Would not recommend selling books here. The store seems nice enough, however the man at the counter lives up to the name of the store! Not friendly service and definitely not a place worth selling to. Buying might be a different story though.

Always a great place to find a new read. I like to go and browse or get there and start googling for new authors in different genres. Its always clean, always well organized, and easy to get in and out.

In Heaven! This place was wonderful, seriously tons of books to look through and purchase. I had to leave before spending all my money. If you prefer gently used books for yourself, kids or significant other check this place out. The books are well priced! The place is clean and well laid out. Loved the little kids area.

Large selection, very niche. Could be better without the Trump supporting/Biden hating opinions from the guy at the register, while Fox News plays (Im sure on a daily) on a tv. Im just looking for a book, not one-sided political commentary. 🙂

Went on an open day and there was only a small sign on the door saying it’s closed and I drove so far to get it ! Really disappointed and nothing on the site about being closed

Its large and clean. The YA section is okay but the other is mostly mass paperback, which is fine for a lot of people. But the worker having an open carry made me very uncomfortable. While it may be the place for some it wasnt the place for me or my family.

The owner was so helpful. I was confused my first time coming how to locate books, but he explained it very kindly. The prices are great here, I got 7 books for only $25! There is no way Im shopping anywhere else for books now.

Great selection of science fiction and fantasy books and history books among others. We spent a fun couple of hours crawling through the stacks. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Nashville. Definitely worth the trip down to Murfreesboro.

Every time I go, I find some new strange book that I wanna take home and with the cheap prices, I usually can. Very interesting place, I go here pretty often now. Ive found anything from Star Wars books, to old fantasy books I used to read in middle school, to romance novels for my mother, to big picture books for coffee tables, even spiritual/other worldly hippie books. Do yourself a favor and go here if youve never been.

Friendly staff and a good selection of books. I was able to find a whole basket full of novels I am eagerly looking forward to reading, and the prices there are really good. He also gives you a decent return on trade in books too so you can get something new. This store is a much needed feature in a college town where bookstores should be everywhere.

Very happy that theres a privately-owned small business used book store like this in my neighborhood. The selection is wonderful, and the small store is actually a plus --less time walking, more time checking out all the books!Everything is neatly organized, even with books basically from floor-to-ceiling (seriously, its so awesome, and I easily could have spent another hour browsing). There is an ample selection of fiction, history, a neat little philosophy section (always my personal favorite).There is also a well-stocked childrens section with a cute play-area for the kids (as well as a cozy lounge/reading area for the adults), and a very impressive selection of literature/classics in its own featured corner of the store. There are lots of gems to be discovered --I found a few myself-- and contrary to the clever name, the owner was a pleasure to chat with! Ill definitely be back, and if youre in Murfreesboro, so should you!

Even if I dont find a particular book I came looking for the selection is great.As far as the person who couldnt get past the Trump sticker...the ONLY good reviews you have given for Murfreesboro businesses are restaurants, every other review was to bash the business.Perhaps youre better suited for a donut shop & a comic book store.

Im a nerd. Plain to say. And this book store was the only reason I got new books one year plus some of the series I read are not sold in normal stores but they had them here. This place is great for people who need reading books for reports because of the variety or to just read. This is my favorite place because I got 20 books for the price of 4 at Barnes and Noble. I love this place and any nerdy reader should know this place exsists. Also service is amazing and workers are really pleasant to talk to.

Best littlw book store in the Boro. Wide variety of books to choose from. There really is something for everyone here. The childrens book room is great for the kids to read/play while moms and dads shop. In spite of the name, No worries. The book seller isnt really grumpy. Though I tell my kids he will be if you mess with his books.

Owner is Very Grumpy for sure!! My kids and I enjoy visiting the shop every time we come to Murfreesboro! They beg me to go when ever we are in town!

He has a huge selection of books at a great price. Being a used book store, he has anything from hard to find paperback novels to leather bound sets.

Not only is it amazing to have a local, independent bookseller in town. TGBs prices are always more than fair. I cant stress enough that you should look for your literature here before throwing away your money at the big boxes.

95% of the time he has just the book that I need. His prices are fantastic & I love the new store because its more organized & feels more open.
