Really like the employees but I bought two games and I didnt get the insurance which I regret... one game is so full and they didnt delete the current game so I dont have any way to play it and the other game is wiped clean game and all. ....... so i spent 100$for nothing

We were in the store a little before 1:00 today.We are noobs to GameStop, and when a couple games that we had didnt work with our system (because we didnt have a live subscription), the gentleman working working was gracious and extremely helpful in helping us to return them and make sure that we picked games that didnt have a similar requirement to replace them.As we picked up the games for our very young children, this made a really big impression on them and I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much for your help today!

Update your hours! I drove almost 2 hours just to make it to the Moscow Id, my closest store, to he there when it opens at 11 only to be told it doesnt open until noon. I am not pleased and will most likely not shop at a gamestop again.

Bought some headphones here but the sales guy failed to let us know that in order to use them for PC we have to buy a separate dongle that they dont sell at their store. We had explicitly said the headphones were for PC.

I used to buy a lot of games from GameStop have to say they always deliver a good experience every time I walk in the store. Games are expensive in general, therefore you always want to make sure what game you want - thats where the staff comes in. The staff is highly informative and try their best to show you game that might appeal to you in some way. I dont play games anymore however if Im sending somebody a game as a Christmas gift this is probably the place to go in town. The staff is friendly, intelligent, I know a lot about other stuff too. If you have a question about computers or any kind of tech thing they really do know what theyre talking about. Great games, clean store, professional environment, and most importantly a wonderful five star experience. Thank you GameStop employees for doing a good job every time.

I had a great experience with their staff team so I figured they deserve a write-up. As I loitered in the store waiting for a delivery of NES Classics, the employees were a pleasure to talk to. They like games. This means they know a lot about their product, and what they dont know they are excited to learn. The employees eagerly researched any questions they couldnt answer as I gabbed in line for 2+ hours.A good bunch of people

Did you know that Walmart is selling videogames $10 cheaper than Gamestop? I have lived in Moscow for three years, and what I have learned is that sometimes spending a little more pays off. The staff at Gamestop are so cool that my son and I will stop in there just to say hello. I dont just buy a game at this Gamestop, I buy the experience.

The associates are always nice and greet me when I walk in. They always answered any questions I have, sometimes with an I dont know but that is okay. I stop in every time I am nearby.
