Quick and so easy. We did a pick up order and did not even have to get out of the car. Awesome since the Tifton retail store isnt even open most of the time now.
Be cautious when verizon offers something for free or a bogo deal nothing is free! I learned this the hard way! I went to a Verizon store after seeing a bogo add on the web. The (salesman said yes buy one phone and get another phone of equal or lesser value for FREE). Then he proceeded to tell me if (add another line and change plans I can get another FREE phone.) Well you know I did just what he said and three months later I’m paying for all the phons! Verizon and it’s employees are a bunch of crooked lies don’t trust anything they tell you!!!
Ive been calling the Moultrie store over an hour and nobody will answer the phone. No success actually talking to a human with any of the online customer support numbers either.
I have made orders for purchases twice online. Both times they assured me the orders would be ready. The first time I spent about 40 minutes. One of the items purchased was a wireless charger it worked 7 days. Took my daughter 7 days to call and get a replacement. Again I was told it would be ready.I showed up and sat in car for 5 minutes, when I got out to go in they came out. Gave them name and why I was there. Not ready again.. Manager came out with an attitude.This place and most Verizon stores have substandard service...

Even though I am a loyal customer of Verizon I make it a point not to do business in store I prefer online or by phone. The whole in store experience is just tedious from start to finish. First there is usually a wait,even though not all sales reps appear to be busy then you have to sign in then wait some more. Both online or by phone I get fast and friendly service weather its to get an answer to a question or make a purchase
Ordered phone for curbside pickup waited over a hour because their system was down waited over a hour and they could not tell me when I could get my phone very unsatisfied
I can in so confused because of a phone that I bought for my grandchild. Sam was my Siulation Specialist and he assisted me above and beyond. Sam was very patient with me and very kind. I know that I will ask for Sam the next time that I visit Verizon. You are very blessed to have such an amazing and kind employee.
Dont go here unless you want to add a line to your account to get something new. Its yes yes yes on the phone talking to em but a whole different story in person. Great sales team! Now im going to get better deals elsewhere in what i want and be told yes and actually be able to go through with it.
When i bought my new moto g6 they were very helpful and they answered all the questions I had about it and when they put it in my hands I was sure that I have made the right choice I love this phone thanks Verizon
Staff are eager to help....but not willing to show you some products. We went in to see a Galaxy watch. They had one on display and we looked at it and as the salesman talked about it and went over all the bells and whistles, I pulled it up on the Verizon app. As I was looking at it on the app, the salesman pulled out his phone and started doing his own thing. Hey, thats cool, gimme a min to decide... I like that ( but maybe some space as well??) So as I was talking it over with the hubby, the guy says he has a Garmin watch thats really similar in the back let him run grab it. So off he goes! Yay!! I get to compare the 2 and see the feel and 2 side by side in action. Umm no! The Garmin was in a box, as well as the Galaxy he brought out. I flipped the box around and over looking at the specs and reading about it. I looked at the pics, but it still isnt the same. He said he would ask the manager if he could open it. He comes back and says * No, cant open it, someone may wanna buy it, and no one will want it if its been opened.* If Im gonna buy a watch ( especially one that I have to plank out 400 for and add a line for!) I wanna see it and touch it and play with it. Not just flip a box over and look at a pic of it :(. Sorry, not sorry, Verizon. If you cant put one on display... Or open a box ( yea, I may have been the one who bought it, or you could have put IT on display!) to show me a product, then I cant purchase that product. But thanks...the box was pretty :).
Only they have better towers and internet you get what you pay for.
Call a telephone and cant get nobody to answer the phone
Rep lied about promised credits and rebates to get me to open acct. Managers don’t seem to care at all about the issues or first bill which was not what I was told it would be. 4 weeks now, waiting on a phone call about rebates I was promised when I switched over and no one seems to want to help. Had to call customer service to get the credits promised because no one in the store could do anything to help. Apparently their business manager works 2 hrs a week because he or she is never around to help. Oh and the manager I spoke tonight had the nerve to tell me he couldn’t look at it because they were “swamped” I would have to wait till Friday. Would NEVER recommend this store. Training is lackluster apparently and this is a corporate store.
Wanted too upgrade my phone but didnt have any out for me to look at
Im very upset the way I was treated going in that store and the store manager yelling and belittling saying that I did wrong because I went to an Authorized Retailer (which helped me the best I ever been helped.) Im very displeased I will never go back there again!! They lied to me by telling me Id have my broken phone sent to me overnight. It took 4 days for me to receive my new phone. Worst customer service Ive ever seen... almost had me in tears from the anxiety and Im a heart patient. Please find a better person to run this store!! ☹️
