a 5x5 unit here for over ten years. We were looking for a larger storage and the manager was able to get us one quickly. The staff has been polite, helpful every time we come, and give all information needed without even asking! I really appreciate the staff here.

I have been with this Security Public storage for the past 7 years and its the best storage place I have ever used. The manager, Kelsey, is the nicest person I know, he has been more like a friend than the manager of this storage to me. His staff is very will trained and know what they are doing especially Heather who works the weekends, she’s super nice too. The property is always clean, including restrooms and he makes sure there is cold water in the office for us all. Well when I first set up the storage there customer service was kind and well. But when I went back and said I didn’t need the unit no more and my day to move in Hasn’t started yet they told me they can’t refund me and will cancel the storage I felt I was robbed and couldn’t do nothing it’s a good storage place but if your month hasn’t started they won’t refund you no money back they tack your mind why and end your contract.

From the time I walked in the door I have been 100% satisfied with the professionalism Security Public Storage has provided. They employ knowledgeable, caring and informative individuals who treat you and your belongings as if you were a part of their family. No Hidden Fees or Gimmicks just up front pricing and over the top customer service. My family and I have been nothing but pleased with how we have been treated.

The sign up and check in process was fairly simple. All the Units have alarms on them and the owner (I think) lives right above the office, so the facility it pretty secured.However, when I signed up they gave me a discounted price that was apparently only good for three months. After the three months the price on my 10x12 unit shot up to $201 per month. Seems a little backwards to charge the long term customers more. If you look around, you can find a 10x12 unit a few blocks away for 97 buck/month and they dont raise the prices. Im currently out of the state until November, so Ill be moving my belongings as soon as I get back. I highly recommend searching around for a different storage facility.

This is the best storage I have used. Professional.... clean and have taken extra steps to assure their customers belongings are safe. Security is strictly enforced. There is no hanging around, working on cars thinking its your man cave and drinking beer.I had a storage broken into in Orange County in 2012. The tweaker crook would go to his own storage daily which was next to mines and basically chewed through the walls with his tweaker teeth.

I have used this establishment several times over the course of 15 years and the experience has been delightful! The team is always knowledgeable and able to assist in every way possible. The facility is clean, well lit, safe and secured.

We recently sold our house and put our furniture here (purchased less than six months ago months ago) for a month. We moved into an apartment and when we came to get our furniture, our stuff was eaten up by rodents and almost all of our belongings had urine and rat droppings on them! The manager acknowledged this and said we would have to file a claim to get money back. No big deal, right? The insurance company said they would only give us $400 for rodent damage even though I have receipts for most of my stuff damaged which costed over $6000 that was lost. Our mattresses, couches, dining room table, dressers and etc were damaged and everything including boxes of family photos smells like urine! The cords to our TVs were eaten up as well. We had to buy brand new furniture and new TVs to furnish the apartment we just got which costed us another $5000! The owners told me I had to remove the stuff or it would go into collections. I have now had to pay movers (once again) to pack our stuff up as well as a fee to dump all of our things at a disposal site which I feel is totally unfair. My deceased fathers clothes and belongings are ruined! Eaten up, soiled and irreplaceable. I am so disappointed! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND RENT UP THE STREET AT UHAUL!

This place is great. Easy in and out and you have to have a code to get into the compound and disable the alarm the the individual storages. I feel safe knowing my stuff is not getting tampered with.

When it was time for me and my family to move, Security Public Storage was our first choice. They were super friendly (on the phone and in person) and made us felt welcome and at ease. The location was convenient for us and to know that each storage had an alarm was a plus. This place is just awesome.

My husband and I never used a storage center ever in our life. We first called and got information about the site. We went down and talked with the owner and we felt safe and secure there. We decided to rent and they made us feel so comfortable and my husband and I feel so safe for leaving our items in the units.
