I was in Moreno Valley searching for a U/Haul store and I found this location on sunnymead blvd very close to the freeway. There were a lot of stores or shopping malls nearby like Chulichi Town, Superior market, Fallas, Metro PCs, a gas station very convenient for people. I went inside the store and the general manager Rudy help with getting me a 26 inch truck for moving a storage unit to another storage unit for a affordable price. I was happy because she made easy and fast so I can get going cause I have a certain time to return the van or truck back to the U-Haul location. I highly recommend it to visit and rent a van, truck, trailers from this location and make sure you talk to Rudy she’s very helpful and friendly.

Horrible customer service, if your making plans to move don’t count on this place made a reservation 5 days ahead of time told me everything was fine they said someone would call me Friday never did, I called the day of my move only to be on hold for an hour so they can tell me no trucks available. Didn’t even apologize and now I’m here figuring it out. Horrible place to make plans for your move another stress on top of the one you already have. Don’t recommend it at all

I made a reservation a month ago for a July move, a ticket worth $1800.00. Andrew kept calling me stating I can guarantee you we wont have anything available during that time.....and you should do this instead. He completely deterred me from the reservation so I cancelled it.Decided to give it another go and booked an online reservation for July and again he called me stating trucks would not be available. I dont know how you can effectively conduct business this way and make a profit. Im probably going to hire BUDGET instead since this guy is ruining any chance of good business with U-HAUL.

The truck had no brakes. Let that sink in for a minute. The pedal easily went all the way to the floor and then the brakes locked. My guess is air in the brake line or no brake fluid. Fortunately, I was in the process of pulling out of the parking slot, so I went 5 feet rather than experiencing this kind of catastrophic brake failure on the road. No apologies, no discount for giving me a dangerous truck. Nothing. Staff didnt even seem surprised, which is disturbing in and of itself. Completely unacceptable.

Got charged for a reservation later to find out equipment was not in drivable condition. This was at a different location. Got no apology there. My refund hasnt gotten to my bank account yet. I was then sent to this location to pick up a different one. I got no apology there either and had to pay AGAIN. Later in the day when I was trying to return it to the Exxon Mobil just to find out the address on the contract is not accurate. Drove around about 20 minutes trying to find the place. Called several numbers and never got any helpful information or talked to someone locally. Just very unprofessional customer service. Found out the correct drop off address from an Exxon Mobil employee from ANOTHER location. All around terrible experience. Will not be using U-Haul. ever again.

The Lady wearing a beenie is rude and disrespectful. She asks for way too much info and doesnt even know if a company is Uhaul related or not. Incompetent, slow and drunk with power. DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL!

I give them 2 stars because the truck functioned as I expected. The removal of other stars is a result of their abysmal customer service. Ive never seen anything like it. Rude. Disconnected. One of them even decided to get into an argument with me. And Im a pretty cool guy. If I was the manager of these two lady service people I met this morning, Id remind them that they are replaceable and then Id replace them with people who appreciate the jobs and the paychecks.Amazing that U-Haul has spent tens of millions of dollars on branding their service, and then they allow these sorts of employees to ruin it for them. Good work, U-Haul.

Great experience getting a hitch for our truck (once I got through Uhauls mediocre phone service). The staff here were great - from calling to confirm our appointment and needs to the woman behind the counter who consistently went beyond the call of duty to help us! I wish I had gotten her name, because she was great. She kept getting left alone behind the counter and she would juggle all the customers quickly and pleasantly! Most importantly, the hitch works without a ... hitch!

I rent a truck from them and the guys outside were helpful to me. Overall it was pretty good, the experience. But at first the people inside on the counter give me a hard time about my temporary paper license. I have two picture ID and the current paper license from DMV but they question it. I understand but they should be a little nicer about it. But all the guys outside at the trucks work hard and were nice.

