Excellent price, Excellent customer service, Military friendly, and Clean. I mean cant beat it for what I needed it for. Basicly pays for itself through auto pay I mean what else is there to say.

Ive had a storage here for some years now. Used it to store furniture. After checking on my stuff last week I noticed rat poop everywhere. On all my furniture. Im done here. Furniture is now no good. I also heard a rat running around in the storage next to mine.

I have had a storage here for YEARS . . recently they got a new website . . sent an email saying . .. Collections notice from Aim All Storage II, LLCToday we contacted you regarding your rental of unit **** which now has a past due balance of $0.00. Please pay as soon as possible to avoid further charges........ making it look like i was past due !!!!!! I contacted Shelly and her response was . . . well made you open it didnt it one of the most unprofessional emails and responses i have ever seen . or heard . if not illegal it is at the least SHADY . . . CLOWN moves !!!!

Just rented a month ago. So its good and seems to be clean.

This place recently has been charging more and I get the same emails as the last review wrote .... I feel a shady feeling when dealing with this company as well why Im moving my stuff out . Use to love the old company....

They didnt inform me about the past due. Or when I needed to pay. I have never been at a storage unit that we dont pay when I get it. I have had storage units where I pay the day I go in. I have never heard of a unit charging me on the first when I came in on the 9th. Thats 8 days that I was ripped off. Worst place, dont come. Also how about giving a courtesy call. When your unit is about to be paid.

I just had my first encounter with this storage unit but i am optimistic and hopeful they will be a five star facility.

I rent alot of different storage units out and this is by far the worst one ive delt with do to the fact that it doesnt matter what day you start renting they make you pay on the first on the month. I started renting on the 8th i expect to have to pay on the 8th since im paying a full month of service. Every other strong unit i have renting makes me pay the day i get the unit doesnt matter if i entered on the 9th or the 28th im paying for a month not half a month not 3weeks. I want to make this review for future guest to know if you want to rent a month and its the middle of the month of lets say june go somewhere else since theyll make you pay the whole month for just 2 weeks of service. This is sad and i feel robbed honestly never experienced this with any other storage unit. I have one in medera California one in Albuquerque new Mexico one in Indianapolis Indiana and none of them have done this. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
