Poor customer service experience trying to upgrade an existing phone within our existing long time account. Salesperson would not authorize a family member to upgrade his existing phone in our account. In store sales representative (young male) was unprofessional and difficult. Provided us with false website address for a resolution and referred us to 611 Customer service which was a 30 minute wait. Extremely disappointed with T-Mobile customer service. As long time customers we will be leaving T-Mobile as a result.
My boyfriend and I went in to get me switched over to his account from Verizon. The experience was horrible, the employees were all new and had no idea what they were doing. They told me they switched the SIM card over to the new sprint sim and they didn’t. I went without service on my phone all day and had to switch it over myself once i found out what the issue was. I was told my phone would be paid off with me switching companies and that didn’t happen. I got a huge bill from my previous provider. When I went into the store to sort things out all the employees said was “oh just call 611”. When I called 611 I was told the promotion had expired and that the store employees should have told me about how to get my reimbursement before I had left the store the first time. I’m so livid and unimpressed with Sprint and their employees at this location.

T-mobile is off the hook. They are absolutely the uncarrier. Actual 5g in Moscow Idaho. Amazing customer service and honest info.
I was turned away 2 different times by Elijah and Andrew they wouldn’t let me trade my phone, then proceeded to push me away to a completely different competitor business had to yell and scream to get someone to help me, I went back there because there was issues with my phone they said sorry we won’t help you, you already got that phone then turned around and said please give us a good review on google, PROBABLY THE WORST!!!!!!! customer service I have ever had/experienced I will not recommend anyone I know to go here! This was awful

Great customer service from Elijah and Jayman. Having phone issues and spent time with both Apple Care and the carrier to troubleshoot with no luck. Went to the store and they figured out the problem in less than 5mins. Best service ever!!
Went in several days ago to port my number and was chewed out and interrogated by the customer service rep before he would help me find my account number. No wonder I’m leaving.
Came to this store this morning and got helped by A.J who was an absolute delight to talk to. Was very detailed in explaining how the leasing works and helped me save money on my bill while also helping me set up free features I didnt know I had like Hulu and Amazon Prime. 10 out of 10 will send in a friend so I can get the $50 referral bonus!
We went into sprint an hour before closing last night, needing help with an insurance situation. Elijah was there and more than helpful, he even stayed an hour late while we waited on hold and got transferred around several times trying to file a cracked screen claim. Needless to say, we have been disappointing by most of our customer service with Sprint lately, but really appreciated Elijahs help.
Whenever coming to sprint they are always so friendly and more than happy to help! Johnathan and his crew are awesome I highly recommend them
I visited the Sprint store on 12/21/19 and just wanted to swap a extra phone I had with a phone that was broken on my account. It didnt take long for them to adjust something on my account, charge me $32.65 and then urge me out of the store assuring us it works. After leaving and finding out the phone was still not working on the right line. We werent able to deal with this for a couple days due to the holiday, but I called the store 12/27 to try and figure out what was going on and they had me come to into the store and the manager helped the rep get the phone on the right line. When we called customer care a few days early they told us there was an extra line on the account that we didnt ask for. This store wont own up and fix this mistake. I know they can cause they have a return policy for new lines and are telling us we have to call customer care or visit another store 40 minutes away. Because of this experience the employees seem incompetent and irresponsible in helping customers. What makes this worse is the same representative refused to help me find a case on a previous visit for my phone. He was not interested in selling me a case because I already had a phone and acted like it was a huge hassle to look in their inventory. This also speaks to the fact that he is representing Sprint poorly. Im sure Sprint would not be happy to hear this employee refusing to assist customers and being rude to try and urge them out of the store. I wouldnt recommend anyone visit this store, it seems to me they couldnt care less about their customers and care even less about ripping people off. Avoid this store if you want honest and trustworthy people.
Can’t say enough about this store. Need anything ask Jonathon! He was amazing and so helpful! Answered EVERY questions between my husband and I. We switched over from T moblie (7 lines) service has been great! Thanks Jonathan!

Could not believe the amount of rude for the manager of this store. He takes it to a whole new level. He told me, We dont service that here, take it to a corporate store. As if I should just know that. Wouldnt even give me the closest one or help me at all. They should make Natalie the manager, at least she was helpful and polite, and helped me to find the corporate store.
I have never experienced such a run around and poor customer service. Went to the store and verified that I qualified for an iPhone upgrade. I ordered my phone and when I went to pick it up was told I didn’t qualify and would have to pay full price. I accessed my information while in the store and showed it to the sales associate. He said offers on line were different than in the store. Mind you this was the same person that originally told me I qualified for the upgrade. In essence he was going to charge me double. After much discussion I told him to keep the phone and I’d order on line so that I could get the upgrade. I ordered online from Sprint. After receiving the phone I took into the store, spoke to the manager describing what had happened and asked for help with setting it up. He told me since it was purchased on line they couldn’t help me. Then said he could but he would charge me because they are a small business and I ordered the phone on line even though I explained what had happened. He even recognized how the sales associate had messed up. My husband and I have been customers at this store for years. He is also eligible for an upgrade. I can guarantee you he won’t be purchasing at this store. They have lost our business.
Fantastic customer service. I went on because it was time for me to update my phone. I usually just do it online but the representative, I think her name was Melissa, went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed and set it all up for me so I didnt get to spend an hour trying to get all my apps and contacts switched to my new phone. The whole staff was freindly and informative. Never updating my account online again.

