I needed to swap out lenses in sunglasses (prescription for non-prescription). The team was so responsive on email and the in-store team (Jill) was so helpful and pleasant, and didn’t charge me! Highly recommend. I will definitely be back. Great service!

I had the best experience at JC Reiss! My nephew broke his glasses (for probably the 3rd time in 2 years) and I was hoping to find a new frame to fit his lenses. JC Reiss took the time to check every pair of frames in the store to find a frame that would work. I was SO impressed with their care, attention to detail, and friendliness. This is why I don’t go to the big chains - small businesses often provide better customer service and an overall better customer experience and JC Reiss is no exception. And, I asked if she could tighten my sunglasses (not purchased there) and she did free of charge! I’m SO glad I found this store and will definitely be returning. The staff here is superior to any optician I have ever dealt with. Very professional and so friendly, they made me feel like family from the minute I walked in.I had a previous prescription from another Morris county optician and it was as if my eyes got worse when I used the glasses from them. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I would highly recommend anyone needing an exam or glasses to go to this store. Their service is excellent, always someone to help with choosing glasses, from an enormous selection, and their eye doctor, Dr. Smithgall-Brown explained each test and made me feel very comfortable.

Very helpful staff. I like to look at a lot of frames and the staff was very helpful and never gave me the sense that I was taking up too much of their time. They had a good selection of frames. They arent cheap, but I have not visited an optician who is.
