I got a new phone. It took about an hour and a half, as there were only two employees in the store. Ricardo helped me and did a great job. He was helping multiple customers at the same time, working very hard. He deserves a raise. There are some things about my new phone that I have not been able to figure out, and I wish I had had more time with Ricardo. I may go back next week if I have not figured things out by then.
I just had a delightful shopping experience with Monica! She helped me acquire and set up two new phones, and we came out ready to go! She was not only efficient and professional but we had a wonderful conversation about our cats as we waited for the set up process. Time went by fast, and she was patient and kind! Truly an asset to the company! Thanks for all your help and support!

I recently went to the Moscow, ID AT&T store after spending 2 hours on two separate occasions in a different AT&T Store, trying to get my new phone service fixed. I was helped right away within 10 minutes of entering the Moscow store by Employee Kirk. Kirk explained my plain and fixed the issues I was having. Kirk had the patient to walk me through the process and make sure I understood my plain and bill. It is employees like Kirk that make AT&T a great phone service I will make Moscow, ID my go to AT&T store from this point forward.
My phone recently broke and Kirk and Monica were awesome. I always appreciate honest/helpful employees. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I moved here two years ago and every time I walk into this AT&T store I walk out a happier person.

I went in to this store today to set up an account and was hopeful after reading past reviews. I was greeted by a male representative who told me I needed a mask to be in the store. I am fully vaccinated and was under the impression that att has a policy that masks are no longer required for individuals like myself. After leaving, I checked the website to review the policy where it states otherwise. I did not like the way I was treated and will be taking my business to Pullman.

Went here to upgrade my phone yesterday and switch plans. They couldn’t have made it an easier experience. They gave me a ton of info on easy discounts to get, and took the time to walk through everything clearly and thoroughly. Planned to just inquire about AT&T’s services when my husband and I stopped by on Saturday, April 17th. We were immediately greeted by Kirk... within less than 5 minutes we were changing our service from a well know competitor to AT&T. The entire transfer took les than 1 hour and was the least painful phone plan change process we have ever had. I cannot say enough great things about how professional, efficient and friendly Kirk was. I am hoping for a very long relationship with AT&T... thank you for making our decision to change phone service a great one!

Wow as if any of their 5 star reviews are actually real. If you look at how many other reviews these people have done it’s 0. Like they only created the account to give them a good review. AS IF. Do not waste your time here people. They don’t help with anything and all they care about is benefiting themselves. I had the WORST experience here. Ended up driving to Pullman where it felt like they actually wanted to help me. Save yourself time and disappointment and just do as I did and drive a little further. Any other store but this one.
I ordered my new phone through AT&Ts website, and unfortunately there were some issues in setting it up. I visited the Moscow store on 2-3-2021 and had a great experience. It turns out the SIM card that was sent with the new phone had some issues, and this was replaced at no charge. The guy who helped me also reviewed my plan and let me know that I could get more services, for less than I was already paying, if I switched to a different plan. He was incredibly helpful and patient -- I will not hesitate to return to the Moscow AT&T Store the next time I need an upgrade or have a problem with my phone.
Monica was really nice and extremely helpful! I felt like I was actually learning about products instead of just being talked to. I got lots of insight about different types of apple products from Ricardo! All in all visiting this store was a very good experience.
Emily helped us get what we wanted for the price we could afford. Other employees in the store helped answer questions about products while Emily was setting up new phones. Even though coverage may not be what we would like, the cost and customer service keep us with AT&T.

Pretty terrible customer service. When I walked in no one looked up from their phone to acknowledge me and I was the only customer in there. Pretty sure that IS in their job description. I had questions about some charges on my bill and the guy said he wouldn’t be able to do much before I EVEN explained! I asked for the manager and then when he FINALLY came out to help I said if he couldn’t help me I’d consider switching to Verizon. He replied with “want your account number?” I ended up calling customer service and they explained what I needed and offered me a measly $15 credit for my trouble. Then they said they’d forward my complaint to some company that runs this place (it’s not AT&T!?!). Never got a call or anything from those people. Overall the vibe was hostile and unwelcoming.
Representative was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Went in with a phone issue, he was able to fix the problem and also review our account and answer our questions.

