I have worked with Will Gillespie at the Moscow Inland Cellular for a number of years with our business cell phones, when our business needed a solution for an office line that was reliable he set us up with EPX and we have been thrilled. Prompt, friendly and local service every time we have had a question or needed help.

Liked the store itself,but the store didnt have what was on their website,they could have at least checked their other locations for the phone I wanted, instead got a phone I really didnt want,and cost more

Terrible service pay almost 200$ a month for 2 phones and they don’t work half the time all they will tell you to do it restart it. Would not wast your time with them

If you live in the Moscow area or anywhere in rural N. Idaho - Inland is one of the very best cell companies to have. Their service works great here, rates are very reasonable, and their customer service is AMAZING. Seriously they have some of the best support and customer service of any cell company.

Terrible customer service and even worse coverage/service. I get no service in the middle of Pullman or between Pullman and Moscow, Pullman and Colfax, etc. Go with someone else!!!Also, I have made payment arrangements as I am unemployed due to the pandemic and every single month my phone gets turned off and they dont remember that I had set up a payment arrangement so I have to be transferred to Edgar who does remember but for some reason it didnt update my account.

Fast friendly service with a smile. They seem to remember me from a couple months ago and gave excellent service. There were five or more employees and two were busy with customers so I didnt have to wait at all. They were able to meet all of my needs plus some quickly and efficiently.

Local Inland Empire cell phone company. Customer service here is great! They are super helpful every time I go in. My employer has a contract through them and just based on customer service changed my personal phone service to them from AT&T.

People have always been friendly and the service has been excellent. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a new cell phone.

In my opinion, the best phone company we have in the area. Ive been with them for a very long time, they have great customer service and absolutely the best service for this area. The phone plans are not overly expensive and they have a good selection of phones (albeit slightly more expensive due to the fact that they are a smaller business.)

Get whatever they say in writing. When I went in to get a new phone I was told my monthly charges would be $52 plus taxes. I just got my first bill. It is $64 plus taxes, When I called customer service they told me unless it was in writing they didnt have to honor what I was told. My son was also there when I got my new phone and he agrees, The sales clerk said $52 plus taxes,

Came in asking a few really basic questions and the laddies at the front desk were extremely rude.

Worst service, worst customer support. They do not know what they are doing. I spent ten minutes waiting on the phone with support while the chick tried to google how to do a reboot on my phone. The service is disgustingly spotty, to the point that it is a random luck of the draw if I have signal while at work each day IN TOWN. Anywhere else (Spokane, Seattle, Northern California) has been like playing 52-card draw. If it werent for them being the only carrier that has signal (occasionally) where my house is I would NEVER have this provider. They are the next best thing up from not having a phone, and it is only a small step.

Best customer service of any phone company on the palouse. We had good connectivity traveling all over the northwest and even when in North Carolina and Wisconsen. Only 2 spots where it sometimes blips between Moscow and Pullman... And all cell companies blip at that spot where you move from one tower to another.

Inland has a severely outdated network so expect slow coverage and dropped calls. I purchased a new phone that was actually used. They have terrible customer service and IT support. Also never have enough phone in stock to purchase one.. it takes weeks. DO NOT USE. Save yourself the time and go with Verizon/AT&T/Sprint because youll end up switching anyways.

I have not had good luck with inland cellular. I get barely and phone crevice in Moscow and all I ever have is 1x or 3G for data in Moscow so I cant even use the data that Im paying for. It sucks.