Note! This is not a real Sprint store. It is run by a independent company. A number of services that you expect to get are not available in this site. Save yourself some trouble and go to Lewiston or Spokane. And I just saw the sales representative tried to sell a 45 dollars screen protector to a customer who apparently doesn’t have a big budget. Completely ridiculous. If you want to know what phone to buy. Go to YouTube. If you want to know what accessory to get. Go to Amazon. If you want some good service. Go to an actual Sprint store!
We have had exceptional service at this store... Everytime... and we are often not doing a straightforward deal. These folks are very proficient, patient, funny, and kind... Micah, Tyler ( multiple purchases), Daisy, and Mark are awesome. Thank you for making our Sprint experience always good...

I had an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early. They were busy, so I wait, all is good. Ten minutes later, the person I had the appointment with was still busy, but the other person had people coming and going. Ten minutes after that I asked how much longer it would be, no answer? I told the service person that I was going next door (Verizon) in 10 minutes. After 15 years with Sprint, I switched Verizon and I will never go back.
Love the NO hassle. Great service and they do not make it difficult to switch to their service.

Im changing my 5 star review that I left last year to 1 star due to the terrible customer service I received today.If I could give 0 stars I would. Last month I received a call from an employee of this store asking me to come in to review my plan, so today I came in to do that and to see if they could help me lower my bill and tell me when my automatic payment comes through.I received some of the worst customer service from both a regular employee and his manager. Neither seem to understand what good customer service is and how to respond to a customers questions without the customer having to keep digging and asking more queations. What should have been a quick and easy visit left me very upset and disappointed..
This review is posted at the end of a two year contract. At the store level, they purposefully misled me into a leasing agreement instead of a pay to own agreement. My mother had passed away and wasnt able to put my phone line in my name. I went to sprint to lower my bill. At the end of the two years I found out I wasnt actually paying for my phone but to rent it. The 20 dollars i saved wasnt worth it. I have moved away since so I cant say anything to them in person but I hope they feel ashamed of themselves for lying to customers like they are.On the company level, this company is also horrible. They have misled me as well, saying I owed an obscene amount for an old phone and then finding out months later it would have been significantly less. They also claimed to fix a billing issue I had. In reality they only fixed it for a month so I wouldnt call the any more. Do not shop here or give them business. I hope Sprint fails
I needed a phone by the next day for work and they rush ordered the one I wanted to get it there in time. Great customer service and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone in the area who needs sprint service or is looking to switch.
Micah Ohl was phenomenal with his service today at the sprint store. He made me feel welcome and wanted as a customer. In addition he was one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable customer service representative of any company I have had the pleasure of doing business with. In summary: Give this boy a raise. Hes earning it.

Not once, not twice, not 3 times, but at least 5 times I went to the sprint store in Moscow Idaho. I went to get my phone replaced and they never put the order in! Went over 3 months without a new phone, & Im not gonna pay for a new phone if they arent going to send me one or order a new for me. Most fd up bs I ever had to deal with! Hopefully they got new people working because that place was a joke.
Go from store to store and your answer will change. Not very well informed staff, and CONSTANTLY trying to up self why their Chinese product is better then the other Chinese product that is the same or functionally better.

Im not so impressed with this place. Its very spartan with only a little to offer. It also might seem like that just because its a large space and, well, cell phone stuff is small. But my old Sprint store in Pullman (now closed, sadly, which means i gotta come here) seemed to have a lot more to offer. Only one person on call here (Pullman always had two) who was kind of helpful. We asked for two phones and they didnt have either on hand. Not a great experience.
If I could give Sprint zero stars, I would. Sprint is a terrible cellular company and no one should be a customer of theirs. My experience with them was terrible. The phone service for the areas that I frequent is terrible. I had numerous problems with dropped calls and not being able to use LTE. Their customer service and website are also terrible. I have been trying for over a week to get a copy of my final bill and still have yet to receive it. I would recommend that no one use Sprint.
Today o came in a store just to figure out about some deals and leave. I was with verizone for 4 years, but because of Sprint employee named MICHAEL MUNOR (he was so helpfull and professional. We asked hundreads of questions and he answered and explained all of them) finally we switched from Verizon to Sprint and purchased two phones. It was was extremelly good job. Thank you MICHAEL.

They dont do anything all they do is tell you to call sprint.
Two teenagers running the store, one of them walked away as soon as I came in the store while the other spoke to me as if she could care less . When I addressed my reasoning to why I was at the store she immidietly told me she could not help me and gave me a wrong number to call . What’s the point of the store if they can not do simple tasks such as canceling a single phone line of a plan or simply point you to the right direction to get help.