I have been going to this store for a while because it’s really the only option in the area. They almost always direct me to go online to make changes or upgrade. I’ve had them add insurance when I didn’t want it and bully me into buying things I don’t want or need. It’s actually become a joke in my family about how one of the most inept employees (Ricardo) is now the manager. It’s as though the leadership at AT&T said “who is the most backwards and incompetent person in the store? Ricardo? Let’s put him in charge.” I will say they get 5 stars for directing you to customer service for help. They’ve really nailed that. If you’ve forgotten the number to call customer service go to this store and they’ll help you. You may have to wait for them to finish texting to tell you, but they’re never wrong.

Upgrade to iPhone 11’s - Terrific Experience - We are lucky to have such a well-managed store locallyOn Sunday, October 18, 2020, my husband and I went into the AT&T store in Moscow, Idaho to upgrade our iPhones. I had been price shopping for iPhone 11’s and I had been told over the phone that we could upgrade each phone for only $5 a month by trading in our current iPhones. Since the AT&T store in Moscow has always provided exceptional customer service I wanted to give their store credit for the sale rather than doing it online.When we arrived, Kirk greeted us at the door and sat down to help us decide which phones to get. He immediately noticed that my husband worked for the University of Idaho and he let us know that AT&T now offers an even better discount for University of Idaho employees. Initially, when he attempted to set us up with iPhone 11’s, the system showed a much higher monthly rate than the $5 that I had been quoted online. Kirk investigated the $5 a month offer (with trade-in) and eventually, he was able to get it through from his end. It took diligence for him to get us the rate we had been quoted online. He could have just walked away and told us that it was not available but instead he stuck with it and got it done. He is a very dedicated customer service-oriented employee. He even managed to add phone insurance for each of our new phones for only a few dollars extra. He made sure that we were completely satisfied before we left the store.In addition to Kirk’s amazing customer service skills, while we were in the store he had to deal with another couple that was being extremely difficult. We were impressed with his tact and professionalism in handling the situation. In the end, he was able to defuse their anger and get their phones taken care of as requested.Kudos to Kirk for taking good care of pleasant and also not so pleasant customers.

The staff tried to give me the run-around twice. They claimed that the phone I was trying to upgrade was on a pre-paid plan and tried to claim that it wasnt on the plan that it is on. Not only was I able to do everything online, but the staff was curt, insincere and unprofessional. At no time did they bother to look into my information in any detail, and all they wanted was to sell me a plan I didnt need.
The staff was more interested in another co worker than me, I ask him a question and he said I dont know, maybe you would like a different phone, hmmmmm, 999.00, I dont think so.

Emily and Tom went to great lengths to help us purchase a new iPhone at the Moscow, ID AT&T store.However, it shouldn’t be so difficult or time consuming to purchase a phone by payment in full. This is not The employees fault, but the fault of the division or company now running the stores.

FYI, I dont think your phones are set up. Every time Ive called its gone straight to voicemail and Ive never received a call back. Great in person customer service, but its frustrating that a phone store wont answer their phones.
I am usually greeted immediately (the greeter is the best employee in the whole store). And then I usually sit and wait for another employee. Last time, I waited an hour and a half before getting up and leaving. I sat and waited while first in line for over an hour and watched everybody behind me get helped instead.Nobody bothers to approach waiting customers at all to let them know what is going on or to give status updates. Ive seen employees literally walk out of the store and come back later with food and disappear to the back leaving big groups of customers just hanging out in the display room waiting. Employees never check in with a simple we will be with you in 5 minutes to let you know that you havent been forgotten.I dont know how many hours that I have blown in this store over the years waiting for employees to help me. I want to hand them actual real money for products but they dont seem to care at all. All they have to do is hand me a phone in a box. That is all I have ever needed, but it appears to be too much to ask for.Ive been with AT&T for over 15 years now. Maybe it is time to jump ship.
Definitely better experience than Verizon or Sprint. Sales people have always been helpful to the best of their ability. They can be pushy but I expect it in a place like that. You have to go in with the mindset that they get paid more when they sell more. But theyve always been helpful with us. Ive have plans through all four major cell services and although I prefer T-Mobile, At-T works just fine as I will never go back to Sprint or Verizon.

