Had a branch fall on my windshield (06 Pontiac vibe by the way) and needed it replaced. After calling everywhere in Colfax, pullman, and Moscow these guys were the only ones who could get me in within 2 days while still being reasonably priced. The person I talked to on the phone when I set up the appointment was very professional and quick to business. When I showed up for my appointment it was more of the same. All in all, I only spent about 8 minutes actually talking to them. (And that was including an insurance claim) They knew exactly what to do and how long it would take. I showed up to my appointment and dropped off my keys then picked up my car at the end of the day with a job well done. Not much more I could ask for.

Excellent service and price on windshield replacement. Needed a new windshield, called other shops and had not even heard back from them before calling advanced auto glass and basically instantly getting a price on the correct windshield that needed extra sensors. I wasnt given any information or price even after waiting hours when I tried calling the other windshield shops in the area. I also live an hour outside of moscow and it was really easy to arrange drop off and pick up. If you need a new windshield or other services they offer then you have found the best place to go.

I had a great experience here and would definitely choose Advanced Auto Glass again if I have another rock chip. I went through my insurance which ended up being easier than I expected. Chandler even gave me a call to see if he could get me in earlier than my original appointment since another customer had to cancel. I wasnt able to reschedule, but I thought that was really courteous. Plus, on the date of the appointment, Chandler spotted another very small rock chip that I missed and filled it on the spot. Definitely recommend these guys.

Overnighted my window and was flexible to schedule and work with. What started out as a negative experience (someone smashing my window and breaking into my rig) turned into a good experience doing business with this company. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs glass work completed not only quickly but quality as well.