I gave 3 stars because the truck was functional as expected and the service was fine. However on returning the truck I put gas in at the correct mark point as required. While filling up the truck to return gas is literally pouring out from the gas line. Me being who I am I recorded it as proof. When I went to return the truck I notified the customer service rep and she used her walkie talkie to inform the truck attendants in the back. I hear him telling her that Im giving false information and that Im lying. She then radios back to him and informs him that I have proof of video with a time stamp as evidence. He didnt have anything else to say back . So just be aware of these truck at this location and gain whatever proof needed to back you up incase they try and stick you with a fine or damage to their truck.

Simply awful, to the point of being harmful.I have used UHaul in various locations over time. Had any UHaul experince been anything like what happened in MV, I would never use the company again. MORENO VALLEY PROVIDED THE WORST SUPPORT by a wide margin.

Cannot remember the manager/owners name but she was delightful! Helped make my moving experience expedient and pleasurable. I was a customer right after New Years. The employees are nice and answered all my questions ( I was new to the U-Haul experience) highly recommend!

The lady at the front is very rude she does not even try to help you I had a credit card she kept trying to tell me it was a debit card but it was indeed a credit card. No wheres on the card does it say debit it was a platinum credit card with the Visa logo.. she wouldnt even try to run my credit card all she would do is argue with me.... whatever happened to the customer is right... I believe her name was Judy.. another woman worker kept interfering and saying its a debit card its a debit card and they both kind of ganged up on me... I left the U-Haul place feeling emotionally drained and harassed... all she had to do was try to run the card it would have worked.... this card works at Enterprise and hertz as a credit card it would have worked here too.... I know for a fact it would have worked because it worked at another U-Haul location in Arizona.. corporate definitely needs to be on top of this lady.. I have never had such a bad experience as a customer as I did with this lady...

This place and all the other offices that fall under Sylvias responsibity are all shady as hell. These people only care about themselves and have no problems lying, stealing and wasting your time while. trying to make you feel like they are doing you some huge favor... DO yourself a favor, use a business that appreciates your business and not a place like thisl. You deserve better.

Best place around to buy propane, Cheaper than the tank exchange places, they actually fill the tank, while most exchange tanks are only 3/4 full. No waiting around for someone to get the keys and free your propane from the propane tank jail. You just drive to the back side of the building, and there is a propane filling area. Usually an employee is already there to help but if not there is a buzzer. They will fill your tank and you can pay right there, they have a handheld credit card machine. You can get In get your propane and get out and back to the BBQ in about 5 minutes. Frank Hill would approve!

Showed up here to pick up my reservation after the U-Haul representative said they were open until 7. I tell them it’s almost an hour away, but it’s 555, so I jump in the car and get down there. I got there at 655 and they start the rental, verify my phone numbers then tell me they can’t rent to me because they are closing. They refused to give me a discount if I show up to rent from them tomorrow and told me it was corporates fault and to contact them. Call corporate and they tell me only the local facility can give the discount. Save yourself the time and frustration and rent from Penske or another company that cares about their customers.

Dont go here they ship to the wrong address. Even after me going into the the shop and fixing the state they sent to duluth Georgia instead of duluth minnesota. Prolly salty but this place isnt loyal to the customer even after a mistake they made.

When I had my catering business, I used to rent from them often when I had more business than my trucks could handle...I always had a pleasant experience and check in and check out was a breeze...also had 3 trailer hitches installed...they were always professional and courteous and worked hard to get me a vehicle when i was in a rush...always bought my propane here and the guys would come to service my tanks within a couple minutes of ringing the bell...well run and efficient outfit...

Easy picking up and dropping off the truck. I originally reserved for it 7 hours, they gave me an additional 2 hours just because! Didn’t need it but that was generous of them.

I have used this place used this many times over the years. It is the best u-haul service & store in the Inland area. They have everything you need for your move.