After reading all the reviews, I was hesitant to do business with this branch. I called twice before I went into the store, and on both occasions, my call was answered immediately. When I got to the store, I was helped immediately, and I couldnt ask for better customer service.I had my son with me, and as soon as we got to the there, the employees were happy to show him how to play games on the devices on display. He started to get antsy after almost 2 hours of organizing my accounts, so they got the remote for the TV and let him put on cartoons! This was by far the most kid friendly shopping experience I have ever had!Even the staff that I did not work with were very friendly and happy to converse with me. My situation was more difficult than most, because I was switching carriers while one person on my plan was across the country. Kevin worked with me to be sure everything went smoothly, and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to send any and all of my friends and family to see him for their wireless service needs!
Wasted 3 hours here. For nothing. 3 hours. 3 hours of just wasted time. Ozi is friendly but not effective. For hours, he said they run using transunion, then said they run using Experian, which has been hacked on my side. Total waste of time with Ozi.
They were very busy but fit me in surprisingly quickly! They activated a sim card, had it in my phone, and let me out the door in under five minutes. Very good service.

Staff doesnt care about troubleshooting issues. They only care about selling iPhones and DirecTV subscriptions. I only do business with them because AT&T is the only national carrier that serves my town.
The sales associate was very open today about not knowing what to do to fix my phone, but he heard me out and actually found a setting in my android that was similar to his iphone and saved the day (so far its working again!) Nice guy!!! Thanks. Saved me a trip or call to tech support for now :)however, when I purchased the phone, I expressed interest in a windows phone and was scoffed at by a different sales associate. Now Im stuck with a phone I dont like...stick with your instincts.

These guys are the worst. Sold me a couple of prepaid sims which worked on the day of the sale, then stopped working for the rest of the month. The customer service and tech support are convincing me that the issue is with MY PHONE..!!The store in Moscow was all too happy to sell me the sims and just leave me hanging. No accountability whatsoever.
Told us we would have coverage. not true. had signal maybe 1/3rde of the time. then they wanted $150.00 for a microcell to hook us up for the service we were already paying for. after 4 days we canceled and then they charged us $70 restocking fees for the phones we couldnt use on the service we couldnt get.then they tried to charge us $1222.80 because someone didnt file the paperwork canceling our account.or that we returned the tablets that were part of the package.not customer service at all. we hate our customers service is more accurate.
Usually the store is very busy and you can hardly get waited on, this time there was only one other customer and it took forever to be waited on we even left and came back. They did solve our issues of which was very great

I waited for 40 minutes for a sales associate to help me, and had to leave because I was going to be late for work. I checked in immediately upon arrival, but watched everyone else who came in after me get helped first. Not one sales associate approached me after check in. Nobody who works here has a sense of urgency.
I got 2 lines from this center. One line ported from H2O to AT&T and another one was just new. The officer in charge was very friendly and help to accomplish the process despite we forgot our account no. for the H2O line.

I went into this store on Tuesday so that I could try and switch to a newer samsung phone that I had bought second hand. We were greeted with a smile and prompt service by a gentlmen named Ricardo and he was not only extremely friendly, but professional and obviously knowledgable on the subject at hand. He tried (and succeeded!) for over an HOUR to fix my problem(s), knowing darn well that i would not be buying a new phone/ contract while i was there. Outstanding 5 out of 5 service all the way through from a friendly, knowledgable staff!

Accessories are very overpriced. There always seems to be 2-3 employees per customer there. sometimes I dont like to be hovered over. But overall good customer service.
