Great people have always been there for me

I TOLD SOMEONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND THEY WROTE THE REVIEW. I JUST REFUSE TO GO BACK. MY OPINION ABOUT THIS PLACE IS NOT IMPORTANT. FACTS ARE MISSING FROM THE REVIEW. HOWEVER WHAT IS WRITTEN IS FACT. SIMPLY A BAD EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO THE PLACE!!!The Optometrist is a VERY NICE man with a good sense of humor. However the office lady, she is not very nice and will make remarks about anything you say she doesnt agree with. Judgmental and has a sarcastic attitude. I will not post what I really think she is. No such thing as the customer is always right. The optician,,, he make sure you purchase the most expensive frames possible. AND he will tell you that you are not only wearing the glasses wrong, but you are looking through the lenses the wrong way, DONT get bifocals from these people unless you want them crooked and wish to look like a fly, People I have know for years that wear bifocals have never seen such a ridiculous looking bifocal lens. If you want motion sickness then give them a try. The actual viewing area of a transition lens limits your ability to move your eyes to read. Begin practicing robotic movements, moving the head, not your eyes. BY all means, DO NOT let them attempt a pair of prescription safety glasses, you will be told, your eyes need to get used to them because they are polycarbonate not glass. The bifocal part will cover 60% of the viewing area. (coke bottle effect) If you rely on them to aid you at your job... You will be disappointed most assuredly.

Robert Sinclair its a Family based business. The weekends are family time. Very friendly people and helpful too.

So many businesses closed on Saturday. I wonder why this area is struggling economically.
