I just want to say thank you for the girl that helped me this morning. I came in because I received the wrong copy of a book I needed for class. It was by no means their fault, but my instructor for not clarifying with them that we needed a new book . Their location did not have it and they offered to order it somewhere else. This location values customer service very well.

Not as fancy as the main store, but very handy location. When I was there with my daughter, one of her books was over $300 to purchase. The employee informed us of a rental option for only $16. I really appreciate her honesty. Saved us a ton.

Helpful staff, organized online order pickup, and short lines. This place is much cheaper than the MTSU bookstore, and many deals are better than other online options.

Store said hours from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Here at 8am, a little after & store is closed. Trying to stop by before I go to work, but why advertise certain hours if you are up holding it.
