I’ve been a customer of GameStop in Moultrie for 10+ years and have never had an experience like this. I have traded in multiple systems with no issue until now. I have had an Xbox that I ordered online for 2 days. It arrived faulty and the games glitched. I tried calling customer service but was put on hold for over 1.5 hrs. So I called our local GameStop to return or exchange it. I had to call multiple times and talk to multiple people, they were all confused about how to simply return it. I finally got an answer from someone about exchanging it. We went to the store and he said they could not take it because there was an “infestation.” I was confused and said okay. I immediately took the box back to my car and examined it. I did not see any signs of roaches. Pictures are included. He was not able to provide any proof or photos of the roaches. I understand the policy, but I believe I would have noticed if my game console was infested with roaches. I would not have brought the console in if I thought it was infested or unsanitary. The attached photos were taken immediately upon getting back in my car. This whole situation is extremely frustrating. His use of words like “infestation” made me feel uncomfortable and put a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately the manager was not available to help us. Chris has always made sure I have a good experience at GameStop.

Its always awesome going in there and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. One of the best gaming stores Ive been to.

The employee was great but the selection suffers since they got rid of 360 and PS3 games.

Love GameStop don’t go in very often only when I have the money. However this is the second time that GameStop has sold me a broke game yes the game still plays but I don’t want a broke cartridge.

Great place for games, I started coming here since it opened years ago and it has been great. I am taking one star off because of one bad employee. I had to report him to corporate. I wont say his name here though, but I will say that Chris and Justin are the reason I come here. Really helpful and know their stuff.

These guys were awesome. Had a problem with another location, but Mike took care of me. Will refer them to everybody. A1 service and my new favorite place to go for gaming supplies.

Was told 3 different time to come up there to see about getting some things right and each time was disappointed to see that in fact there was nothing they could do or they would not help me. Waste of gas and time considering I live 30 miles away and called before hand to verify if they could help me. Will not be shopping here again.

They all seem really nice, and they really try to help out with whatever you need.

GameStop is the place to go for quality gaming consoles, new and pre owned games.Also, associates are very helpful and willing to assist not only the hardcore gamer but the novice as well.