The workers are awesome but Judy should not be in front to deal with costumers! Her service is horrid Ive never came across such bad customer service at any establishment anywhere thats including kids at mcdonalds. I literally stood in front of her while she ignored me for 15 minutes, rolled her eyes at me and kept telling me yup will she shook her head no while looking at the computer screen. I would have left if I wasnt so desperate. If she is the owner it would be best for her to be behind the scenes she is crooked, and corporate needs to deal with her and her actions.

The manager on staff here is absolutely horrible! Beyond rude, doesn’t listen, charged my card because she didn’t think I would pay when I was giving her cash. She doesn’t even know her own policy’s.DON’T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Dear lord go anywhere else. She wasted an hour and a half of our time for nothing.

I had an unfortunate incidendent with the U-Haul Rental on Sunnymead Blvd. Not only did they charge me for an extra day on my moving day, but kept all of my credit card information and charged me by renting many random items one month after I moved. They run their operation like thieves. On their website, its set up where the items are chosen already for you. And they are numerous. Plus, if dont catch the no thankslink, your account will be charged. Customer beware!

Run by idiots. I called to have bike mount installed for our bike rack. the lady asked me what diameter it was and I told her 1 1/4. She said yes they had one mount left. I asked her to hold it for me. Then she changed her story and said Oh you use the 2 inch So they installed the 2 . I said this looks really big and the lady said oh this is the only size that fits your van. Went home and Of course it was too big. when I called they said you have to come back and buy the adapter. Why didnt they tell me that when I was there as they knew the size of my bike rack? Went back bought it and the lady said - it takes this pin to hold it. Got home. The pin was too short, the mount bottoms out and scrapes every time I go up a small hill. I called another uhaul and they told me I could have installed the smaller hitch all along. So the lady in Moreno Valley flat out lied to me when she said my van could only take the bigger hitch. Just a horrible experience. leaving on vacation in two days and still no working bike mount!

Judy is so rude Ive never seen such terrible customer service in my life! The staff is also rude I tried asking for help and one of the staff members completely ignored me after 4 attempts to ask for help I just left! I have been struggling anxiety and depression so today just was the worst day for me. As a paying customer no one deserves this kind of customer service

Called to get clarification on my order and 3rd party moving services they offer; the rep. was completely unprofessional. cut me off while i was speaking and did not answer my question. i ask if there was another associate i could speak with she said no. I asked for her mangers name she said she did not know it. she stated her name was jenny or Gina. who ever she is; she needs a customer service class

I love uhaul been using them for over 25 yrs nationwide, but this is by far the worst location Ive ever been to. The truck was dirty and broke down for over 10hrs with all of my things packed in. After I complained to company they had and attitude and didnt want to give me my money back because of the huge inconvenience plus I was paying movers which I had to pay overtime because this uhaul location had us sitting around for 10+hrs waiting for them to send a tow truck. This location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will make sure to let any and EVERY person I know not to use this location on Sunnymead. They are the main uhaul store in this area with the worst attitudes. Called uhual corporate and that lady never filed the formal complaint about the truck, and they were unaware of the issues with this location. So please BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.... USE A DIFFERENT UHAUL FACILITY.

Ms Judy has no customer service. She is rude and I dont understand how she has her job. She rents out trucks dirty and poorly maintained. I have been a faithful customer of uhaul, never using there competition. I will NEVER use this uhaul facility on sunny mead again EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its sort of hidden away but they are on a huge lot and should have everything you should need from a U-haul. Employees are helpful and courteous.

Wasted my time here!,horibble service ran by slow people!..the wait was forever and the manager lady who was old with glasses did nothing to help.been here a couple times before and were also slow.never had an issue renting before,but this time they decided to tell me you need a second phone number to give them of a 3rd person who has to answer right then and there in order to rent a trailer from them...I had just rented the same thing a few months before and was never asked of this..I walked out and went to home depot and was in and out in 10 min...this place is a joke..shut it down.

Terrible customer service, I will never rent from this location again. I had a motorcycle trailer for one extra day . I was on the phone making reservation for an additional day when one of the the stores reps called and was extremely rude to my pregnant wife after my credit card had already been charged.
