I went to talk about how a screen protector I had purchased a few days before hand and broke and the area manager tony had taken the phone from the store manager which I was dealing with and was like it busted then. I stated i had only purchased it a few days ago and it shouldn’t have broke. He was like it did it job by saving your screen. I had to ask three times to get my phone back. The store manager had to take my phone out of his hand. After me and my father leaving tony the area manager called us names which made my father very upset and he told tony the area manager to step outside and then he stated you don’t want me to come out there. If it was for the store manager i would go somewhere else cricket really need someone like her as there area manager..

My screen was half blacked out so I came in for an upgrade ! Claudia was quick during my lunch break and my old phone definitely gave her a challenge to get my contacts. But she was able to get my phone backed up. Thank you !

If I could give this place zero stars I most definitely would. I walked in to the Moultrie cricket store on 12/23/2020 to upgrade mine and my husbands phones. When I walked in nobody greeted me... instead I was told to “hold on let us finish our conversation” which was two workers gossiping to each other. I found this super unprofessional and got very upset. My daughter got so upset after we waited over 10 min for assistance so we left completely unhappy. I hope this can be brought to management attention because it’s highly unprofessional.

The web site says open till 8. But we went at 7.And the sign on door said closed at 7. Just needed help pairing a set of wireless headphones my husband had bought from there earlier in the day, or to swap them out. Manager opened the door like he was gonna help but he was going home no time to help me. I thought customer service should be a top priority for business, but this was very poor customer service. No to even mention the to be of his voice. After he raised his voice, my husband told him to shut up.

Purchased a new phone, screen protector, and case and the screen cracked less than 2 weeks later. Not the screen protector but actual phone screen with protector on it. Went to try and exchange and they basically said the guy put it on wrong and I coukd file a claim for 40$ after I spent over 130 approx ten days before. If I had dropped phone or didnt have a case or screen protector Id understand but this was terrible service after being a customer for almost 3 years.

No iPhone 11 Pro Max shipment after waiting a week as told
