Could not find the things I needed but people were friendly and trying to help.

I purchase two sets of trusses from them. One set was wrong and we proved it to them however, they refused to fix them. Furthermore, we set up an account with them for a net tenth payment but when we had the issue with the trusses they decided to lien our properties roughly 10 days before we had a payment due. Whats worse is they not only filed lien on they two properties but all of our properties and the neighboring properties which we didnt own. As our attorney worked with their attorney to clear things up, we held their check. They then decided to add interest on the amount we owed them even though they are the ones who held things up. We typically use Trussco out of Spokane and have never had an issue they werent willing to work through. Please feel free to call them if you need evidence we pay our bills and consider our suppliers a part of our team. Honestly I should have known better when all the other truss companies were busy but them.
