We went in with questions about replacing windows. Found out we may them replaced under warranty. Moscow Glass & Awning staff are awesome. Very helpful.

All of their staff are really friendly and professional. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a hot minute to get my window replaced. The men that showed up to fix it were very friendly and efficient AND they cleaned up their own mess. It took 12 weeks for my window to be replaced but it’s a second floor window that had to be replaced from the outside. Other than the time it took to fix my window they were absolutely amazing! Thank you!

They removed a nonworking door and static glass pane and put in some beautiful french doors. The outcome was even better than expected - worth every penny! They were super friendly and did a wonderful job walking us through the quote to make sure we were getting what we wanted since theres a ton of options out there.

Needed some plexiglass cut to size for a picture. It was done the next day. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

They dont really advertise their auto glass services, but they did a great job.I had a chip in my windshield, and remembered Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving that I should really get it fixed before we got on the road for a 200+ mile road trip.We were planning to leave at noon, and Moscow Glass & Awning was able to get me in at 11. By 11:20 my chip was fixed, and they billed my insurance directly, so I owed nothing out of pocket.I cant really imagine how the experience could have been any easier or better.

They always have a truck in the back blocking a public alley way that is commonly used. I’m tired of having to back my car 50 ft to leave for work because there’s a truck blocking my exit in the mornings and afternoon. Especially with their company trucks because they have spots for them and aren’t used sometimes because it’s going to be “quick” or whatever reason they have. Beyond frustrating.

Although they couldnt help with what I needed (boat specific), very courteous and offered up other retailers that could assist me. Definitely would go back for more standard needs

I received a bid from Moscow Glass & Awning through my property manager to replace a skylight on my commercial property back in January 2018 (work competed March 2018). The bid stated that they were going to replace the existing skylight and that I would would need to hire a separate contractor for the removal of old ventilation duct work and asbestos removal if present.A separate contractor was hired to remove the ventilation duct work, however when I received the bill from the contractor, the bill was ~$1,500 higher and included removal and disposal of skylight and roofing materials. I called Moscow Glass & Awning and spoke with John and asked him why they didnt remove and dispose of the skylight since it was part of their original bid. John stated that the separate contractor got to the job site early and had already removed the skylight before they got there. I asked John that I am getting double charged for the removal and disposal of the skylight since it was part of the original bid and the separate contractor is also charging me since they actually performed the work. Johns response was that there is no price reduction and that Moscow Glass & Awning charged what the bid was for and then told me to direct further questions to the property manager even though Im the property owner.I know that Moscow Glass & Awning does good work, since they have been in business a long time and my father (former owner of New Hong Kong Cafe) used them when he ran his business in Moscow. I thought that having lived in Moscow for 20+ years and it being a small town, they would do the right thing and not charge for work they didnt perform, but that is not the case.Lesson learned. Moscow Glass & Awning is one of two glass providers in Moscow, but I will have my property manager get bids from Norms Glass, Sims Glass or another Glass provider from Lewiston in the future.

We have had several screens replaced here and a couple custom glass jobs done. The customer service is great and we love having a place who cares about quality and can do unique glass jobs in town.

Want to get taken? This is the place to go! Couple of weeks ago, I call and say I need a truck canopy window replaced. They were so good and fit me in right away and put a temporary plexiglass window in same day to keep the weather out. I couldnt have been more pleased. The guys measure and Penny quotes me $160.00 for everything. Now I know quotes can be slightly higher or lower but generally in the same ballpark. Today I have the real tinted glass put in and after installation Im told its almost $330 dollars~thats double! I say no, thats noteven close to what you quoted me. She turns and retrieves a paper from her files, shows the male and sets it down where I can just barely see it. They whisper and work on some figures. Still costs me $220! I asked how it can be so much different and Penny said the glass alone was $190 yet I sm pretty sure I saw the invoice and it said $151. Could be wrong here. Thats still 1/3 more than originally quilted. Point is, I was told one price and charged way way more and all I got was Im sorry. My husband went in and spoke with the same male and all he was told was sorry too. How about this.... admit your mistake and take responsibility for it, then maybe youll learn! I can say we will not return and hope that others are never taken advantage of like we were.
